Sleeping Beauty Wants The Throne

Sleeping Beauty Wants The Throne
13. Hastened

Ochonner stood in front of the window while occasionally observing the discoloration in the sky above. Soon night, he thought fucked. But Luz is not out of the dressing room yet.

"Is he sleeping, madam. It's been over for half an hour" complained Ochonner, worried that he would be left out of the party because of the Odyssey's inaction.

"Half hours is actually not enough to dissect a ready-made outfit, My Lord. Lady de Cera could have taken two to three hours" replied Madam Larrson concerned.

Ochonner sighed resignedly. Perhaps it had been his fate, being cooped up in a clothing store and missing the palace award award in vain.

The Odyssey is not talented at all. The one with the dress will only be destroyed just like it was two years ago, when Odyssey came to the Earl Of Avistasius party crying with the dress torn in parts. This is according to Madam Larrson.

But what can be done, unfortunately Odyssey is a lady who comes from honorable nobles. How could Madam Larrson dare to forbid his will.

Amidst the concerns of the two, a silhouette of Luz's head suddenly came out of the dressing room. "Who's waiting for my surprise?"

"Odyssey, hurry. I don't have much time to go through your madness that—"

Lazy to hear the ramblings of his twin, Luz immediately came out of the dressing room. Ochonner's jaw almost fell when he saw the appearance of the Odyssey that looks much different. The amethyst bead that usually looked at meu often, now turned like a firm purple bead that was ready to challenge anyone who dared to interfere with his path.

"Odyss...."

"Why, am I too pretty?" asked Luz proudly while circling around in her made dress.

"It's very, very remarkable, My Lady. How can you do that?" Madam Larrson stared at her purple dress turning completely into a masterpiece that did not exist in her day.

Initially the dress was similar to an ordinary wide white dress with plain long sleeves that covered up the wrists. For the skirt part, Madam Larrson combines the all-white clothes with a piece of purple cloth from the waist to the knees. That simple.

But now Luz added a purple cloth sewn tassel on the chest to form a style of sabrina whose edges are neatly wrinkled. The sleeves of the dress were originally like shirts cut to the shoulders and the rest of the fabric was used as elegant gloves. Plus purple accents and some gems that match her amethyst eyes. The part of the skirt is made wider so that it is suitable to be worn with crinoline* which indicates that she is a dignified lady.

Oh, don't forget the corset. Although it makes some women feel short of breath, the object wrapped around the stomach is successful in making a woman's confidence level will increase. Perfects.

"And look at your headdress, my God. Lady de Cera, you are truly talented!"

Luz specifically sewed several pieces of fabric into flower shapes and combined them into one forming a flower crown that adorned her hair nicely. The flower crown surrounds a series of crystalline hair that is neatly coiled with bangs that are asymmetrical cut to add beauty value.

"Let's go, we don't have much time" Odyssey said frantically.

Ochonner. He should have said that.

"We don't take the train, how do you go to the party?"

"We have horses."

"This horse in your wide dress?" parrots Ochonners don't think it out. "No-no, you're gonna fall, get hurt, cry and blame me all day."

"That's the past, Chonner. Don't remember it anymore!"

Hearing her own words made Luz speechless and then held her lips. It was a reflex remark, but a flash of memory that Odyssey had played with Ochonner at the horse race and the scene where he fell was really on his mind. They were teenagers, and as Luz remembers it happened about five years ago.

And the scene that Ochonner mentioned earlier was also in his foreign memories.

"Odyssey, are we leaving or do you want to stand there until tomorrow?"

"As usual, send the bill this afternoon to my mansion only, madam. Don't let you send it to Thompsville's manor house" the young man said politely but warned.

"I know," replied Madam Larrson chuckling.

Madam Larrson is a handful of people who know that Odyssey is just a child who is not considered. Athene often complained about her sister being supported by Ochinner who secretly always bought dresses for the Odyssey using her own money. It further solidified the rumors that Madam Larrson often heard from her customers who came while carrying warm gossip.

And maybe that's true.

"See you, Madam Larrson. I like your quality fabrics." Luz waved his hand as he walked out.

"See you. By the way you're overreacting, My Lady. Your beauty tonight is your own hard work. I'm sure tonight people will be stunned by you."

Ochonner waited outside while the two women were still conversing, then clucked loudly, "Come on, Odyss!"

"Well, sir impatient," Luz quipped, hooking his right foot on a horse's incline.

"Wait-wait .. You're not serious, are you. I mean you're not going to party with me on this horse, are you?" Ochonner glared as Luz managed to ride the horse in a sideways sitting position.

"Why are you ashamed to go to a party with your twin, Chonner?"

"Not a matter of embarrassment, my worries are formed based on your poor experience riding a horse."

Once again Ochonner looked at the almost dark sky. It's not good, the show is about to start.

"Look, we don't have much time to prepare the horse carriage. Like the beginning of our meeting, just trust me. Just sit quietly in the back and I make sure we're not going to be late" Luz said, smiling triumphantly.

"If you fall and so on don't blame me."

Luz nodded steadily.

Ochonner could only sigh. He stuck his foot in the pedestal and sat right behind Luz.

"Maybe we should speed up. So hold on, ok?"

"What do you mean by—eh"

Ochonner almost crashed into the ground if he did not have dexterity and moved quickly. Luz carried his beloved white horse at high speed. The sound of horseshoes chirping with each other when the object collides with the streets. Calmness could not be gained over Ochinner when Luz almost hit the man in front of the palace courtyard.

Ochonner choked, Luz immediately pulled the restraint to stop the horse's steps. He immediately went down to see how the man was almost crushed by the horse's legs.

"Geez, sir. Is anyone hurt?"

"No, you don't worry." The man looked up. His gray mane seemed dimly lit when it was struck by a bright light from within the palace. And from his trembling eyes, Luz knew that this man was a little surprised by the incident just now.

One word that suits him. He's good-looking.
