A beautiful morning to start a new day. Alena smiled looking at the apartment where she lived now that was neatly arranged. Today she officially became Fernandez's mistress after a grand wedding that took place two days ago. Yesterday Davian decided to move into a luxury apartment and as a wife he could only follow.
Alena waved the curtains covering the room window. He then turned towards the figure of a handsome man who was still sleeping on the bed. The man who had become her husband but whose heart she could not understand in the least. It should be the happiest times in the life of the newlyweds. But what happened to him now was nothing more than a charade. They do not live like a newly married couple.
Davian decided to sleep in a different room with her. Let him sleep alone in a separate room. What is it called ‘happy life post-marriage’? But it was better than the cold attitude that Davian showed.
“I have to be patient.” break up Alena after quite a long time looking at the handsome face of her husband. He sat on the edge of the bed. I don't know why seeing this guy's face always calms him down. He likes to do it. Just like when he saw Malvin fall asleep.
Without realizing it, Alena slightly bent her body about to kiss Davian's forehead. I don't know what's going on in his mind right now until he does something beyond reason like this.
The corners of his lips were attracted to form a thin smile. An unexpected thing happened, Davian suddenly moved his body to make the bed move and Alena lost her balance.
“Aa—“ screeches Alena to a halt as her body staggers down and somehow—however it accidentally— her lips land just above Davian's lips.
Alena opened her eyes, noticing her lips touching a soft material. He slowly opened his eyes and was surprised that Davian opened his eyes at the same time. He is glued and his eyes are locked by Davian's sharp but mesmerizing irises. Realizing that, Alena quickly distanced her face. Shame, nervousness, surprise, everything mixed into one.
Davian looked at Alena with his flat face. There was not the slightest look of shock behind her handsome face, making Alena stunned with fear. Highlight those clear black eyes were able to make Alena's heart beat uncontrollably. His cheeks warmed up by themselves. For a while, Alena felt like she was thrown into a fairyland once their eyes were fixed.
“You did you” The cold and sharp sound that came out of Davian's mouth managed to resuscitate Alena back to the real world. The girl blinked, as if conscious. His mouth was shaking about to speak.
“A-I mean to wake you” replied Alena nervously.
“Build me by ‘like this’?” tanyanya quipped the incident of the kiss earlier.
“Nakk!!” Alena gurgling. He whispered his gaze in all directions as long as he did not look at Davian.
“Sorry. I accidentally” Alena lowered her head a few times. Davian. Regardless of Alena's guilty expression, she got up and headed for the bathroom.
Alena's riveted. In his heart he sighed. My nerves start today.

Davian POV
Alena is a very nice and patient girl. I admit she's not too ugly, though not as pretty as Jeane. It's just that I can't accept his presence in my life. Thanks to his arrival, my entire life plan was ruined. I get angry and upset every time I see him smile. Her happy face reminded me of the failure of my plan to marry Jeane. I hateit.
“Sir, you arrival guest.” My secretary, Janette said. At first glance I diverted my attention from the financial file I was researching towards the door.
“Who?”
“Nona Jeane.”
Alisku. Why did Jeane come here at work? Doesn't he work? I believe his work as an Editor is not free especially because the magazine publishing deadline will not be long.
Jeane's figure soon emerged from behind the door. Her sweet smile always calmed me down, as always. He walked gracefully. Jeane can always make herself look perfect with whatever clothes and accessories she wears. She's the kind of woman who would never love to spend money to beautify herself. And you can see the results. She looks so gorgeous.
“Long time no see.”
