The Painful Farewell (END)

When you are at the gate of international aviators there is still time left. Amel ran around looking for Rendi. While Raka was also looking in the other direction. They deliberately separated to quickly find the whereabouts of Rendi.

Amel looked on the screen of the scheduled departure of international aircraft. There seems to be some timetables out there. Amel did not know Rendi boarding the departure schedule to which country.He knew that Rendi would go to school in England, so he saw the flight schedule to England.

Amel's body was immediately released when he saw the clock flight to England had just taken off 2 minutes ago. Amel sat on the floor, unable to hold his body. His tears came out again, after it had stopped while on the way to the airport.

The sound of sobs was heartbreaking, seen some people whispering while pointing at him, not a dictatorship that only watched him from a distance. Amel continued to cry for his stupidity that made his loved ones leave without any words of separation.

“Mel wake!” raka said when he saw Amel sitting on the airport floor crying.

Amel turned to Raka. “He's gone bang! The plane took off a few minutes ago! I will never see him again!” amel said with a hoarse and trembling voice.

Raka helped Amel to stand up, after which she directed him to a seat not far from it. He tried to calm Amel down. After not hearing Amel's crying again, Raka said. “Maybe this is the way! You have to give it Mel!” raka said as they sat down. 

Amel shook his head strongly. “I can't bang! I love him so much!” amel's words mixed with the sound of crying that has not subsided.

“Amel..! Why are you here! Do you intend to take Rendi away?” Amel and Raka immediately turned their heads towards the voice that mentioned Rendi's name.

“Date!” amel said in surprise as he saw Kenan standing looking at him with an astonished look.

“Why are you here?”

“I want to see Brother Rendi! but the plane took off 10 minutes ago,” Amel said, wiping away her tears.

Kenan's eyebrows blend together. “What are you saying! His plane just took off 1 minute ago bound for America!”

Amel immediately stood up followed by Raka. “What..?? isn't he going to England? He once said that he would study in England,” said Amel with a surprised face. 

“You are not kidding. I just drove his departure. He did want to study in England, but later after going to America. She has to fight to live first and only she can go to college!”

Amel walked up to Kenan. “Ap.. What do you mean fight life? What happened to him?” amel asked in panic.

“Didn't Rendi tell you she had a severe brain injury? His condition has gotten worse lately, so he should be taken to America immediately to have surgery as soon as possible. The success of his operation is very small, if he is lucky he will live, but if his operation fails, he will not survive this time.”

Amel's eyes widened. His body trembled violently and his tears trickled back down his cheeks. He did not expect that all this time Rendi hid her pain from him.

“Ameeell..!!” yelled Kenan and Raka at the same time when they saw Amel was unconscious. Not yet Kenan told all, Amel had fallen unconscious.

Raka then lifted Amel's body and carried him to a health post at the airport followed by Kenan.

After 2 weeks of treatment in the best hospital in America. The doctor decided to operate on it. Just today, all the families gathered at the hospital to provide support for Rendi, including Kenan who flew directly after learning that Rendi would be operated on.

Before Rendi entered the operating room, Rendi was seen talking to doctors Jhon and Kenan. The operation lasted for approximately 3 hours. All the families looked worried. They were all waiting in front of the operating room.

Rendi was unconscious. The family is still waiting in front of the ICU. They want to know the development of Rendi.Until the time the doctor who handled Rendi came out with doctor Jhon and doctor Bianca.

Doctor Jhon seemed to just stand and look down, seen the doctor who was in his fifties was talking seriously with both parents Rendi, then shook his head.

After hearing all the words of the doctor, immediately Mama Rendi fell unconscious and Sofi cried loudly. While papa Rendi tried to resuscitate his wife. Doctor Bianca is trying hard and tries to calm Sofi who is fighting.

After the departure of Rendi a month ago, his attitude Amel so changed not like before. His face was always gloomy, not saying much anymore, he daydreamed more often. Fortunately Devan and Raka were always beside Amel, while Amel was slumped after the departure of Rendi.

After he regained consciousness from fainting at the airport that time. Kenan told me that Rendi had been involved in an accident that caused her severe injuries and severe brain injuries.

Kenan did not tell him everything, because he did not want to interfere too much with the affairs of Amel and Rendi. He wanted Rendi to tell Amel herself.

He only told me that Rendi had severe brain injuries again and had to undergo treatment and undergo surgery. Kenan also recounts Rendi's struggle to meet her until she has to be locked up by her mother.

On learning about Rendi's disease from Kenan, Amel unceasingly blames himself for his stupidity because he has absolutely no idea about Rendi's health. He even shut himself up and always cried himself out.

After that incident Amel still continued to cry, as he recalled how he ignored Rendi. When Rendi did not care about herself just to meet her to give an explanation. Amel was truly sorry as he recalled all his treatment of Rendi when Rendi was ill.

Amel shuts himself off from the outside world. He only went to school after that he came home, locked himself up, so every day. He no longer performs the same activities as before. During his downturn, only Devan and Raka always accompany him and provide support to Amel.

Amel became a closed person. He still regrets everything that happened. In his heart he still hoped that one day he could meet again with Rendi.

He wanted to fix everything even though he knew in the end that Rendi might not forgive him. At least he wanted to apologize for his bad treatment of Rendi. Being able to meet Rendi again was his biggest dream right now.

Forgive me for incising such a gaping wound in your heart. I don't expect you to forgive me. If only I had the chance to see you again.

I wanted to erase all the bad memories of me in your memory, but I realized that this might be the end of our story.

If indeed we are not meant to be together, I will accept it, just think of it as my karma for hurting your heart. Continue your life even if you hate me.

You're the best thing I've ever had in my life. I'll keep all these memories in my memory.

Later if you can still survive, I hope you can forget all the pain I created. May you always be happy wherever you are even without me by your side.

My greatest hope is that you can stay alive and soon find someone who can heal the wounds in your heart and hopefully nothing will hurt your heart again like I did to you.
