Jian Wu and Jian Ran had actually known since they were children, precisely the relationship between their parents was very close.

“I really miss Mom's cooking..” Jian Chen smiled widely before taking one of the shrimp dishes and eating it.
Jian Ran smiled and sat down with her son and husband who had eaten.
“This is the most delicious food in the world, of course you will miss Chen’er, because that's why I feel at home eating at home. Right Darling?” Jian Wu laughed crisply at his meal, teasing his wife.

The pair of father and son laughed as they watched Jian Ran's increasingly reddened face.
“You guys! stop flirting with mom!”

The dinner gradually warmed up, as it had been a long time since they had not gathered anymore mostly at the dining table it was filled with chatter especially discussing about Jian Chen in the academy.
Jian Chen answered the usual thing like learning a new martial art or something else, he did not tell about himself following the coup of the Niu clan or the marauding headquarters in the cave.
“Chen’er, I want you to be honest, how big is your power now?” Jian Ran looked at Jian Chen deeply.
The question was so sudden and Jian Chen was not ready to answer it yet, when he turned to his father it turned out the same reaction. It seemed like his parents had already planned this and were curious about Jian Chen's original strength.

“Not sick, but she's nauseous and dizzy.”
“Yes, but it is only a symptom of pregnancy, currently Miss Ran is pregnant..”.
Silent for a moment, Jian Ran, Jian Wu or Jian Chen were still digesting that simplest sentence. Getting pregnant? Contain? Is it a foreign language?
“You mean my wife is carrying a baby?!” jian Wu's breath hunted, his heart beating faster.
The physician did not reply but with a nod and a smile.

A few days after hearing the news of happiness, Jian Wu prioritized everything to take care of his wife, for the next few months he would not take a job first.
