“Oh, you are the same as everyone else, falling for this girl and preparing to give up everything for her sake to impress her as her hero.” Liu Yanyi smiled mockingly. “Must admit, appearance can indeed protect someone.”
Liu Yanyi launched a kick that aimed at Jian Chen's head making the young man have to release his wrist before being able to dodge Liu yanyi's attack.

“If you continue this attack further then your kick technique can destroy this restaurant, you can get into trouble and fine compensation that is not small to pay for it…” Jian Chen reminded Liu Yanyi after seeing the damage inflicted by his air knife.
“Not to worry, I have enough money to buy these 3 restaurants again!” Liu Yanyi clenched her teeth in annoyance.
Liu Yanyi grew even more furious as his kicks still had no one to injure Jian Chen. Liu Yanyi poured more energy this time he used both hands.
“Your empty-handed science is not bad but there are still some flaws, at least you should manage the breathing as well.” Jian Chen even lectured Yanyi.

“I'll warn you, you better give up before I accidentally kill you and hole up like that wall.” Liu Yanyi smiled broadly at Jian Chen's frowned expression.
“Thanks for the warning but no need to worry, I can still protect myself.” Jian Chen tagged with his finger for Liu Yanyi to come forward.
“Hmph! Then don't blame me for killing you..”.

Jian Chen smiled faintly before walking towards the two, as the situation was already like this Jian Chen, Meily and Ziyun were no longer in the mood to continue eating. Before leaving the restaurant Jian Chen gave the restaurant owner a gold coin to compensate for the damage incurred.

“Given you're a maniac for murder, why didn't you kill him?” Lily asked with a sullen face when Jian Chen was already at the Academy.
“He is not yet 20 years old.” replied Jian Chen.
“Hah, what did you say?! You can't kill someone 20 years old and down, didn't that guy in his first life almost cut off your hand?”
“That was life once, me and him have no ties of vengeance in that life now.”
Lily still could not believe the reason Jian Chen was impressed as far-fetched.
“I understand you don't believe but my reason is, at least he can still be educated. After all I can't just kill him, the Liu clan can kill me and can even harm the Jian clan.”
Liu Yanyi was the son of Clan Chief Liu, harming him was the same as bringing life.

Jian Chen clucked in annoyance, “What makes you think that I'm a bad person?”

Jian Chen shook his head slowly, he had no interest in continuing his words with Lily and chose to focus on the tournament that was about to start soon.
