“Malvin, I did not expect we would work together,” Alena said in amazement when they met at Alena's office to discuss the cooperation agreement. Malvin felt the atmosphere this time was somewhat different because it was the first time they met for work. Therefore Malvin tried as normal as possible to talk to the girl he still loved.
"Yes. Dad gave me the freedom to find a business partner. Since long ago I did think it would be a good opportunity if we do cooperation,” he explained while sipping tea.
“What before our company has not done cooperation?” Malvin breathed heavily, though,
“Yeah.you know my dad doesn't like this company. That's what makes us a little difficult to market the product. Though I have often said that this company is a good product distribution company but Dad still refused it for whatever reason.” Hearing that made Alena curious about one thing,
“What are the reasons that make our Father hate each other?” ask, more on yourself. Malvin nodded because it was also a question he wanted to know the answer to.
“I asked Dad about this. But he actually scolded me all-out and said he would send me abroad if I dared to ask once again.” Malvin recalled with a grim face. He remembered how horrible his father's expression was at that time. Malvin was well-intentioned. Want to help advance his father's company. But as a second child, Malvin did not have much rights because the company would be passed on to his older brother.
“I asked him too. But,” Alena fell silent because these memories made her heart ache.
“Daddy immediately fell ill and I never dared to ask again after.” Malvin was silent, and so was Alena. They were busy immersed in each other's thoughts.
“Oh, I heard today Fernandez Group is having a party,” Malvin switched the subject suddenly. He does not want to continue to be dissolved in a language that will not have an end. Therefore he was looking for a topic that could make Alena happy.
“Yes. Are you invited?” Alena smiled brightly.
"Yes,” Malvin answered him in a distant voice. It was also time for him to see Alena's happy look. It was very different from the sad face he had seen a few days ago. A cheerful and joyful Alena was indeed his prayer. But at the same time his heart was so sad.

“I heard Malvin come to your office this afternoon,” Alena turned to hear Davian say with a jealous tone. Davian was busy driving and looked straight at the road ahead, but Alena could see his displeased look from the side.
“Only discuss cooperation projects,” replied Alena lightly. Nothing happened except that.
“You don't intend to go back to her, do you?” Alena is surprised to return with a strange question from a Davian. Really, it was a strange gurgle from the figure of the man he knew so haughty, cold, and no matter what.
“What is there to be envied by a perfectly handsome and wealthy Davian Fernandez? His wife only talked to other men and it became a source of small debate when we met again?” alena debate while holding back a smile. Davian looked over with an annoyed face. Not accepting with the words of Alena who sounded underestimated him.
“I'm not jealous. I just asked.”
“Alena, don't argue with me.”
“I'm not arguing, I'm just asking you to discuss.”
“This is not a discussion. You obviously asked me to fight because of Mr. Malvin it!”
“Then you don't have to yell at me!”
“I'm not yelling at you!”
“Mr Fernandez!”
“Yes, Alena!”
They gasped and then quietly stared at each other with sharpened eyes. A few seconds later they were chuckling at the same time. Laughing at a strange thing that made them argue for no reason. Davian pulled over for a moment until their laughter subsided.
“Yeah, Alena... You drive me crazy,” Davian rubs his temples slowly. He felt strange yet happy. For a long time he did not feel this free. Davian feels like he's starting to become a free figure when he's with Alena. This girl gives a different color in her life. Now she understands why her parents want her to marry Alena. This girl, she can make him happy.
Alena tried to stop her laughter after realizing Davian was looking at her gently. He's cleared his throat.
“Have stopped laughing. We can be late to attend the party if not hurry,” Alena tidied Davian's suit and tie then tidied up her own appearance. Davian smiled knot. His gaze was straight in Alena's eyes which he had just realized was so clear. Then slowly down on her lips which are now reddish because of the lipstick. Davian was tempted to kiss her again. Davian brushed aside his suddenly floating thoughts on the beautiful night they had passed.
“Davian, we're late for the party,” Alena nervously realizes Davian is closing his face to her.
“Leave it. Aren't we the Lord of the Party?” Davian doesn't care. She tilted her face and when Alena felt Davian's lips touch hers again, her eyes closed automatically. They were busy pulverizing each other, not caring about the time that kept going second by second.
