The anger of Rendi

Rendi only looked at Amel who seemed silent after talking to Devan. There was no talk between them until they arrived in Jakarta, precisely at the Rendi hotel.

Kenan decides to go home after making sure Rendi and Amel get inside the hotel. Amel stopped his steps before reaching Rendi's parents' room.

“Sister, I'm afraid, How about your parents get angry and kick us out?” amel asked while holding Rendi's arm.

"Let's just relax there's me. That's not gonna happen. You just need to shut up and stay by my side. I will talk to my parents,” said Rendi while holding Amel's shoulder and looking fixed in his eyes.

After convincing Amel, Rendi rang the bell of her parents' room. “So come in, mom and dad are waiting for you,” Sofi said when she saw that Amel and sister were at the door.

While on the way to Jakarta, Rendi had contacted her mother if she and Amel were on their way from Bandung to Jakarta.

Rendi held Amel's hand and walked in and stopped right in front of her mother and father who were sitting on the sofa staring at their arrival.

Rendi took a step forward in front of her parents. “Ma,Pa ... I want to ask for your blessing to marry Amel tomorrow,” said Rendi with a serious face.

Lilian stared at her son. “Do you think marriage is a game? How could you say it so easily? You just slammed your engagement with Friska and now you're getting married to Amel? Are you crazy?” lillian asked in a high voice.

Papa Rendi just sighed and preferred to be quiet because he did not want to muddy the atmosphere.

“Maa, I don't love Friska. Mama knew for herself, at that time I lost my mind and thought she was Kila so I accepted the match. I love Amel and will only marry him.”

“You should discuss with mom and dad first before you break off your engagement with Friska. Your rash actions have damaged the good relationship between us and Friska's parents because of your stupid actions,” Lilian said with an angry look.

“I admit it was wrong. I just don't want Amel to leave me, Ma. I love him so much.”

Lilian looked at Amel for a moment then turned to Rendi. “What if we don't approve of you? Are you going to marry her?”

Amel's body stiffened. He had expected that Rendi's parents would not approve of him. Moreover, the reason Rendi canceled her engagement with Friska was because of it.

“I will keep marrying her. I'll take off everything I got, Ma. Please give us your blessing. Amel is pregnant with my son. I can't take it off,” said Rendi with a serious face.

Amel's eyes widened as he listened to Rendi's words. Not only Rendi, but both parents Rendi and Sofi were shocked when they heard Rendi's confession.

Amel immediately looked at Rendi. “Kaaaak,” said Amel in a surprised tone.

Rendi turned to Amel while holding her hand. "Trust me."

Lilian advanced towards Rendi then raised her head quickly.

“Plaaak.” Lilian slapped Rendi with

strenuously. “How dare you ruin people's girls. Did we ever teach you to do that?” asked Lilian in a high tone.

Sofi and Amel looked pityfully at Rendi when they saw her face flushed red.

Roy stepped forward as Lilian was about to slap Rendi again. “Sudaah Ma, we have to talk with a cool head." Rendi's father guided his wife to sit back.

After a bit of calm, Amel stepped up and approached Rendi and held her arm. "Sister."

Amel seems to feel guilty and concerned to see Rendi get a slap from her mother. Amel simply did not expect that Rendi would say that.

Rendi turned to Amel while stroking her arm slowly. “I'm fine." Rendi knew that Amel was worried about her right now.

After sitting down, Lilian looked angrily at Rendi. “If you do love her, you should try to show us your seriousness to agree. Not by corrupting Amel, Ren! You really disappointed us. Mama always taught you to respect and respect women, but why do you do such low-key things now, Ren? You've ruined our trust."

Lilian's eyes began to glaze over. His disappointment was very strong towards his son. He felt that he had failed to educate his son. He never even thought that his son would ruin someone else's child.

“Ren, we will definitely approve you with Amel if you do it right. Your mother was against it first. Your mama never hated Amel, she just wanted to see your seriousness with Amel,” said Rendi's father with a calm face.

“Then when did you become a bad guy, Ren! You can always take good care of yourself. Why are you like this now?” lillian asked, shedding tears. He could no longer hold back the tears that had been stirring up in his eyes.

Rendi came forward and rested in front of her mother. He could not hurt his mother. It's just that, she can't let Amel marry Devan.

“I'm sorry, Ma. I'm just afraid of losing Amel.”

Roy tries to calm his wife who looks still angry and disappointed. “Ma, however this has already happened. We better get them married before Amel's stomach grows.”

Lilian looked at her husband. “This kid's been ruining people's kids, Pa. Mama has no face left to meet her mother Amel. How do we apologize to his family? They'd be disappointed when they heard that her son had been ruined by Rendi." Lilian's tears were dripping back on her cheeks.

Roy tried gently stroking his wife's back to calm her down. “I and Jhon will meet Amel's family if you can't meet them. We will apologize to his family directly,” Roy told his wife.

Roy looked at his son. “Papa will ask Jhon to take care of your wedding. Papa will also ask Bianca for help preparing for your marriage. You can't marry Amel tomorrow. Your wedding will be in 3 days. The second reception will be held in Germany. Papa will also announce about your wedding to all media.” Roy seems to be more in control of himself. He was not affected by the tense atmosphere.

“How many months pregnant Amel?” lillian asked while looking at her son.

“I don't know either, Ma,” replied Rendi slowly.

Lilian then walked over to Rendi again. “Tante, please don't blame Kak Rendi, It's my fault,” Amel said when he saw Lilian would hit Rendi again.

