The Wiz

The Wiz
Chapter 47: Missing

The learning day has begun. For this time, the classes that the disciples had to attend were slightly increased. They only really felt like they were Topaz Academy students who were busy with studying and studying like the previous rumors. Not only academic lessons, but their magic abilities are tested continuously every week. There will be weekly results from their ability during study. If their abilities did not have the slightest progress, then the disciple would get a point deduction. And it was quite dangerous because the student could be expelled from the Academy before the next exam day.

Camoline is still in the blue dorm, with Silver as her roommate. Camoline had not been able to raise her power level, nor had Silver been able to. Although at the test yesterday Silver got a fairly satisfactory score, but it was not enough to be able to move to a higher dormitory. The two become more together than ever before. Perhaps, because Silver had learned the truth about the Opal stone in Camoline's body, the girl chose to be around her roommate to prevent an impromptu attack like the time of the test. Thanks to Camoline's explanation, Silver had his own conjecture.

If it was the Istanbulites who attacked Camoline.

Currently, the two girls were walking towards the cafeteria. The lunch hour was notified 5 minutes ago through a large bell that rang from the top of the Academy tower. The two walked and occasionally talked about class this morning.

Once they arrive, they are presented with a very crowded canteen. It's a lot more crowded than before. Apparently, people choose to eat their lunch after being tired of studying since morning. Because usually, most people will spend time in the hallway or field to practice. Now, however, just like all the students in the Academy had the same thought for lunch at the same time.

Camoline and Silver looked at each other. Yet they immediately stepped towards their quite full dormitory table without saying anything. The canteen is really crowded. Everyone is like competing to talk to each other so they cannot hear clearly what they are talking about right now.

After Camoline and Silver got the spot, they just sat down. Both of them earned a spot at the end of the table, as only that place was left. Afterwards, just waiting for their food to come with the magic power of the workers in the Academy's kitchen.

"Lily and Violetta have moved dorms?" Camoline's head lifted. He turned to the table behind him, precisely on the table for the residents of the green dormitory. Just for a moment before looking back at Silver sitting next to him.

"You just found out?" ask Camoline back. Silver stared back at Camoline, then nodded. Justified the word Camoline just now.

"I've never paid attention to it all this time" Silver said. After which, Silver again straightened his back to coincide with their meal that had appeared on the table. While Camoline looked back at Lily and Violetta who were chatting with other students from the green dormitory. They looked quite close though as usual, Violetta would only respond to the potluck.

"They even went back to being roommates. It's amazing" Camoline said. Silver slightly looked over then nodded slowly. Luck was indeed on the side of the two girls. Because of how old it is, it is quite difficult to get one more dorm after moving dormitories. That was because the newly arrived disciples would fill the remaining empty rooms.

Eventually the two girls ate solemnly. Unlike the disciples around, the students from the blue dorm were indeed more silent and focused on the food. Actually, the position of the students in the blue dormitory was slightly threatened. They should be able to at least defend themselves in the blue dormitory, or be forced to be relegated to the dormitory below because they lost to competing with the students from the green dormitory. This is only known to them after two days of teaching and learning begins again. Therefore, right now many disciples from the blue dormitory were finishing their lunch as quickly as possible and leaving the cafeteria with wide strides. They want to take as much time as possible to ensure their position is not under threat.

"Camolina." Camoline's head lifted. The figure of Londer was in front of him. Sitting in a chair directly across from her. Camoline didn't know, since when Londer was there. Because as he remembered, the place Londer was currently filled by a student who was their upperclassman.

"I have an extra class from Barcus, remember?" Camoline. Londer smiled faintly then nodded slowly. He knows that, of course, but that's not the goal. Londer just wants to be able to have another conversation with Camoline. He missed that girl.

"Yes, I remember it. It's just that I don't know if you're still getting that extra class even today" Londer said. The food appeared to coincide with the end of Camoline's food. Camoline did not respond. He wiped his lips with a piece of tissue available beside him. His gaze then moved on Londer who was still staring at him, and ignored his food.

"Because I still want to increase my strength" Camoline said. Calmly. Londer took a long breath. He slightly lowered his head for a while, before looking back at Camoline with a gentle look.

"I miss you" said Londer lirih. Although he could not hear it, Camoline could understand it through the lips of the young man. Camoline's head immediately turned to the side, towards where Silver was.

"Come on, I'm done" Silver said. He was soon followed by Camoline. The two girls walked with quick steps out of the canteen that felt increasingly full without saying anything. In fact, Camoline also did not say anything to Londer who was still staring at her until the cafeteria door closed again.

"He's still expecting you" Silver said. He spoke after 20 steps away from the cafeteria door. Camoline's head turned a little. He looked forward with a long breath coming out of his mouth. Silver glanced at his roommate. Camoline's face looked a little gloomy.

"It's very difficult" Camoline said slowly. Hearing that made Silver's forehead shrivel.

"He doesn't know about something in your body?" Camoline looked over. He nodded with certainty.

"No. I can't trust him completely. Moreover, his clan has a connection with the Palace at this time," said Camoline. Silver nodded in understanding. He actually did not care much about the political affairs of the Palace. Don't want to care more precisely. Unfortunately, it seemed like he had to start paying attention to such things since becoming a disciple in this Topaz Academy. Plus at this time, his friend had something that was targeted by the Palace's higher-ups.

"But you miss him too, don't you?" Camoline did not answer for a while. Silver looked at him.

"Yes," Camoline said in the end.
