Chapter 7: Moving Levels

Who would have thought, if he who could level up drastically would instantly become the center of everyone's attention. Not only were the disciples one generation with him, but the seniors were looking at him curiously. He believes, if the news about him who has reached the level of Magi has spread to the school very quickly. There was a sense of excitement and annoyance that Camoline felt. He was happy, because the Opal stone seal was gone and he could absorb some of the power of the stone without any effort so that his desire to avenge the black clan, would be faster. But also upset, because inevitably he had to move dormitories in accordance with his level.

It's not that he doesn't like the blue-fringed dormitory. However, he did not expect to be in the same dormitory as one of the children of the Chromos clan. Apparently, the man had also been in this dorm since yesterday.

"Unexpectedly, you could prove what you said yesterday so quickly." That's what Londer said as soon as Camoline had just set foot into the blue dorm area. Uniforms worn by Londer and Camoline, clearly visible difference. As if, the two were indeed in different castes.

Camoline raised her eyebrows. Both of his hands were folded on the chest, as if underestimating the man who was clearly from among the nobility. "really. You don't even have anything for me" Camoline said. Londer snorted softly at Camoline's arrogant-sounding speech.

"Don't be arrogant, miss. You just went up a notch. That is, there's nothing you're good at about your magic level." Actually, Londer's saying has a point. He had been dead for hundreds of years, before being reincarnated to this time. It is certain that he must re-adjust to the new elements he has. Ah, really the next shitty thing. Camoline only realized that the elements she had were much different from the previous one.

Looking at Camoline's inertness, Londer chuckled softly. He felt that the words he said were true. Thought Camoline was thinking of a sentence to reply.

"Shut up, Chromos. I was thinking why would the element of darkness change into the element of white? It just doesn't make sense" Camoline said. His feet stepped away from Londer just like that, as the man stared at him in disbelief. Not in the words that Camoline spoke, but in the behavior of Camoline who really ignored her. It's really something that Londer never gets from anyone else. Yes, only Camoline could do such an unworthy thing.

Londer took a long breath. Actually, he was curious about the power that the girl possessed. At the beginning of the meeting, he felt that the girl had the power of plants. Now, however, he had the power of water within his body. He felt it was very unlikely, if one could change strength in a very short time. He never even heard or read about anything like that.

On the other hand, Camoline let out a long sigh. Being close to someone who had the power of magma, made him never able to feel comfortable. Camoline closed her eyes for a moment, then opened them slowly. He stared at the window, intending to calm himself down. After one of the seals on the stone was removed, he got a familiar-feeling memory in his head. Not a memory of his present body, but a memory of his former life. He only realized, if the Chromos clan is one of the clans he had met.

But in a bad meeting.

Perhaps, because the power he had and the successor of the Chromos clan was so crossed, it became one of the things he was uncomfortable when adjacent to Londer.

Shaking her head slowly, Camoline walked back. This time, he's going to his new dorm room. He should have been close to his new bedroom. He doesn't want to be late to prepare for dinner. Even though it was just a regular dinner, it became the talk of people when they arrived late, it was the most annoying thing Camoline ever imagined.

Stopping her steps right in front of the door, Camoline stared flatly at a girl who was also simultaneously staring at her after opening the room door. The two looked at each other until the girl who was still in the room snorted softly.

"You're the one who managed to climb 2 levels at once in a fast time" said the girl. Camoline's forehead shriveled thinly, before a smile replaced her. Just this time, Camoline could not figure out the name of the girl in front of her.

"Don't expect to read all my memories. I have the power to block that special ability of yours" he said. Camoline snorted softly this time. He had guessed.

"Because they are stupid" said the girl after sitting on one of the beds. He noticed Camoline tracing every inch of this room. He already knows, if the white dorm room is smaller than this dorm room. And last night, he lived alone in this room.

"Yes, they're so stupid. Especially the successor to the Chromos clan." Camoline immediately took a seat on the edge of the bed that the silver-haired girl had appointed.

"I've seen your interactions before. I thought you two had a special relationship." Camoline rolled her eyes at the statement. I don't know if anyone thinks of getting there.

"Don't think like that. Because in reality, I only saw the clan's successor yesterday" Camoline said in a lazy tone. The girl chuckled. Seemed to enjoy the annoyed expression that Camoline put on.

"You should have one room with him. You're gonna spend a lot of nights very romantically."

"Are you crazy!?" camoline suddenly stood up. The girl looked quite surprised by the reaction Camoline showed. At the end, he laughed loudly.

"The reaction you're showing, makes me even more convinced that there's a wonderful relationship between you."

Camoline snorted loudly. He turned his face and sat down immediately. Without realizing if on his face look red hue that began to fill his entire face. The girl in front of him sighed after successfully defusing his laughter explosion. He smiled when he noticed the hue on Camoline's face.

"I'm Silver. Like the color of my hair. I have the power to control the opponent's mind. That's the reason why you can't penetrate my memory. Although, it's only you that I can't control his mind either." Slowly Camoline's head turned towards the girl who claimed to be Silver. His face was so serious.

"I'm Camoline. You must have heard that I am now at Magi level 41 with the power to control plants. My other ability is just reading some important information about others. For the rest, I don't know the uses yet" Camoline said. Silver smiled again, making Camoline's forehead shrivel thinly.

"You seem to forget something."

"What?" camoline asked still with a frown.

"You're Londer Chromos' girlfriend. That's a real fact" said Silver who immediately got a throw pillow from Camoline. Once again, Silver laughed loudly. This time, he got another new hobby. Teasing a Camoline.
