“Where do you want to eat ?’ steven asked as they walked away from the supermarket.

“You buy ?” kirana asked while glancing and smiling.

 Steven smiled with Raven still in his arms. It's like an emotional roller coaster. Just came out of the supermarket with a pouting face, now brightly sparkling when talking about food.

“Definitely choose the most expensive if you hear the word tract,” grumbled Steven but still smiling.

“Japanese food can be ?”

“No abstinence for pregnant people, just avoid raw food,” advice Steven as if talking to his own wife.

“Iiihh where might I choose raw food. Kan from the first you also know that I do not like raw food,” Kirana sneered with a slightly sour face.

“Who said you don't like raw food?” ledek Steven made Kirana link her eyebrows together.  “You forgot to like to eat defaults if you again eat chicken pecel or catfish pecel ? Not to mention love to eat karedok favorite aunt Lia.”

Kirana laughs while being bearded. Raven who did not understand the conversation of the two adults in front of her just laughed.

“Duuhh do not call pecel lele dong, suddenly so cold,” grumbled Kirana.

“Do not talk ! He said he wanted Japanese food. If the catfish pecel paid for itself, not the level of the doctor who ate so, the change is too much,” led Steven while chuckling.

“Being the snob of the new pediatrician. Experience is still a handful,” cebik Kirana. “Stories different if the size of the hospital heir wallet.”

Steven laughs. His heart was anxious to see Kirana's expression and wanted to hug the woman beside him. She did let Kirana choose Sebastian to be her husband, but could not just erase her love that has been embedded for years.

They also occupy a table at one of the Japanese restaurants in the mall. Some people glanced towards them with amazed looks because Kirana looked so close to Steven. In their shadow, Steven and Kirana are a married couple with one young child. It looks harmonious and happy.

Kirana was still flipping through the menu because her heart wanted to order a lot of food, but she realized that it was all just plain talkative. While busy weighing food choices for his lunch menu, Steven's phone reads.

“You want to lift it straight away or I answer first ?” Steven showed me his phone screen with Sebastian's name appearing to make incoming calls.

“Tell me again for a walk to the sea,” grumbled Kirana with a sullen face.

 Steven laughed while shaking his head.

“Ya Bas,” greet Steven when lifting calls Sebastian.

It is certain that Sebastian's question asked Kirana's whereabouts because Steven immediately replied that the woman Sebastian was looking for was in front of him.

Steven offered his phone when Sebastian asked Kirana for help.

There was a long sigh of Sebastian when Kirana was just silent even though Steven's phone was stuck in his ear.

“Why is your phone turned off, Honey ?” sebastian asks trying to be patient with his wife who is in snacking mode.

“Running battery,” sahut Kirana ketus.

“Then don't stay long in his mall. Go home rest and fill your phone again.”

“So I can't have lunch, so ?”

Sebastian rubbed his face even though Kirana could not see him. Between calm and unwilling knowing Kirana went to lunch with her cousin who was once her rival.

“I mean after lunch,” Sebastian said still in a calm tone.

“After this I want to shop first, there is Steven who can help bring groceries and bring a car.”

Sebastian sighed and his eyebrows shot up instantly hearing Kirana was about to go shopping with Steven.

“Pending later in the afternoon is the same as me, Honey. I promise I won't be home tonight.”

“Lazy when you go home have to go again,” said Kirana with a taut tone.

“Honey, please go shopping the same as me, yes,” pinta Sebastian with a clear voice.

“Mama,” calls Raven turned Kirana's attention on the boy.

“Look at me later, I'll eat first. My energy is depleted facing caterpillars that usually make itching one body.”

Without waiting for an answer from Sebastian, Kirana immediately ended her call and turned her attention to Raven. The three-year-old boy whined he wanted to sit next to Kirana.

“Bee... uh sorry I mean Steve, may not..” Kirana just beckoned with her chin movement asking that babysitter Raven not sit down at the table with them.

Not because Kirana does not want to eat one table with a babysitter, but Kirana feels a little uncomfortable if she wants to get her heart out in front of strangers like babysitter Raven. Moreover, the possibility that the Shera hired man could have pitted all Kirana talks with Steven. Let's just say, Kirana doesn't want Shera to know about Sebastian's problems that upset Kirana's heart.

Understanding Kirana's gesture, Steven pulled out his wallet and gave her a fifty-thousand note and asked the babysitter to go for a meal outside the restaurant. Where it's up to and Steven asks her back to where she is about thirty minutes ahead.

Finally they ordered food including Raven's lunch which was a little late. While waiting for the order to come, Kirana started to get Raven to talk. The boy was getting more fluent in his speech, only that his treasury was still very limited.

“It looks like Sebastian is still active despite knowing his wife is pregnant,” led Steven while chuckling. Kirana frowned, not yet grasping the intent of Steven's words.

“That on your neck there are still remnants of the sign of love,” Steven pointed at the neck of Kirana who still looks filled with reddish patches even though it is a little faint.

“What is the prohibition of pregnant women should not spoil her husband ?” asked Kirana with pursed lips.

“There is no ban as long as there are no complaints and it is not done too often and excessively,” Steven said while folding both his hands on the table. His face was deliberately serious.

“Continue because I'm a pediatrician means I don't know the problems surrounding pregnancy and conjugal relations ?”

“There is no ban, but your style exceeds that of Aunt Wanda whose flight hours are already far above you,” Kirana again sneered at Steven who just laughed.

