Sleeping Beauty Wants The Throne

Sleeping Beauty Wants The Throne
2. Determination of Reincarnation

After being silent for some time, Luz was able to make her voice. "What do you mean."

"Cancel. Weddings. It's."

Manuel is not sane.

"You're asking me to cancel a marriage that I've been dreaming of for eight years, right? Well, it's great that you dare to talk like that but sorry, I can't. From my deepest heart, I am so grateful that you love me so sincerely. I love Erickson and so does she, so therefore, manuel," Luz paused, "Can you cherish our desire to live happily. The same thing should have happened to you. Forget about me and find another woman who is much better and loves you more than anything."

"So you refused?"

"Unfortunately, yes."

"All right then." Luz was relieved to hear Manuel's reply which looked chested but did not last long speech after that which made Luz wide-eyed.

"You're the culprit of the weird feeling I've been feeling all along. What if I just annihilate it so that my life can calm down?"

Shortly the black glow from Manuel's palm filled the room like a thick fog that blocked vision. Luz had never seen anything like this before so within a few seconds he was just speechless processing the situation. Realizing that Manuel has evil intentions on him, Luz hurriedly runs towards the door but the ill-fated door is locked from the inside and cannot be broken down due to the hell, the door is made of steel. Manuel followed, standing right behind him and directing the entire fog into Luz's body.

"Listen to the heavens, this curse is directly from Immanuel of Oz, the last clan of the witch generation. A soul possessed by a hollow mist will go and sleep forever." Manuel frowned a little unbearably when he saw Luz in pain then his eyes accidentally glanced at the sleeping princess doll that was inside the glass cabinet and got the idea, "He would only wake up if he met someone who would love him more than the love I gave him. For it to vanish and immediately go to hell!"

Luz's threshold of consciousness is getting thinner but he believes Manuel has something to say.

"If I can't have you, so can Erickson. That way we break even and the heartache I'm going through can be avenged."

...----------------...

"Miss Anderson, we hope you open your eyes quickly."

Luz's vegetables heard people telling him to get up. Is he asleep. Then he's alive. Inwardly, Luz felt relieved not to play. Ah, that was probably just a dream. Yes, dreams. Where in a city as big as New York could there still be witches? Ha, it's like a silly joke to entertain the kids.

"Miss Anderson?"

The voice called him twice. Luz is still sleepy, he needs more sleep in order to go through the wedding procession well in a few hours.

Her eyeballs opened. Luz was really about to get married and he remembered that clearly. Erickson called her, getting ready for the wedding dress, until Manuel went crazy. Oh, my God!

Was that really real?

"You think this is your room so you can sleep? Wake up!"

Luz quickly opened his eyes and stood up. The place he was walking in right now felt very foreign, like a gloomy and untouched boundless room.

"Welcome to the afterlife!"

"Jeez, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!"

The strange creature of jellyfish-like stature lit up without the sting laughed. "Don't be surprised like that, we're both creatures but different species."

"And what do you mean." Luz looked around him. "It's really in the afterlife?"

The creature just nodded steadily. One more thing, he looks like a jellyfish swimming in the air.

If in the real world, a place like this is clearly much sought after by directors. Unfortunately the afterlife cannot be hired for filming purposes. Luz quietly sighed in disappointment.

Feeling unnoticed, a large, glowing man sitting in power up there again called out to him still in a hostile tone.

"Lovely Anderson, a twenty-five-year-old woman from New York, was sent by Oz last for nothing." The man was still busy with his reading of the Luz biodata. Brief biodes to be precise.

"That's because I refused his love."

The man's eyes moved, "Excuse me?"

"I refused her love and she did this kind of evil to me. You son of a bitch, just wait for me to come home in a minute and report it to the police."

"Oh, don't blaspheme just anyone especially if it's Oz. But are you really serious if Oz loves you?"

"You mean Manuel, right. He stated it directly to me a few minutes before all this happened!"

"Oh, you're wasting a rare opportunity."

"No, thank you. Now I have to get back to the world as soon as I can because my marriage is about to begin."

"You kidding me?" The man chuckled. "It's the afterlife, not a twenty-four-hour cafe that can come home that easily."

Luz. "So I can't go back?!"

"Woohoo, relax girl." The man picked up another book flipping a few pages and said, "Since here the last Oz says a soul possessed by a hollow fog will go and fall asleep forever not a soul possessed by a hollow fog will go to sleep forever, there may still be little chance for you to live."

"really?" Luz's expression returned bright.

"Is Oz talking wrong? Uh, but what do I care." The man Luz thought the angel had muttered before saying, "Yes, there are a few options here. What do you want life to be?"

"Is this some kind of life back. Aren't I dead?"

"Yes, you could say that."

"Say."

"You can come back to life as a duck, cow, boar, orca whale, walrus, cheetah, red monkey, slow loris, bulldog, bung—"

"What do you mean, I want to go back. Ke .Worlds. With the. Shapes. Man!"

"Ah, human form, yes. Why didn't you say it in the first place." The man thoughtlessly pushed a lever next to his desk to coincide with the light beam just above Luz turning purple. "Good enjoy your world back, son of man."

Afterwards Luz felt like his body had fallen from a height that was not playful until the girl shouted loudly. He seemed to be thrown from the sky, going deeper and deeper through the earth's atmosphere and he could only move. Just wanted to live again, but it turned out that he was thrown like a hardship as if it had no price.

Luz surrendered. After hitting the ground, his bones must have been crushed unceasingly.

Before long what Luz feared did not happen. His back did not feel sore at all, it felt like he was bumping into a soft cotton padded. Is this in heaven?

But wait, or maybe he's back?
