Ennata immediately rushed running again when he saw Rinnada was already moaning in pain.
"Yes.." Rinnada grabbed the hand of the mother. With her squeezed hand, she gently grasped the hand of the Winda.
"Yes, Nada. What do you want?" Winda stroked the back of his son's hand and began to cry. Rinnada's face was completely pale. The girl seemed to know she was on the edge of the boundary.
"Tell Brian.." Rinnada stopped, holding his left chest that felt increasingly painful.
"Tell him, I'm waiting for him. I was waiting for him to come.." Rinnada whimpered again. He was trying to convey his message to Winda.
"Yes, I'll tell you. You will bring it here, as long as Nada survives and heals" Winda sobbed, he could not bear to see Rinnada who endured the pain on his body.
Doctors and other nurses came and pushed Rinnada's bed to move the room.
Dinnara pulls up Winda's hand as she follows the nurse who brought Rinanda.
"Attep, Mother".
Winda wiped his tears. "What's wrong?"
"Why tone?"
Winda gently stroked his daughter's shoulders. "complications. Mother doesn't know for sure."
"W-what.. could he have survived?"
She looked down, and started crying again. He can't, he can't say it.
"Mother, I want to say something.."
"Say me." Said Winda who saw the doubt on Dinnara's face.
Dinnara grabs his mother's hand "Please bun, don't let Brian know about Rinnada". Dinnara. He was afraid of his mother's reaction.
"What?" Winda frowned. "Why?"
Dinnara looked doubtful. He has a plan for himself and Brian.
"Say Brian's busy, Bun. Don't let Brian know Rinnada's sick". Rinnada's words were not understood by Vinda. He did not understand what his daughter meant.
"Mother, I'm sorry. Mother please don't be mad at me."
"Just go ahead, Ra. You want what?"
"Let me be Rinnada, bun. I want to be Rinnada." Dinnara. His heartbeat seemed to stop beating for fear of his mother's answer. But the mother turned silent to look at Dinnara.
"I'm sorry, Bun." Dinnara looked down inside. He realized his words had been wrong and did not understand the conditions.
"Mother, doctor Sam asked you to come to his office." The Ennata suddenly came.
Winda said nothing, he just walked right away leaving Dinnara still bowed in..
~
"Sister, is Brian coming?" Rinnada. He saw Ennata sitting on a couch.
"Yet, Nada. She's.." Ennata does not know what to reason with Rinnada who keeps asking for Brian's existence. I don't know why Winda was just silent when he asked her to bring Brian here.
"Okay, brother, maybe he's really busy." He gave in so Ennata wouldn't think about it anymore. Rinnada picked up a book that bi Sum had brought from home.
Rinnada got up from his bed, he stood up and hugged a diary of his.
"Sister, I really hope to see him even if for the last time, I.." Rinnada wiped away her tears that she could not bear.
"I just want to know how it is." Rinnada sobbing. He held his chest occasionally because it was painful when he cried. "I miss him so much.."
Ennata listened to her sister, she was eager to pick up the man she had no news of. However, Ennata was unable to tell Rinnada.
"I asked my sister to give this to him. Please, tell him this, brother. I don't want him to keep remembering me, lest he forget himself because of my passing. I. I don't want him walking in place."
Ennata is not flinching. Rinnada gives a final message to Brian. It was as if he was telling Ennata that maybe tomorrow he would be gone.
"No, I want you to promise me. I'm afraid Brian will be fooled. I have to promise you, this book has to get to Brian."
Ennata took the book in Rinnada's hands. "He won't be fooled, Rin. I'm sure he knows you more than anything."
"Eitherway. I just wasn't calm. I don't feel good". Speak with lethargy.
"Eat it, rest so that your mind is calmer. I hope I can go home tomorrow, yes. I'll take you to his front door. How's it?"
The sentence Ennata was able to make Rinnada smile sweetly. In fact, he knew full well the pain this time would be longer than usual.
Ennata enveloped his sister. The little girl he loved, the kindest little sister, thought more of others than herself.
"I'm sorry your brother, yeah." Ennata gently stroked Rinnada's hair.
Rinnada laughed a little. He could feel the worry within Ennata.
"Did you love me?"
"You asked what, of course. You're my brother". His grunts at the laughing Rinnada.
"Thank God. Someone loves me."
Ennata gasped at his sister's words. He feels guilty because his medical school now puts him at a distance with Rinnada who is not familiar with his twin.
"Everyone loves you. Look, men as great as Brian are falling for you".
Rinnada smiled. He also felt that, Brian's incredible feeling towards him.
"Did you know, I told Brian once, if one day I go, he has to find his love. And you know what he said? He said, if I leave him, he'll find a woman who's better than me".
"He said that?"
Rinnada nodded quickly. "Yes, that's a form of disappointment because of my words" Rinnada chuckled. Brian says it was to make Rinnada jealous and stops to keep telling her about him leaving. It was as if Rinnada was really going to leave him.
"Then, he said, I can't mess it up when he starts a new life. Because he'll definitely come back to me". Rinnada laughed cheerfully, followed by Ennata's laughter. Until Rinnada held his chest again when it was painful.
"What hurts?" Ennata asked with concern.
Rinnada nodded. He endured the pain that was starting to become more pronounced.
"Jaga Mommy yes, sister". Rinnada's voice was almost inaudible. Pain in his chest is getting worse. He can't hold back anymore.
"Sleep, Rin."
"The book must arrive yes, brother. So Brian is happy".
"Yes, sleep". Ennata kept stroking the top of his head.
Rinnada laughed again remembering Brian in his mind. This time with tears. He then closed his eyes, enjoying the gentle strokes of Ennata that he had not felt for a long time. Fortunately, even at the last moment there are still people who love him even if only one.
Ennata shed her tears. He sobbed, his hands wiping away the tears that kept spilling on his cheeks. He kissed his sister on the forehead and would try to do as he asked.
"Peace there, my dear sister".
Rinnada, now looks more radiant. Much more calm. He no longer endured the pain..
