"I want some of the stuff in the room to be moved. Uh, no. Better to sell, we don't know something's going to happen. I can't keep relying on Ochonner, Rose."
Rose muttered while recalling the order Luz gave. Some of the gifts from the gentleman will be sold for whatever money.
"Then to civilis—"
"Good day, lady."
Luz and Rose's steps down the hall came to a halt. The girl turned her head, in front of her stood a man who might be around mid-thirty years old was smiling faintly.
"Yes?"
"During not meeting. How are you." Achilles walked over, wanting to grab Luz's hand for a kiss before Rose advanced, making himself the shield of the beautiful man.
"Sorry, My Lord. Lady's not wearing gloves so you can't do it."
As per tradition in Sormenia, any man who already has a partner is not allowed to kiss the back of another woman's hand directly from skin to skin. Likewise, married women are not allowed to let other men kiss the back of their hands without any fabric restrictions. It is considered morally reprehensible and is never justified.
"uh? What do you mean, slave. Please don't be so stupid!"
"Rose knows what he's doing, My Lord. After all, he's already I consider a friend, not suitable if you call him a slave."
Rose teruh. "Miss...."
"Forget it. My arrival here certainly wants to offer something," Galilee said directly to the point.
Luz cringing. He did not know who or where this man came from. "I'm sorry, have we met?"
"Don't pretend you don't recognize your future husband, lady!"
Ah, Luz understands now. He must have been the real cause of Odyssey's death. Marquis of Galilee, Achilles and Beta.
Really thick face. After dumping this woman, she casually wanted to have a relationship again? Hid.
"I'm sorry, I'm busy now." Luz smiled faintly. "Then, excuse me."
"I'll keep waiting for you, Odyssey!"
Only seven steps away, the furious Luz turned his head. "Don't interrupt. Get the fuck out of here!"
"I'll leave as long as you can grant me one wish."
Luz rolled both his eyes in annoyance. "Quick say."
Achilles lowered his voice. "Be my affair."
Rose was wide-eyed as well as Luz who immediately glared at horror. Without further ado, Luz took off his shoes and threw the high-heeled object right into Achilles' nose until he had a nosebleed. "Crazy man!"
Achilles sat down while wiping his nose which was bleeding. Not much, but he wanted Luz to turn her head once towards him. Looked at him worried, like before. Achilles' bead trailed Luz's growing movement away leaving himself alone a passageway.
"I'm crazy about you, baby!"
"Indeed, not sane," dumel Luz emotion. "Where was he when the Odyssey went down. Instead of helping the public to shut up, he warms up the atmosphere by marrying another woman. I don't have a heart, if I were in the Odyssey position, I might have cut his neck to pieces!"
Rose stupefied. "Miss who's talking about?"
"Nobody," Luz breaks up before Rose returns curious. "Ah, yes. Please get me all the deliveries from the Crown Prince. I want to read everything in the library."
If not diverted, Rose could continue to ask questions and charge for explanations that Luz could not explain. It is impossible, right, if Luz tells us that he comes from a world hundreds or even thousands of years away from time travel. No-no, he wouldn't tell Rose that much.
"Take our secrets," Luz recalled quickly. "Being his companion was very difficult. If it fails, I no longer know how people react to me."
Luz looked at him softly, "You know, right. I failed to marry."
"S-I swear I won't tell anyone about the relationship between you and the crown prince!"
The crystal-blossoming girl threw a thin smile. "Goodoo. Very happy to hear it."
"Then I'll get you the letters and gifts from the crown prince!" sahut Rose is excited. "Is there anything else I need to bring you?"
"Don't forget the paper and the pen. I want to answer all the messages now." Luz pointed towards the shady apple tree on the edge of the green field. "I'll wait there."
"Good!"
As quickly as Rose replied, her figure had already disappeared in the corner of the branching passageway. Luz shook his head faintly. Finally according to agreement, she walked towards the tree and sat down below it, not caring if her pretty dress was dirty from coming into contact with the ground. Instead of replying to a message, sleep is the best option if you do not remember that the one waiting for his message is now the crown prince.
"Why is it here?"
Luz opened her eyes slightly. After learning that the person who asked him to speak was the host, Luz closed his eyes again.
Marquis Thompsville sighed. "I'm talking to you, Odyssey."
"Talk," replied Luz Short still keeping his eyes closed.
Really, he was reluctant to look at that old, wrinkled face. In hindsight, the mastermind behind the discrimination that Odyssey experienced must have originally come from the head of the household de Cera himself, Alfonso de Cera aka Marquis Thompsville who was now staring at him beaveringly.
"Is this how you talk to the old man?"
Marquis Thompsville was furious. But he's not the explosive type of guy like the Marchioness. His words were more pronounced .. intimidating.
"Hm, I learned proper manners from you and the Marchioness Thompsville."
He sighed. "I don't want to argue with an arrogant woman like you" alfonso de Cera pointed out, but he quickly added before Luz denied his remarks. "Let me just say. I honestly don't like it when I see you getting too close to Ochonner. You look like .. gems and gravel. He's talented, please don't block his path to success because your stupidity is like a contagious disease. If it fails, you're enough and there's no need to bring your other brother."
Luz looked at him sharply.
"Here you get it?" the last Marquis Thompsville.
"Brother, huh?" Luz. "But I've never felt like I had a brother let alone a parent like you."
Marquis Thompsville.
"Did you forget? Oops, it looks like you're really old until you've forgotten one thing," said Luz who knows no fear. "Who let me live in ignorance? That's what you guys did. When Ochonner went to the academy and Athene got a competent private tutor every day, I was left to live in envy of the two of them!"
"Don't argue, you don't know anything and what I'm doing is right."
"I could only cry silently during the lively Athene graduation celebration at this residence. And it happened again when Ochonner got an important position in the government!" Luz smiled faintly. "Say, Marquis. Who's wrong with the stupidity I'm experiencing right now?"
Marquis fell silent.
"And what was it, my stupidity is contagious?" Luz laughed blandly. "But I'm sorry, all my stupidity has been absorbed by Athene, your beloved daughter."
The Odyssey turned around and left satisfied. But in spite of that, Luz feels strange on her own as she discusses the Odyssey's past with her father.
That was Odyssey's childhood. How could Luz know in detail about an event he never went through?
