The first thing Zhou Yuan saw when he got to Riva City was a welcoming event for him and his grandfather.
The residents of Riva City lined up along the shoulder of the road sprinkling flowers as Zhou Bing and Zhou Yuan's horses passed through them.
Zhou Bing's arrival was known long before the two arrived, the residents of Riva City respected Zhou Bing as the city leader so much that the reception was quite lively.
Zhou Yuan only smiled awkwardly as he felt such a position, this was only the first time in his entire life that he had been greeted like this.
The two continued to step up until they finally arrived at the gate of the Zhou Family, there was already Zhou Yao and Lin Ruyue standing up to greet him.
The leadership of Riva City was taken over by Zhou Yao when Zhou Bing was absent.

Lin Ruyue then explained that in a few months, Zhou Yuan's father Zhou Yao would be appointed Chairman of the Zhou Family as well as Mayor of Riva City.
Ever since Zhou Bing returned from the trip, he changed plans to speed up the appointment of his son to the Chair of the Family.
Zhou Bing did this because knowing the situation of the martial world was actually not okay. By handing over all the leadership to Zhou Yao he could focus more on practicing.
