Kenan Warning

Everyone in the room turned to the CEO and Amel in turn. They were very surprised to hear the words of their CEO, including Amel himself. He was still staring in disbelief at the man staring at him. Amel's face looked still shocked by his arrival.

“Kenan, Stop joking,” said Amel who had just regained consciousness from his shock.

Siska got up from her seat. “Heeh Amel, Mr. Kenan is the CEO here, how dare you immediately mention his name and say disrespectful to him!” siska shouted with an angry face.

Everyone in the room was still confused by what was going on between Amel and Kenan. Can be seen from their faces, if they are very curious about the relationship between Amel and Kenan.

Kenan turned to Siska while covering his ears next door. “Down your voice, you made my ears hurt. Speak softly to him.”

Siska who was reprimanded by Kenan was instantly silent. His face was red with embarrassment. “Sorry Sir,” Siska said as she sat back in her seat.

Kenan distributed his words to everyone in the meeting room. “For all who are here. Listen carefully to my words. No one ever dared to yell at her again, let alone complicate my woman. Don't fuck with him. If I knew anyone would dare to look for trouble with him. I'll intervene myself. Do you guys understand?” said Kenan with a serious face.

“Understand, Sir,” answer them in unison.

Kenan stood up while circulating his gaze throughout the room. “Alright then, maybe there are still some of you who have never met me. I'll just do a brief introduction." Kenan cleared his throat before introducing himself.

"My name is Kenan Arkana Sanjaya. I am the CEO of Ryland Group. Enough so many introductions from me,” said Kenan who again sat in his chair.

They all applauded after Kenan introduced himself. “Alright, we just start our meeting today,” said Fadil who was behind Kenan.

During the meeeting walk, Amel was completely rendered unfocused. Kenan's gaze never escaped him. Amel felt uneasy as Kenan continued to look at him while continuing to smile sideways. Everyone who was in the meeting room was secretly watching Kenan and Amel.

Amel felt the meeting this time felt very long. The clock shows it's 12 noon, but the meeting isn't over yet. They were given time to rest for 1 hour. Lunch was prepared in front of them.

Some choose to eat in the meeting room, some also choose to leave the room. While Kenan and Fadil eat in Kenan's room. They eat separately from other employees.

“Mel, why don't you tell me if you know Mr Kenan?” bela asked as they were having lunch in the meeting room.

Amel turned his head with a lazy face when he heard Kenan's name. “Gue also just found out that he is our CEO.”

It was seen that some employees were staring at Amel without saying anything. Some of the female employees stared cynically, some were amazed, hated, and also looked down upon. Amel seemed to be indifferent to their gazes.

Bela brought her body closer to Amel. “Lo know mr Kenan from where?” look at Bela up close.

Amel brought his mouth closer to Bela's ear. “He's cousin of brother Rendi,” whispered Amel in a slow voice.

“Whaaattt?” bela shouted with wide eyes.

“Heeh, what forest do you think this is? screaming is unclear!” spray Siska when you hear Bela's scream.

Bela closed her mouth quickly, when she realized that everyone was staring at her because of her loud voice. “Sorry,” says Bela.

Siska just threw a dislike look at Bela. Siska did know Bela and Amel because they were from the same school. Siska is their upperclassman. People who once liked Rendi in High School. That is why Siska hated Amel so much, because Amel managed to date Rendi.

Bela brought her face closer to Amel. “Why don't you try asking the same Mr Kenan where brother Rendi?”

Bela already knows all the stories about Amel and Rendi. Even Bela was very familiar with the condition of Amel when the departure of Rendi until then.

Amel seemed to think for a moment, he then squeezed both his hands. “No, Bel.”

Bela held Amel's hand when she saw his face turn grim, when she heard Rendi's name. “Gue know, you are afraid that the news you hear later is the breaking news? But this is your chance to know how Kak Rendi is doing. If if he does not exist, you have to be sincere with him, but if he is still alive, it is up to you want how in the future.”

Amel suddenly fell silent, he was actually very curious about the news of Rendi, but he was also not ready to listen to the bad possibilities that happened to Rendi.

When the meeting was over, Kenan immediately left the meeting room. After that, it was seen that all the employees started to leave the meeting room as well. The meeting finished at 3pm.

“Mel, wait,” call Fadil while walking towards Amel who is already in front of the door of the meeting room together with Bela.

“You come with me, lamu awaited Pak Kenan in his room.”

Amel's forehead shriveled, he seemed to turn to Bela for a moment. “Iyaa Kak,” replied Amel when he saw the nod from Bela.

Amel walks after Fadil to the CEO's special elevator. There was no talk in the elevator. Amel's mind drifted somewhere, completely unaware, as the elevator doors opened.

"Mel, why are you quiet?" asked Fadil when he saw Amel had not yet come out of the elevator.

Amel raised his head and smiled clumsily at Fadil. "Sorry, Brother." Amel immediately followed Fadil's steps walking towards Kenan's room.

After getting out of the elevator, Amel could immediately see on the right there was a Siska table not far from Kenan's room. As Amel passed by Siska's desk, he seemed to stare cynically at Amel.

Fadil knocked on the door before entering Kenan's room. Fadil pushed the door when he heard Kenan's voice from inside.

"Sorry sir, I have brought Amel here" Fadil said after being in Kenan's room. Kenan seemed to be busy signing a file on his desk.

Kenan raised his head when he heard Fadil's words. "You've come to Mel, sit down" pointed Kenan at an empty sofa not far from his desk.

"Thank you, sir" said Amel as he walked to the sofa and sat awkwardly.

Kenan's eyebrows seemed to rise next door when he heard Amel's words. "Wait a minute, I finish my job first" Kenan said as he watched Amel sit on the couch.

"Yes, sir," said Amel with a forced smile.

Amel seemed to circulate his gaze throughout the room. Fadil seemed to be standing not far from Kenan's table.

"Do you like my room?" kenan asked when he saw Amel seemed to research one by one Kenan room.

Amel immediately turned to Kenan who seemed to be walking towards him followed by Fadil behind him. "I'm sorry for my indecency, sir" Amel said as he looked at Kenan, who was sitting in front of him.

Kenan turned to Fadil "Dil, you wait outside."

Fadil. "Well, sir," said Fadil, then walked out of Kenan's room.

"Why do you keep apologizing? You're not wrong" said Kenan with a smile.

"I also don't like your call just now, why did you call me with the word sir, when there were only two of us here? Wasn't that meeting room you called my name in front of everyone?" Kenan looked at Amel leisurely while leaning his body on the sofa.

"Sorry sir, I didn't know that you were the CEO here" Amel said honestly.

"Mel, when we're just the two of us. You don't have to call me formal. Just call my name," Kenan said.

Amel looked at Kenan. "But, sir....."

"There's no but-but," said Kenan firmly. He does not want to be denied.

"Alright then," said Amel smiling forcefully.

"How are you? You look prettier than our last meeting. Do you have a boyfriend?" ask Kenan without further ado.

Amel looked at Kenan with a strange look. "I'm good, how are you?" ask Amel back. She accidentally doesn't answer Kenan's question about girlfriends.

"Why don't you answer my questions about your boyfriend? Haven't you forgotten it yet?" Kenan moved his body slightly to look at Amel's expression up close.

Although Kenan did not immediately mention his name, but Amel understood that the person Kenan meant was Rendi. "I-i.. I have no relationship with him anymore" said Amel stammering.

"Aren't you curious about how she got her surgery?" asked Kenan with the eyebrows rising next door.
