Chapter 67 A Brief Fact

It has been 3 days for Sebastian to travel to America with Dion, Aldo, Aleandro and Shera. Unlike the previous, this time Sebastian quite often sent messages and once contacted Kirana via video call.

Either because he wants to change or because of Aleandro's compulsion, for Kirana the most important thing is Sebastian's effort to get better.

In addition to being preoccupied with office work because of the absence of Dion who helped him, Kirana also began to get busy with wedding preparations that were finally decided by daddy Richard to be held 14 weeks starting last Monday. At 3 pm Kirana permission to go home quickly at the request of Amelia's mommy who told her to come to one of the hotels to meet with the wedding organizer who will take care of Sebastian and Kirana's wedding.

About thirty minutes away, Mr. Tomo dropped Kirana in the hotel lobby and the girl immediately descended to the restaurant at the hotel. Kirana who was looking for a cellphone in her bag paid less attention to the road until it accidentally hit someone.

“Sorry,” he said as he looked down and looked up at the face of the woman he hit.

“Kirana !” exclaim that woman.

“Kak Pingkan ?” Kirana with a surprised face looked at the woman standing in front of her.

“Ngapain you are here ?” tanya Pingkan with a tinge.

“Ngg. Kak Pingkan how are you doing?” Kirana is still trying to be friendly with the woman named Pingkan.

Kirana herself felt that her time was wasted in taking care of the girl who always took her noisily since they were in school.

Pingkan was Aleandro's first student at Steven's fan club. The fans of Steven's club always make Kirana the target of their frustration because they feel ignored by Steven who always pay attention to Kirana.

“You still like to have a sweet mouth,” quipped Pingkan with a cynical smile.

“Sorry I did not have time to listen to the outpouring of hearts Kak Pingkan now, maybe sometime if there is time we can make a deal,” said Kirana with a polite tone and a thin smile.

“Still like to chase after older men,” his taunts without caring about Kirana who looks rushed.

“I think how my life, not the business of big sister,” said Kirana with a rather cynical face.

“Looks like your life is better now,” Pingkan took a look at Kirana's appearance from head to toe, not spared from her observation the handbag carried by Kirana.

“Means you look arrogant,” hiss Pingkan in a mocking tone.

“Isn't it good that I can live better ?” sahut Kirana with a mocking tone. “Do you feel the same as at school?”

“At least I'm grateful that Steven didn't vote for you but made Shera the only woman who got Steven completely.”

“Commands brother ?” Kirana frowned.

“Yes, so you know that Shera is now a part of Steven's life and soon they will get married. Why ? You envious ? Of course when compared to you, Steven would prefer Shera who is much better than you in any case.”

Pingkan who never separated from his cynical smile looked down at Kirana who had been silent. Kirana is digesting what Pingkan said about Shera's relationship with Steven.

“I think Kak Pingkan is very suitable to be a gossip magazine reporter,” Kirana said while laughing slowly. Although there was no cynical tone in his words, but Pingan felt provoked by his emotions.

“So you think I'm the culprit of gossip ? Ask directly to Shera, a lawyer sukes Pratama family,” said Pingkan in an arrogant style.

Kirana almost woke up to the words of Pingkan who was far from the truth. Is that what Shera said on the outside.

“I don't know Shera very well. Is he our schoolboy too, Sister ?” asked Kirana while putting on her innocent face. “And what caused Sister Shera to be able to confirm that she has become a part of Steven's life?”

“Even now you can not show your arrogance Kirana Gunawan,” taunted Pingkan, “Of course Shera is our schoolboy and has now managed to become a famous lawyer. He himself told us that Steven and himself had tied each other up and would soon formalize it in marriage.”

“I'll make sure Shera invites you to come to witness Steven's true happiness, and it's certain that it's not you,” Pingkan said in an arrogant tone. His hand blocked Kirana's arm and his face drew closer to Kirana.

“And I will make sure it will come if indeed Steven does invite me,” said Kirana with a smile.