Lilian then looked at Amel. “Don't defend him, Mel. He deserves to be hit. He has ruined your future,” Lilian said angrily.

Rendi pulled Amel standing behind her. “Maa, this is my fault. Please forgive me,” said Rendi pleading.

Lilian stared angrily at her son. “Basic brat! Stay away from Amel!" The candle hit Rendi's arm many times to release her hand on Amel.

After their hands were removed, Lilian approached Amel and led him to sit down. “I'm sorry mom, Mel. Mama knows this won't be enough to make up for Rendi's mistake with you. It's Mama's fault for not being very good at educating her,” Lilian said while hugging Amel.

“But Rendi is not wrong Aunt, this ..”

Lilian let go of her embrace. “I don't defend that child anymore. You better go to the hospital to check your womb with Rendi. You have traveled far. Mama doesn't want anything to happen to your womb. After all it is your grandson mama too.”

“But Aunt ...”

“Call Mama. You will soon marry Rendi and be part of our family,” Lilian said gently.

Amel nodded. ”Good, Ma.” Lilian then looked at her son. “What are you doing there? Quickly take Amel to the hospital. If until the future grandchildren mother why-not. I will cross you off the family list,” Lilian said with an annoyed look.

“Good, Ma." Rendi approached Amel and said goodbye to her mother and father, after which they came out of Rendi's parents' room.

Amel stopped for a moment in front of the door of his parents' room Rendi after the door closed “Kak, I do not want to be checked. I am not pregnant,” Amel said firmly.

“Didn't you see my mom's horrible look at me? It was like he wanted to kill me. We need to stay in the hospital. I also want to know if you are pregnant with Devan's child or not,” said Rendi as she pulled Amel's hand quickly.

Amel was forced to follow in Rendi's footsteps. “I told you I'm not pregnant, sister. Why don't you trust me?” amel asked as he continued walking.

“We'll find out later. For sure we have to go to the hospital now.” Rendi walked to the car and drove her car to her hospital

Arriving at the hospital, Rendi immediately met Doctor Jhon in his room. Currently, Doctor Jhon has served as Director at the hospital. “Jhon, please find the best obstetrician in this hospital,” said Rendi after she was in the room Doctor Jhon.

Doctor Jhon's forehead shriveled. “For what?” ask Doctor Jhon with a surprised face.

“To check Amel content,” replied Rendi briefly. “Find a Female Doctor. I don't want the man who handled it,” continued Rendi again.

“Are you drunk?” asked Doctor Jhon when he saw that Rendi was seen sitting on the sofa with Amel.

Rendi turned her head with an indifferent acuu face. “Amel is pregnant with my son. Do not ask a lot, quickly find it now,” said Rendi with an impatient face when she saw Doctor Jhon seemed still silent in his seat.

Doctor Jhon was silent for a few minutes after which walked up to him and sat down in front of him. “Don't joke with me. I'm busy.”

“Did you see me laughing? I'm serious,” replied Rendi annoyed.

“I know you more than your parents. You can't lie to me. You can't impregnate people's children before marriage.”

Rendi sighed. “I'll step over you. In three days I will be married. Papa will call you later to take care of my wedding. You just wait,” said Rendi casually.

Doctor Jhon still did not believe what Rendi said. “Alright, you have to tell me everything later,” Doctor Jhon said as he stood up. “Now come with me down. I will take you to see Clarisa, She is the best Obstetrician here,” Doctor Jhon said as he walked to the exit. 

Rendi and Amel follow Doctor Jhon to Doctor Clarisa's room. “Kak, I am really not pregnant,” said Amel while continuing to follow the steps of Rendi and Doctor Jhon.

Rendi looked at Amel for a moment. “I just want to know. My mom asked me to check it out. You don't have to be afraid. Just follow this check." Rendi continued to walk in Doctor Jhon's footsteps while holding Amel's hand.

Amel took his breath. He seems to have resigned. He had the heart to shut up for not arguing with Rendi anymore. “Masukklah,” said Doctor Jhon after the door of Doctor Clarisa's room opened.

Doctor Jhon seemed to talk briefly to Doctor Clarisa after that back again to Rendi.

“Mel, go inside." Doctor Jhon pointed at the room covered by a curtain.

Amel nodded and walked in. “You're here only. Leave him alone,” said Doctor Jhon when he saw Rendi would step following Amel.

Rendi was forced to follow Doctor Jhon sitting while waiting for Amel to be examined.

After 20 minutes of waiting, Dr. Clarisa called Doctor Jhon to enter the room covered by a curtain. Rendi waited with anxious feelings. He thought that something happened to Amel when he saw Doctor Jhon not coming out.

The anxiety of Rendi increased when he saw the lethargic face of Doctor Jhon. “What happened?” ask Dr. Jhon Rendi when she is in front of him.

Not long after, Amel came out. “We better talk in my room,” said Doctor Jhon quietly. “I will explain in detail later,” said Doctor Jhon again when he saw the anxious face of Rendi.

Rendi approached Amel. After thanking Doctor Clarisa, they headed for Doctor Jhon's room again. Upon reaching his room, Doctor Jhon threw his body on the sofa and stomped his forehead.

“Are you impotent?” asked Doctor Jhon after seeing that Rendi was already sitting in front of him.

“You swear to me or underestimate me?” asked Rendi with an annoyed face.

Amel restrained his smile upon hearing Doctor Jhon's question to Rendi.
