Chapter 43 Didn't Miss You

Kirana began to wake up from her deep sleep. His eyebrows clinging to his eyes were still closed, trying to sharpen what he was feeling right now.

His body felt warm and there was a gust of heat near his forehead. Slowly Kirana opened her eyes and felt something heavy on her waist. His nose immediately smelled the distinctive aroma he had memorized.

Spontaneous Kirana's eyes immediately opened perfectly and was surprised because she was in Sebastian's arms even her hands were also hugging the man's body.

Kirana tried to stay away but the hug on her waist was strong enough that Kirana slowly moved the stocky arm to get off her waist.

His position was no longer attached to Sebastian's body. The feeling of his longing is difficult to hold until his gaze still leads to the face of Sebastian who is still asleep. The man's long face he hadn't seen. Almost two weeks. Fine hairs began to grow around his lips to his jaw. As Kirana's hand nearly touched Sebastian's lips, her mind recalled the photo she had received from the anonymous sender.

Kirana's mood suddenly went bad. His face was instantly bent while snorting in annoyance. Kirana decided to take a bath to be fresher, after all, it was soon dinner time.

But Kirana had not yet moved, the sturdy arm pulled her until Kirana fell into Sebastian's arms.

“Where are the bad boys ?” Sebastian's whisper was still with his eyes closed.

Kirana was silent. His eyes also closed trying to dispel the image of the photo.

Finding no reaction from Kirana, Sebastian breaks his arms. Kirana who still closed her eyes.

“I miss you so much, don't you miss me, Kiran ?” Sebastian rubbed Kirana's cheek gently and Kirana roughly brushed Sebastian's hand away. The man was shocked and could not believe Kirana being treated like that.

Kirana stomps her body until it is released from Sebastian's embrace. He got up and got out of bed.

Sebastian was sitting on the bed, his head was a little dizzy. Either because of the workload lately or because her mind was full of Kirana who disappeared.

Sebastian massaged his temple while grinding. His eyes glanced at Kirana who was carrying a change of clothes. After feeling better, Sebastian got out of bed and walked closer to Kirana.

Kirana quickly closed her closet and turned to want to get out of the room, but Sebastian's arm held her back and carried the girl back into his arms.

“What makes your heart upset, Kiran ? Did something hurt your heart ? I'm sorry if I ignored you for being busy with work. But I really always miss you. Too often hear your chatter makes me want to go home faster, while the job there can not yet I stay.”

Kiran does not rebel or return Sebastian's embrace. The man's burly hand grip did reduce his longing, but again the image became a barrier wall in Kirana's heart.

Sensing that Kirana was silent, Sebastian broke his arms and held onto Kirana's shoulders. The face of Kirana who looked down.

“Kiran, don't be quiet like this - Make me if I upset you. Sorry, I'm sorry Kiran. I will learn to reduce my ego and be more courageous to face my sense of miss.”

Sebastian's two hands cupped Kirana's face which was deliberately raised so that it could be stared at. But Kirana's eyes remained closed and did not want to look at Sebastian.

Sebastian smiled bitterly. He brought his face closer to Kirana's face was about to kiss her but Kirana immediately threw away her face even though Sebastian's hand was still cupping her.

Sebastian let go of his hand and stood silently before Kirana.

The girl opened her eyes and without speaking anything passed Sebastian with a change of clothes in her hand.

Kirana paused for a moment before leaving the room.

“I don't miss you at all and don't want to see you. Please leave this house. You've already seen that I'm fine. Please don't bother me.”

Without waiting for a response, Kirana came out and closed the door again.

Sebastian is still in his place. A heavy sigh and a rough sigh sounded as if it filled Kirana's not-so-large room.

Sebastian stepped towards the nightstand and sat on the edge of the bed. His hand grabbed Kirana's phone that had been re-lit. Sebastian tries to guess the number used to unlock the locked phone. But it failed twice. Not wanting Kirana's phone blocked, Sebastian takes his own phone and calls Aldo.

“Do, can you open Kirana's phone and find out the message she received ?”

“Can Sir, the physical origin is on me.”

“Ok then, tomorrow we meet at the office.”

Tanoa spoke at length again, Sebastian pulled out Kirana's phone and immediately put it in his trouser pocket. He would figure out for himself what caused Kirana to avoid him.