“Now please remove brother's hand from my arm. I have to meet an important person here,” Kirana said as she glanced at Pingkan's hand which was on his arm.

“Then how do they invite you if they don't know where you are?” tanya Pingkan while linking her brows.

“Steven and Aleandro have my phone number. Whenever Brother Shera will invite to his wedding with Steven, I make sure it will come.”

Kirana slightly rudely shook Pingkan's hand and left the woman without waiting for an answer or another word to come out of Pingkan's mouth.

Along the way to the restaurant, Kirana's brain immediately worked thinking of Pingkan's words. Why is there no Sebastian's name mentioned in Pingkan's sentence ? Just Steven and Steven ? Wasn't Sebastian and Shera's wedding grand and lavish ? But why not even Pingkan call Shera a great woman who can already get two heirs of the Pratama family ? Didn't any of Shera's High School friends get invited to her wedding with Sebastian ?

Arriving at the restaurant, a waiter greets Kirana and drives her to Amelia's mommy's desk when Kirana mentions that she has been waiting for her mommy.

Kirana was introduced to three representatives of the wedding organizer chosen by Amelia's mommy. Initially Sebastian wanted to use the same WO as his marriage to Shera, but emphatically mommy Amelia rejected it and found another WO that was quite popular.

Discussions surrounding the wedding wanted by Kirana and Sebastian lasted until half-time. Reading the fee offer submitted by the WO made Kirana not only clucked but also a little dizzy. Understandably for him, such a fee can be used for many things including paying some Kendra tuition fees.

But it is also impossible to throw a simple party for the Richard Pratama family that will finally marry their only son in one big and festive event.

Kirana was more silent because she was still thinking about Pingkan's words, while Amelia's mommy, who had been watching him since, thought that Kirana's attitude was due to her longing for Sebastian.  It is only natural that the business with WO is handled directly by the bride and groom, but Sebastian's condition is very unlikely for now.

“You're okay, Kiran ?” ask Amelia's mommy when they're in the car to Sebastian's house.

“It's okay, Mom. Just thinking of a little unfinished work today,” replied Kirana lying.

It was impossible to tell the matter he had heard to Mommy Amelia. Kirana is worried that mommy Amelia will take decisive action again, while she herself is like playing a puzzle. The pieces it gets will form what the actual image looks like.

“do not be too concerned about work alone. Ask for help on Echi or Marsha, you also have not long worked in the company,”, said mommy Amelia while patting Kirana on the shoulder. The girl smiled at her mother-in-law.

“Iya Mom, so far Echi and Marsha are very helpful, after all there is still Amir who takes over some of the responsibilities held by Dion.”

“If it makes you too dizzy, do not hesitate to talk and discuss with daddy. Since your engagement with Sebastian, you have been considered as our own child.”

“Thank you, Mom,” Kirana again smiled at mommy Amelia.

Arriving at Sebastian's family home, Kirana is asked to have dinner first with daddy Richard and mommy Amelia. They had a chat about wedding preparations and some other things, but neither daddy Richard nor Kirana mentioned anything about work.

At 8 pm Kirana was delivered by Mr. Tomo. His mind recalled Pingkan's words.

What does it mean to say that Shera is the only woman who gets Steven completely ? Is it possible… ?

Kirana's forehead shriveled and her mind was immediately fixed on Raven. Is it possible that Raven is the son of Shera and Steven ? Given her name, Kirana concluded that the unusual name stands for SheRA and SteVEN.

Then why didn't Steven find out that Shera was pregnant with him ? Did Steven never feel that they had a husband and wife relationship that made Shera pregnant ? Then why did Shera not demand Steven be responsible instead marry Sebastian and try to set a trap so that the child he contains is recognized as the son of Sebastian ?

Kirana is getting dizzy thinking about it, but she is also happy to find a little bright spot regarding the biological father of Raven. Just to prove it with a DNA test, but Kirana realized that it was not easy to ask Steven to do a DNA test with Raven.
