A shocked glint could be found on the faces of the two people as if Alena had just accused them of being the perpetrators of the crime. Not only was the shock clearly reflected on the faces of the two but it was also fear. They were scared and there was a hint of emotion tucked into their eyes.

Mr. Radhian sighed later before he threw out the thing that made Alena surprised instead of playing.

“Malvin, he is not my biological son,” His words were accompanied by a desperate sigh from the mouth of Madame Radhian.

The earth on Alena's foot was shaking and Alena realized she was about to faint because of the confession. Malvin is not Mr. Radhian's son. Those words kept spinning in his brain like a top. Head's dizzy. Alena looked back at Mr. Radhian.

“Then, why do you hate me? Why did you forbid my relationship with Malvin if he wasn't your real son? It shouldn't matter, right?”

Mr. Radhian's face turned pale hearing Alena's next question. The old man looked dazed and almost fell if his wife did not notice.

“Dad, relax.” Madam Radhian knew if this conversation continued her husband's hypertension disease could recur. So he turned to Alena to ask her to end this conversation.

“It looks like the talks should be finished until here. You can go.”

Alena was surprised by Madam Radhian's actions to drive her away when her curiosity was unstoppable again. He wants to know the answer now or he can go crazy. But seeing the condition of Mr. Radhian who continued to massage his head, Alena undoes the intention. He bowed his head and went outside the cafeteria.

Malvin found himself smiling after he participated in entertaining poor children who had to undergo chemotherapy due to severe illness. He had sung a song while playing the guitar and it was unexpected that the children liked it so much.

“Your voice is good, why not just be a singer?”

Instantly, Malvin's smile came to a halt and his head turned towards Yuka who was walking beside him. This girl insisted on driving her back to the room on the grounds of making sure that she did not fall suddenly in the middle of the road. Malvin couldn't resist because he didn't have a good reason to throw him away.

Malvin suddenly stopped his steps. The man's face stiffened. Intrigued, Yuka turned to focus Malvin's attention. They were crossing the hospital cafeteria area right now and Yuka saw nothing special other than a girl who had just come out and walked quickly away from the cafeteria.

“Alena!!” Malvin found himself screaming and his smile expanding. He was sure his eyes could not be wrongly looking. The woman who had just come out of the cafeteria was Alena. Malvin was intending to call her back when he saw both of her parents also coming out of the cafeteria. He tilted his head in wonder. How could they be in the same place at the same time. He blinked when he realized that there was only one possibility of it happening.

“How do we explain Alena's question earlier?”

Malvin's steps came to a halt when he heard the words of his parents. He's surprised. Her parents met Alena. Malvin was even more curious because his father, who was always calm, looked frustrated. What are they talking about?

“It seems like the time has come for us to say the truth,” this time his mother said.

“We have to say that Malvin and Alena are brothers therefore they can not be together since the beginning.”

Malvin felt his heart fall on hearing that. His mind was blankly leaping that second as well. His entire body trembled along with the cold sweat that poured out all over his body. What other misfortune should he accept after his love with Alena should end. Now, should he know that he and Alena are BROTHERS?

“What does that mean, Dad, Mom?” in his semi-conscious state Malvin found himself talking. The two old men who were in front of him were shocked to recognize Malvin's voice. They looked quickly with a dumbfounded look. Malvin walked closer to his parents slowly. The steps are not even balanced because the earth is on its foot as if swaying due to an earthquake.

“Malvin, this.” Mom tried to grab Malvin's hand but as quickly as lightning Malvin brushed it off. Malvin could not even look at his parents clearly anymore because his eyes had been blurred by tears.

“Me and Alena are brothers? We're brothers? And I'm not your real son?” ask her with a clenched voice. When his parents did not answer, Malvin's little heart grew fragile and shattered. Malvin immediately removed the intravenous needle in his hand, then ran after Alena with all the energy left in her.

“Malvin!!” Shouted Mom panicking. Yuka, who had witnessed the incident, screamed in panic and ran after Malvin.

Malvin knew his whole body was protesting in pain because he forced himself to run in this condition. He did not care if his body was paralyzed because of this but he did not know who else to ask for an explanation. If her parents won't answer then Alena's her last hope. He saw Alena's back in front of the hospital preparing to take a taxi.

“Alena!!” Malvin screamed and almost cried in despair as his legs started to hurt. Alena did not hear her call because the girl got into the taxi and soon the taxi started walking.

“No, TIDAAAKK!!!” malvin shouted as he arrived outside the hospital to find that the taxi Alena was riding left the hospital area. The whole joint hurt and Malvin could not stand up anymore. He fell drooping on the floor along with his dwindling self-consciousness. His whole body was hot, sick, and he could not breathe anymore and before his world became pitch black,
