After Zhou Yuan said so, hundreds of beastmen troops immediately moved in simultaneously raiding the young man.
Those on the ground path quickly narrowed the distance to Zhou Yuan, but when a few more steps approached the young man, Zhou Yuan did something beyond their expectations.

Zhou Yuan absorbed all the surrounding light as far as ten meters away, making his surroundings go pitch black and the army of beastmen shocked him.

In the time of his opponent's confusion, Zhou Yuan made use of the darkness he made to attack, with two heirlooms in hand, Zhou Yuan immediately moved quickly and took the lives of his opponents.
The darkness made the beast people around Zhou Yuan not give any meaningful resistance, they were too busy with their sudden vision blindness that Zhou Yuan was not aware of the action.
Zhou Yuan moved nimbly, slashing his two swords at one by one a race of beast men nearby. When the light technique reached its time limit, Zhou Yuan had already finished off a dozen of them.
The darkness that enveloped the army of beastmen lasted only a few seconds, when they could look back, the army of the beast race only found their comrades had already fallen to the ground.
Their eyes reddened as they watched what made that happen was Zhou Yuan. The young man did not stop there even though the surrounding light had returned, he continued to swing his sword and slaughter the other human beast races.
The human beast race on the ground could no longer hold back, no matter the distance of power between the two of them they advanced and attacked Zhou Yuan.
Zhou Yuan welcomed the incoming attacks while giving counterattacks, the continuous and relentless attacks made him not free to use his sword techniques but Zhou Yuan had other means.

Zhou Yuan exerted a deep energy on his two swords which instantly made his weapon shrouded in a burning blue flame.

As time went on, more and more of the human beast race invaded Zhou Yuan but on the other hand more and more lives were taken by him.
Zhou Yuan's breathing began to disordered, his inner strength slowly thinning as the battle progressed.
Zhou Yuan had not protected his body with golden dragon scales or deep power anymore so now his body was covered with several weapon scratches.
On the same side this was a reasonable price for having wiped out dozens of animal races in his hands, now around Zhou Yuan there were many bodies scattered.
"Am I going to die here..." Zhou Yuan bit his lips, he had already fought it out yet there was no sign he would manage to win or escape the encirclement of his opponent.
Zhou Yuan left behind the remaining deep power to hold onto Kusanagi, the sword continuously absorbed his inner power endlessly and if his inner power was depleted, the sword continued, then it did not rule out the possibility of his life energy to be absorbed by the sword.

Xie Bui clenched his hands hard, "Good, I want to see if you'll talk like that after I've caught and tortured you."

Zhou Yuan bit his lips, intending to hold back those energy waves with the remaining energy in the latter but before he did, another energy attack appeared and deflected Xie Bui's energy waves.
The wave of Xie Bui energy turned and then hit the boulder and crushed it.
Not long after that three people appeared in front of Zhou Yuan.
"You guys, why are you here?!" Zhou Yuan's eyes widened when he found out the person who had come and deflected Xie Bui's attacks were his three girls, Yifei, Linxia, and Xiao Rou.
