Davian looked at Jeane angrily. But Jeane's figure made him realize that he had indeed given false hope to him. That was before he was given severe punishment by God. Everything is said before he realizes that his feelings for Jeane can be erased by his love for Alena. Davian does not know he will be lured into the personality of Alena who is too different from the imagination of the woman of his dreams.
Jeane does have everything Davian wants from a woman, so he is attracted to Jeane. But when Alena comes into her life, Davian finds something different in the girl. Something he hated but turned out to drop it into a beautiful oasis called love.
“I'm sorry, Jeane. I know I was wrong. But I beg you to forget me now and whatever happened between us in the past. Alena is my future now and I just want to live something my parents approve of,” explains Davian as slow and smooth as possible. She was prepared to accept whatever Jeane's reaction was tonight and sure enough, the shock was reflected in Jeane's pretty face. The girl's jaw hardened and her hands clenched tightly.
“You asked me to forget our memories? That easy you ask me to do? You think it would be as easy as tearing up dirty paper full of scribbles writing on a new sheet? I'm not gonna do it. Let's see who will lose later,” Jeane said in a shaken voice. The girl turned away while trying to maintain her graceful pose.
Davian let out a heavy breath while Alena pursed her lips tightly. The corner was only touched by hearing Jeane's words. To be honest, Jeane wasn't completely wrong. The girl is just a victim. It's true what Jeane said. Removing meaningful memories is not as easy as tearing up dirty paper and replacing it with a new one. If she were Jeane, she would probably do the same with Jeane.

Alena feels very strange in the middle of the party because there is nothing she knows but Davian and his family. Now Davian was chatting with some of his business associates and he was cornered in a corner of the room all by himself. Staring bored at the people who chatted warmly around him. He took a sip of champagne but grimaced later.
“Uh, it feels bad,” it then put back the glass filled with yellowish liquid. He decided to approach Davian and join the boring conversation instead of being left in the corner of the room like a mosquito repellent. But only a few steps did he come to a halt as the figure before him blocked. When his head looked up to see the face in front of him, he was shocked.
“Malvin..” Werent in disbelief. Malvin showed her a sweet smile and greeted her.
“I was happy to meet someone I knew in the middle of this boring party,”.
“You came alone?” he asked because he saw Malvin was not with anyone.
“I came with brother,” he turned to his older brother who was now chatting with some people.
“Why not invite your lover?” canda Alena tried to melt the atmosphere. Donghae looked at him straight.
“Cannot be. My lover is married to another man,” he said without intending to offend Alena in the slightest because that is the reality. But Alena immediately responded wrongly.
The corner of Davian's eye accidentally saw his wife talking to a man named Malvin whom he saw the other day. The curiosities appear because Alena looks wrong after Malvin said something. Davian was forced to stop chatting with some of his coworkers and approached his wife.
“Alena,” new Davian call his wife someone else there first call his name.
“Hei, Davian!!” the shout was enough to make Davian, Alena, and Malvin turn towards the source of the sound. Davian gasped to see the man walking up to him with a cheerful face.
“During not meeting. You've been seen so rarely lately.”
“You're too busy. Oh, she must be your wife. You haven't introduced it to me officially,” Dion said as her gaze shifted towards Alena. Davian immediately pulled Alena to his side.
“Alena, she's my best friend, Dion. Dion, this is Alena, my wife.” They shake hands and introduce themselves. Davian felt attracted to the girl standing beside Dion.
“Hey, is she your wife?" Dion gasped that he had forgotten to introduce the woman he was with.
“Not, he's my sister. Just got back from college in Switzerland.”
“Hallo all, I'm Yuka. Yuka Radhian,” The girl named Yuka smiled and greeted Davian and Alena. When he reached out his hand to Malvin, the man simply stared at his hand. Not intending to hold it at all. Yuka who noticed Malvin's unfriendly response immediately withdrew her hand again.
“Why didn't you take your wife?” ask Alena astonished. Dion nodded with a smile.
“Sister-in-law is busy with her charity work. Maybe it will come back later this year,” Yuka said first. Dion nodded in confirming.
“Gosh, you must immediately find a new wife who loves you more than her charity,” joked Davian but quickly followed by Alena. He thinks Davian's words were disrespectful. What if Dion is offended by his words.
“Ah, it is very difficult if you love him too much. Isn't that right, Mrs Fernandez?” Dion glanced at Alena who was immediately flabbergasted to hear his words. Alena was stunned for a while before finally smiling warmly.
“No matter the space and time or distance separating, your love for her will never diminish. That's what you mean?” his reply.
“Bingo!” Dian flicked his finger satisfied. Yuka and Davian instantly clucked together while Malvin fell silent. Was that the feeling she had in her heart for Alena?
“Wah, you guys really fit. It's a pleasure to philosophize,” chirped Yuka.
