Amel walked in and out of the elevator to Rendi's parents' room. Amel immediately attached his access card without pressing the bell first. Amel's forehead frowned when he saw that the room looked empty. Amel walked out again. He thought that Rendi must have been in his room at this time, because the time had shown at 11 noon.
Amel waited for a while after squeezing the bell of Rendi's room. When the door opened Amel was immediately pulled in Rendi's arms. "Where have you been Mel? I thought you were mad at me for last night and won't be coming back here again" said Rendi, hugging Amel's body tightly.
"I'm only going home for a minute, brother. I'm not leaving brother,"
Rendi let go of her embrace then looked at Amel. "Why didn't you tell me! You're making me worry about Mel."
"I went to my parents' room this morning. I saw that brother was still fast asleep, so I couldn't bear to wake him up, so I decided to leave for a while."
Rendi pulls Amel into her room, after hearing Amel's explanation. "What's going on? brother's been drinking and smoking again?" amel asked with a surprised face when he saw a new drinking bottle and saw thick cigarette smoke and the distinctive smell of tobacco that was still smelled in his room.
Rendi hugged Amel back. "I'm sorry. I thought you left me. You weren't there when I woke up. I can't call you, your phone's off. I was looking for you in Sofi's room but nothing. Sofi didn't pick up my phone either. I can't think calmly from the panic" said Rendi quickly with a guilty face
Amel let go of Rendi's embrace. "My phone is dead, brother. Sofi went with me, maybe Sofi doesn't know that sister called her."
"Never go like this again Mel. At least you should tell me or leave a message for me, so that I don't panic" said Rendi, holding Amel's shoulder.
Amel nodded. "I'm sorry brother!" amel said slowly. "But this is the last time I've seen my brother touch those cigarettes and drinks. I will not forgive you again, if you still touch her, whatever the reason later" said Amel with a serious face.
"I promise I won't touch her again, as long as you don't leave me!"
Amek looked at Rendi with a probing. "When do you start smoking and drinking alcohol?" ask Amel curious.
"Just 2 days ago, I had never touched her before. I was frustrated when you told me to stay away from you, especially after hearing you were engaged and about to get married to Devan. Only then can I forget my pain."
Amel pulled Rendi's hand to sit on the sofa. "Sister should ask me first. Do you know, since the departure of Brother, I have never even been close to other men, other than Raka and Kak Evans. I can't forget you, sister, the reason I moved to Raka's house is because I was waiting for you. Only Raka's house does Brother know. I was afraid that if I moved, Big Brother could not find me, if one day Big Brother would look for me, so I decided to move there," Amel said at length after they sat next to each other on the sofa.
Rendi looked closely into Amel's eyes. She did not expect that Amel was waiting for her. At first he thought that Amel had forgotten him. "Don't ever get away from me again, Mel. I can go crazy if you leave me. Whatever happens next, you gotta stay by my side,"
Amel nodded and smiled faintly. "I promise, Brother."
She hugged Amel. "Thank you Mel. I love you so much."
Amel returned Rendi's embrace. "I love you too, Brother."
Amel was happy, it turned out that his wait had not been in vain. He used to think that Rendi would not forgive him. He plans to start a new life in another city if Rendi doesn't want him anymore.
Rendi let go of her embrace. "Where were you from?" ask Rendi slowly.
Amel looked up at Rendi. "I went home to Raka's house, Brother. Mama Tamara's looking for me because I'm not saying goodbye."
"I'm sorry, it's all my fault" said Rendi, stroking Amel's cheek.
"Perhaps if there is no such event, we may not be able to return to what it is today" said Amel softly.
Rendi stood up and pulled Amel's hand. "We better get to my parents' room. I'm gonna ask people to clean my room first." Rendi's room was indeed very messy, not to mention the thick smoke because she had finished smoking and did not open the window of her room.
Amel nodded, then followed Rendi stepping out of her room. Rendi's parents' room is right next to Sofi's room. "Come in" said Rendi after she opened her parents' room.
Amel pulled Rendi's hand before they sat down on the sofa. "Where's the P3K box, brother?"
Rendi looked at Amel. Brow frowning. "For what?"
"I have to treat your wounds, brother."
