Kirana's mood is increasingly uncertain not only because of meeting Steven, but until the working hours are over, there is no reply or message of any kind from Sebastian. Kirana did not forget that in Sebastian's place today is still around 5 am.

Finally Kirana decided to go home and immediately clean up her desk, turn off the computer and lock her desk drawer and closet. His heart was hesitant to talk to daddy Richard who might have known about Sebastian.

Kirana sighed. Her heart went back and forth to meet daddy Richard. Would the future father-in-law think that Kirana is too possessive and demanding for Sebastian ? While his heart that is too holding back longs cannot be prevented from being restless.

Kirana finally ventured up to the 16th floor, without thinking about whether Steven was still there or not.

“Mbak, is Mr Richard still inside ?” kirana asked as she reached the 16th floor and stood between Echi and Marsha's table.

“There's still Doctor Steven inside. You want to meet your father-in-law ?” echi asked while working in front of the computer.

“Is Mr Richard on schedule again after this, Ma'am ?”

“Nevent, Ki,” sahut Marsha. “It looks like Mr. Richard will go straight home.”

“I'd like to see you for a minute, Sister Marsha,” said Kirana, who is owned by Marsha.

Kirana sat on the sofa in the room not wanting to disturb Echi and Marsha who were still preoccupied with their work, while Amir did not see the trunk of his nose.

About ten minutes later, Mr. Richard came out with Steven. The two men of different generations looked surprised to see Kirana sitting in the secretariat room.

“Not home, Kiran ?” Mr. Richard greets his future son-in-law first.

“Not Dad, if you can Kiran want to talk to Daddy for a while,”, said Kirana who had gotten up from the sofa.

Steven briefly smiled at Kirana and was replied with a nod of the head by the girl. Steven's heart was slightly pinched when he heard Kirana calling his uncle daddy.

Mr. Richard gestured for Kirana to follow him into the room. They sit on the sofa so that the atmosphere is not too formal.

“What's up with Sebastian ?” ask Daddy Richard while laughing softly.

“It has been three days not only Sebastian, but Dion and Aleandro could not be contacted even Kiran's message could not be sent two days.”

“Aleandro ?” ask daddy Richard while frowning his forehead. “You know Mr Alexander's son ?”

“Know, Dad,” said Kirana while nodding. “We were old friends when we were in school. Aleandro, Steven and Kiran. Though on a level we are all different, but we were quite close at that time.”

“Unexpected coincidence,” says daddy Richard while laughing.

“Do Daddy know why they can't receive messages let alone phone calls ?” kirana asked carefully, afraid that her father-in-law misunderstood her.

But instead of being angry because Kirana was a possessive wife, daddy Richard laughed instead.

“They are no longer in California, Kiran. On the advice of our partners there, Sebastian and his team were invited to their North Carolina headquarters. There is a possibility in the office that a signal protection tool or such to prevent hackers from breaking through their systems. But take it easy, Daddy is sure that Sebastian will let you know after his job is done. He has to deal with mommy if it makes you sad again.”

Kirana blushed in embarrassment at the last words of her future father-in-law. Sometimes Kirana feels bad because it often involves both of her future in-laws.

“Thank you, Dad,” Kirana looked up and smiled at Daddy Richard.

“Now you go with Steven. He was allowed to take you to dinner now. Daddy has given permission and will talk to Sebastian if the child scolds you,”, said Daddy Richard as he got up from his couch.

Kirana also got up from the sofa but looked at Daddy Richard with brow.

“But Kiran…. “

“Just accompany Daddy's niece,” Daddy Richard directly embraces Kirana's shoulder affectionately like a father to his daughter.

“It looks like he needs a friend to chat with at the moment. Dizziness about his profession and responsibilities as the successor to Uncle Raymond,”, said Daddy Richard back while bringing Kirana out of his room.

The position of Daddy Richard who was embracing Kirana's shoulder out of the room made Echi, Marsha and Amir who had just entered, smile themselves. They could see how Kirana was so loved not only by Sebastian but also her two future in-laws.

Previously they had seen how mommy Amelia treated Kirana like her own daughter. It is very different with Shera.

“Kirana will accompany you to dinner today,” Daddy Richard let go of his embrace when he was standing near Steven.

“But remember !” Daddy Richard raised his index finger near Steven's face. “Kirana is your cousin's sister's future wife. Treat him well, lest Uncle change his mind on you.”

Steven laughed while nodding his head.

“Beres Uncle,” Steven lifts his thumb. “I borrowed Kirana for a little while just for a chattermate and nothing more. Prospective Uncle son-in-law will get back home without lacking anything.”

Kirana could only sigh to see Steven utilize his relationship with Daddy Richard to force him to accept the man's invitation. It turned out that there was indeed a thousand and one paths that Steven had to approach Kirana.

Feeling bad to refuse the request of her future father-in-law, Kirana finally accepted Steven's invitation. They also went down to the lobby using a special elevator. Kirana was more silent and listened to Daddy Richard's chat with Steven which looked more upbeat this afternoon.

In the secretariat room, Echi, Marsha and Amir laugh at Kirana's sour-looking face and are forced to go out to eat with Steven at the request of his future in-laws.

“It looks like I have to ask Kirana for the same recipe in order to get a future husband,” Marsha said as she propped her face up on the table.

Marsha throws Amir with the pen in her hand but is fended off by Mr. Richard's assistant with a laugh. Echi just bobbing heads. Indeed, his assistant secretary had not found a man who matched him.

In Echi's eyes, Marsha was a beautiful girl who was a little picky, fierce and too independent. Some times his relationship with men only lasts two to three months because Marsha does not want to be seen as a spoiled woman who depends on her lover. Though occasionally men will also be happy if they feel needed to help or protect their lover.

While in the lobby, Daddy Richard had already left the MegaCyber building with Mr. Tomo and Kirana going with Steven to have dinner outside.