Sebastian decides to go down to meet Kirana's family. Forcing Kirana to speak at this moment looked difficult and even added to the girl's annoyance. Better try to find out for yourself first through Kirana's mobile phone.

Sebastian had dinner with the Kirana family that night. The four of them had a casual conversation without alluding to the disappearance of Kirana, while Kirana herself chose to be silent and not get involved in the conversation.

After dinner, Sebastian had a conversation with papa Heru and Kendra while watching TV, while Kirana helped Mama Lia clean up the former dinner.

Kirana herself was washing the cutlery with dirty glasses.

Mama approached Kirana and stroked her daughter's back lovingly.

“Sebastian is not a random man. He is a well-known and respected company leader. Many people adore and envy him to try to bring him down. So you have to be mentally strong if you want to continue your relationship. There will be many people who try to disturb him and you are one of Sebastian's weak points that can make him helpless.”

Kirana took a washcloth to dry her hands. Mama Lia's words are indeed worth digesting and thinking well.

“Talk with Bastian carefully, ask about the photo and listen to the explanation. According to mom and dad, there is no very intimate relationship in the photo. It could be that Sebastian is indeed asleep on the sofa until he does not realize there is someone sitting next to him.”

Kirana was silent again. He remembered the incident this afternoon in his room. Even Kirana did not realize that Sebastian was next to her and hugged her while sleeping, even Kirana joined her lover's embrace back.

Finished with the kitchen business, mama invites Kirana to join papa Heru, Sebastian and Kendra watching TV, but Kirana refuses.

He chose to stay in the dining room and enjoy a glass of warm tea he had just made.

Mama Lia who understands her daughter's heartache because this is her first experience dating. Mama let Kirana choose to stay away from Sebastian first without forcing him.

Sebastian furrowed his brows when he found that only Mama Lia had come and joined them. But mama Lia pretended not to see Sebastian's gaze as if asking for Kirana's whereabouts.

Kirana chooses to return to the room without seeing Sebastian and his family who are still talking while watching television. He locked the door to his room, just in case Sebastian couldn't get in like this afternoon.

The yellow roses on her dresser. Since Kirana finished bathing, she had seen the flower arrangement placed there, but there was not the slightest intention to touch it.

Kirana approached her dresser and picked up the flower arrangement and kissed it. Fragrant. But the smell of Sebastian's body still calms Kirana's heart. A card fell out of it.

“I LOVE YOU, HONEY.. ALWAYS & ”.

Kirana carried the rose and placed it on the nightstand. His mind was filled with my mother's advice.

What Mama Lia said was very true. Sebastian is a handsome young businessman who is quite successful in his young age. Many women are eyeing Sebastian to be made husband. Not to mention the business people who want to make Sebastian as a working partner or even consider him an enemy and intend to bring him down.

The knocking sound of the bedroom door blew away Kirana's daydream. His hand hesitantly opened the door when it heard a voice from outside calling out his name. But Kirana finally chose to open the door.

Sebastian is still standing in his work shirt. His face looks tired.

“I'm going home first Kiran. If tomorrow you can not enter the office, no problem.”

Sebastian just spoke without trying to get close to Kirana let alone hug her.

“But don't let me not meet you. My longing feeling was not able to hold until it made my head dizzy suddenly. Rest tonight, and thank you for letting you sleep last afternoon.”

Sebastian smile. He held himself back from touching Kirana's face let alone hugging her. Finished speaking who did not get any response from Kirana, Sebastian turned around to leave Kirana.

“But I don't miss you,” Kirana said slowly like a mutter. But Sebastian heard it and turned around with a smile.

“It's okay you don't miss me, just don't forbid me to miss you.”

After that Sebastian completely disappeared from the presence of Kirana and goodbye to the family of his lover.

Mr. Tomo has been waiting in front of Kirana's house at Sebastian's request since he moved into the living room with Papa Heru and Kendra.

Sebastian wanted to rest physically and mentally in order to face Kirana with a cold head. If only prioritizing emotions, instead of getting better even their problems can further distance Kirana from Sebastian.

Doesn't it take understanding in a love relationship other than openness ? If one side is being enveloped by emotions, then the other side should give in and be a good listener.