Rendi shakes. "Later. I miss you so much" said Rendi pulling a hand
Amel when he was sitting on a long sofa until sitting on Rendi's lap. "Sister, let go" said Amel as Rendi hugged her waist from behind. His face was flushed and his heart was pounding.
"Just for a moment Mel, leave it like this first. I won't do anything" said Rendi, leaning her chin on Amel's shoulder.
"You should get used to being my wife later" said Rendi as she let go of her embrace. Rendi change position sitting Amel sideways . "When are we going to your parents' house?" asked Rendi while tidying up the hair on Amel's face.
Amel looked in wonder at Rendi. "For what?"
Rendi smiled. "Of course proposed to you. I'll ask Jhon to propose to you as a representative of my family."
Amel was very surprised by the words of Rendi. He did not expect that Rendi would propose to him so soon.
"But what if your family doesn't agree?" amel asked with a worried face.
"You take it easy, after your mother agrees. I'm taking you to Germany to see my parents. We will ask for their blessing. The official engagement will be held after my parents agree. We'll stay there for a while, until we can convince my parents and get his blessing."
"But what about my job, brother."
"I'll ask Kenan to shift your duties to Bela. After we get married you can't work anymore."
"But, Brother...."
"You can support your family from the hotels and resorts you have," said Rendi again. Rendi knew that Amel would not want to receive money from her, especially for her family.
Amel's forehead flinched. "I've transferred ownership of my hotels and resorts in Japan to yours. You don't have to worry about finances for your family" continued Rendi again before Amel asked about the meaning of his words.
Amel's eyes were wide. "I don't want to, Brother. I don't deserve it. Isn't that giving oma and opa, brother? Why did you give it to me?" amel asked with a surprised face.
Rendi grabbed Amel's face. "If you refuse it, you don't love me. It's been a long time since I transferred ownership of the Hotel and Resort to Mel. I can't change it anymore. It's already yours."
"Sister doesn't have to do that. I don't deserve it, Brother."
"I did it before I left for America, Mel. I asked Jhon to divert it because back then, I was afraid my operation had failed. I'm just in case I can't get up again. I can't just leave you alone Mel. I don't want you to live hard after I'm gone."
Amel's eyes glazed over. "I have incised deep wounds in that time, but why is it that my brother is still thinking about my life and my future. I feel unworthy of it, especially after my evil treatment of you" Amel said, looking down. Her tears began to drip down her cheeks.
Rendi grabbed Amel's face and wiped away her tears. "Then give your heart and your whole life for me, if it makes you feel burdened. Don't ever leave me. Don't leave room in your heart for anyone else, I'm enough. Love me with all my heart. Think of it as a return. Though I never expected anything from you."
Amel looked into Rendi's eyes. "Without you asking, I've given you my whole heart, brother!"
Rendi stroked Amel's cheeks gently. He examined every face of Amel. "Thank you, Mel," said Rendi, gently peeping at Amel's forehead. "How about this weekend we visit your mother. I'll ask Jhon to take his time, but before that, we have to buy something first, then accompany me?"
"Bought what?" ask Amel curious.
"I'm going to propose to you, there's no way I'm not bringing anything with me when I go to your house. I have to choose it myself" said Rendi who was still stroking Amel's cheek.
"You don't have to do that, brother. My mother doesn't judge a person's sincerity by what he brings, '" Amel said softly.
Rendi shakes. "No, I have to keep bringing something. I'll ask her daughter to live with me. I'll take the most precious thing from him. At least I should show my sincerity to your mother. I don't want to make a bad impression on your mother later!"
Amel smiling. "You're so sweet, brother," he said, pinching Rendi's cheek.
"Do I fascinate you?" goda Rendi when she saw the warm smile of Amel.
"Of course, who wouldn't be charmed upon hearing such words from a handsome man like you. You can make a woman's heart melt when you hear it."
"Then, how about we get married as soon as possible, next week alone."
Amel hit Rendi on the shoulder and stood up from her lap. "Don't joke brother. There's still a lot to do to get to the wedding stage. You know that for yourself" said Amel who was sitting next to Rendi.
Rendi sighed. "Do I kidnap you if my parents don't agree or we give them grandchildren first. I'm sure they won't be able to turn you down again. They must immediately bless us," said Rendi lightly while displaying a innocent face without sin.