“You knew the woman earlier ?” steven's eyes frowned waiting for Kirana's reply.

“Ndon't know and don't know. Too many caterpillars will stick to Sebastian. Make me angry ! Even Renata's doctor who works at your hospital admitted that Sebastian had proposed to her and they were engaged.”

“Numbers, your husband is duren palm,” led Steven while laughing.

“They have become caterpillars even before Sebastian holds the status of duren palm,” said Kirana with emotion. “Truly nervous ! Kayak in Jakarta is only Sebastian the only man worth fighting over !”

Steven laughs. Kirana really looks funny with a facial expression that has been pouting and nagging ever since.

“Don't be too upset let alone hate your husband's caterpillars. You have heard the advice of old people in ancient times that pregnant women abstain from hating someone. It could be so born your child is similar to one of the caterpillars. You want your son to be considered Sebastian's biological son with one of his caterpillars?’

Kirana fell silent and her face immediately showed that she was thinking seriously. Kirana remembered Steven's words just now, and she had heard them herself.

“Duh amit-amit deh,” Kirana rubbed her stomach which began to look a little protruding.

Their conversation paused as the waiter delivered Steven and Kirana's order. The already hungry Raven instantly sparkled as soon as he saw the food in front of him. Kirana helps prepare food for Raven. The sight warms Steven's heart and dreams that if they really were Raven's parents, it would be different.

“How are you Shera, Steve ?” kirana asked suddenly made Steven's daydream instantly crumble. He smiled thinly.

“As I said from the beginning that I married Shera is only my responsibility as Raven's biological father. Don't ever expect me to think of Shera as my legal wife, let alone that she got me in such a disgusting way,” Steven said with a hateful look especially when uttering his last sentence.

“But it will affect the development of Raven,” advice Kirana. “Moreover getting bigger, Raven will be able to see how mommy and papa relationship.”

“That's a problem later, Nana. I don't want to think about it right now. At least I will treat and raise Raven as my biological child, my flesh and blood, though I do not recognize her mother as my legal wife.”

“It turns out you can be stubborn too, Steve,” Kirana said with a faint smile.

“Of course you should have known a long time ago, Nana. That's why I was able to endure my feelings, loving one woman the same since long ago even until this second.”

Kirana sighed when she heard Steven's words. Sometimes he helps Raven scoop up her food. This kid's good at eating alone, just a little messy.

“Learn to receive Shera, Steve. Accept the path of your life to marry Shera. Let how she is your legal wife now.”

“I don't want to discuss it further, Nana. Considering how my life should be tied to Shera because of Raven, all that is quite frustrating and sometimes I still feel hate at my own stupidity.”

Kirana was silent, the atmosphere was silent and both of them enjoyed the food they had ordered. Raven was still busy with her own food making Kirana laugh softly at the cute behavior of this boy. There is pity in Kirana's heart given how Raven was ignored by Shera and rejected by Steven as her biological child.

“Possibly I will accept an offer to volunteer in the hinterland, Nana,” Steven said on the sidelines of their meal.

Kirana was stunned until unconsciously the chopsticks in her hand came apart. His forehead creased as if he did not believe Steven's words just now.

“How long ?” kirana asked with a sad face.

“They only asked for help for three months, but it looks like I will stay for a year or even more,” Steven said with a faint smile.

“And you will let Raven grow back without a father?”

“There are still both Shera's parents and my parents as well who can be a parental replacement for Raven.”

“It won't be the same Steven. Their status is opa and oma, while Raven needs her papa and real mama,” Kirana said in a slightly emotional tone.

“I need to stay away to reflect on my life, Nana. Hopefully when I get back, I find the answers to where I am going to move on with my life. And for sure, I want to stay away from you so that I can truly release you from my heart.”

Kirana sighed and shifted her gaze in the other direction. His eyes began to fog up making Steven frown. Just this time he saw Kirana become a whiny woman like this.

“Nana,” Steven touched Kirana's fingers on the table. “Do not cry. I'm just moving errands instead of moving nature. Moreover, today is sophisticated, we can still communicate.”

Kirana just kept quiet and still looked the other way. Turns out tears had come out of both corners of his eyes.

“Nana,” Steven clasping fingers Kirana. “Did you lose me so much while away from you ? Don't tell me that you just realized that you love me,” led Steven while laughing softly.

Raven who started feeling full narrowed her eyes when she saw her papa holding one of Kirana's fingers. Not wanting to lose, Raven clasped the other fingers of Kirana. Kirana wanted to turn her head, but she did not want Raven to see her crying.

“I don't like to hear your last reason. So the reason you decided to go far is because of me too?” kirana said with a tinge.

He took off Steven's grip and took the tissue on the table to wipe away the tears that had soaked his face.

“I don't mean to blame you, Nana,” Steven tried to wipe away the tears that were rolling back on Kirana's cheeks with the back of his hand.

Raven immediately hugged Kirana from the side when she saw Kirana's eyes that began to drift like someone had finished crying.

“Do not touch my wife like that !” the reprimand with a loud and firm voice undoes Steven's intention to wipe away Kirana's tears.

Spontaneous Kirana and Steven immediately turned their heads towards the origin of the voice and Raven immediately let go of her embrace, co-staring towards Sebastian who was already standing not far from their table.

Kirana sighed and cast a glance in the other direction. Somehow, Sebastian can always find Kirana's whereabouts. Though the phone has been turned off and Kirana does not wear any jewelry that was installed by Sebastian tracker.
