Mother still with a shocked heart she looked at the princess only wayangnya, which looks so empty—as new life regardless of the body. Alena was obviously shocked by this notice. He wondered if he should be honest or not.
“The good step if we tell the facts, Mother,” said Davian knows the turmoil of his mother-in-law. Since Alena has not been able to answer then she who answered the confused view of Mother. I think Alena would expect the same. There's no point in hiding the fact that Malvin is David's son either. Lawyers cannot expose that reality to the world.
I nodded because he thought the same. He sighed heavily before turning his eyes to Lawyer again, “Malvin is my husband's son.”
Alena blinked from her daydream to hear Mom say about Malvin to Lawyer.
“Mother,” says. She thought her mother would keep this a secret apparently not.
The lawyer was surprised but he was professional enough not to ask further. He just nodded without saying a word.
“My husband actually handed over this whole company to Malvin?” Mother repeated her curiosity by asking.
“If you do not believe please read this letter. There's Mr. David's signature and this letter I haven't touched since Mr. David put this seal on the envelope,” explained the Lawyer while handing over the letter sheet in his hand as well as the brown envelope that still remains the official seal on its surface.
While her mother was busy reading the letter with a face of disbelief, Alena simply fell silent in her seat. He thought his father's decision in the will was very wise. His father often said that a woman should not be busy working in the company, therefore his father never allowed him to participate in the business world directly and now he realized why the company management did not give up the leadership seat officially to him— as the only heir they had know. Apparently from the beginning his father was planning to give this company to his son Mlvin—. Alena greatly appreciated her father's decision even though she felt a little offended.
A drop of tears trickled down the corner of Mom's eye after she read the will herself. She was sure her husband had thought about this carefully before finally deciding to hand the company over to the son he could not admit to. It's a wise decision. She did have time to think how it would be if the company that had been left by her husband was led by his daughter. Alena is deft and smart, but no matter how she is a woman especially now she is pregnant. There was no way he would ask his son-in-law to take care of two companies at once. The best way is to leave it to Malvin. After all, Malvin inherited all the good and wise attitudes of her husband. Malvin could be a wise leader.
“I don't mind,” Mother said as she handed the letter back to the Lawyer, saying,
“I let this company be handed over to Malvin.” Mother's voice was getting choked, it was clear she desperately held back tears.
“Mother,” says Alena. He was shocked by his mother's sudden decision.
“Mother is not thinking about you, Son. But I think I understand why your father told you to marry Daviab. Because he believes your husband can take care of you when he hands over the company to his son. Your father's been deciding this ever since he lost Malvin. I'm sure if he hadn't met Malvin by now, your father would've gone looking for Malvin and turned the company over to him. I hope you understand.” Obviously Mother with tears.
“Mother, really okay with this decision?” ask again.
“Mother looks not willing.”
“Mother just didn't expect your father to leave nothing for you, no matter how you keep his flesh and blood.”
“Mother..”
“You don't worry, Madam.” by Lawyer.
“Lord David just handed over the leadership seat to Malvin. The rest of the assets remain in the name of your daughter, Alena. You should read carefully the will.”
Mom immediately read the will carefully and sighed in relief. The lawyer was right, her husband just handed over the company leadership to Malvin. Others no.
Alena smiles while embracing her mother, “See, Dad still loves us.”
“After all, it looks like this company must be led by a competent person. I think Malvin can do it.” said Davian who had been silent since then. Alena then spread a proud smile for her husband.
“Better than you who have to handle a company of this size,” Davian added in a whisper.
