Hello Brothers: The Prince of Twins
Chapter 138 Notes in Agler's Hands

As an understanding mother Mina was quite surprised to see Ima at home for dinner with them, of course because she knew about the news of the disappearance of Joyi.

"You're not accompanying Alisya anymore?" tanyakanya.

"She's better, and sister's there to be with her"

"Thank God then" he said as he poured water into the glass.

They ate casually, enjoying the dishes that Mina had cooked as usual. Until the dinner ended, no one was talking, just a few short words.

Ima chooses to go to her room and immediately rest, while Mina and Colt choose to watch television until drowsiness strikes.

"Hey, do you think Agler's gonna be okay?" ask Mina suddenly.

"Of course, what are you worried about?"

"You know Reinner had plans to return to the palace, as a child Agler would have wanted to serve him"

"Nick taught him well, after all he's not alone so you don't have to worry" Colt said.

Mina was silent about the reason, she did not try to ask again instead of convincing her heart to be calmer.

The next day Mina did her usual activities, struggling in her work after all the homework was done.

"I'm coming home" cried Agler as he opened the door.

Mina, the only one at home, immediately left her job to welcome her beloved son, as their eyes met with a smile on both men.

"Hi ma'am, I'm hungry.. Do you have any food?" ask Agler.

"Of course, I will prepare" said Mina happily.

He immediately went to the kitchen in the followed-up by Agler, in his family's cereal box and poured it into a bowl while Agler washed his hands first.

"You're not going to the office?"

"It's Saturday ma'am, I'm off"

"Oh yeah, I forgot" Mina said as she patted her eel.

Agler simply smiled and sat down to face his food.

"Jeez... Your jacket is dirty like this why isn't it washed?" mina's nagging stared at the jacket hanging haphazardly.

"I forgot, can you wash it for me?" ask Agler while grinning.

Mina just shook her head but then she left with a smile, it felt really nice to see Agler's unchanged attitude. He remains his son who is sometimes annoying but can always be relied on, with a happy feeling Mina towards the washing machine.

As usual he would check every pocket of the jacket, afraid in case there was money tucked away or anything that should not be hit by water.

A mother's instincts are never wrong, in her jacket pocket she finds a brown envelope. Without curiosity or suspicion Mina put the envelope on the table, then continued her work.

"Oh you go home. " said the new Ima.

Agler nodded in response as his mouth was full of cereal, without saying anything else Ima went straight to the fridge to fetch some drinking water.

But his attention was distracted by a brown envelope on the table, carrying a drinking bottle he went to see what it was.

"Lord!" call Agler suddenly.

His outstretched hand he pulled back, with Agler's anxious face immediately approaching to grab the envelope.

"It's mine" he said.

"What's that?" ask Ima curious.

"Nothing" he said but with a suspicious expression.

Without another word Agler went to bring the envelope, he rushed to his room to hide.

"Aahh.. fortunately I immediately took it before Ima saw what it contained" he murmured.

Slowly Agler took out a letter from the envelope, and read every word on the piece of paper. This is not just any letter, it is a bomb that can kill everyone in a short time.

Whether it was luck or some other fate, the intense curiosity drove Agler to possess it even though he knew it was dangerous.

The night he handed Jack the file his attention was completely fixed on the book Jack had always protected, given the state of his instincts to say the book held a secret.

After a hard farewell he returned only to look at the contents of the book, and when he found a note that could be evidence he decided to keep the paper.

At the moment he still does not know what he will do on that note, because it is impossible to leave it to Chad because it will cause greater problems.

Not that he hid Jack's sins, but he could not open all Jack's secrets because he respected his father and wanted to focus first on Reinner's plan.

Four days out has been too long for Chad, he who usually never let go of his job is now really only focused on the search for Joyi.

Although Manager San can replace him well but still for some affairs Chad can not be replaced, slowly finally Chad can return to calm and logical thinking.

He had planned to go to the office again Monday and work as usual, of course while still doing the search.

As he is currently doing, he again combed around the hospital to look for clues even though the results were always nil.

In the scorching weather after being tired of wandering Chad decided to take a break for a while, he relaxed under the tree to shade while enjoying a cool iced coffee.

His mind that was still wandering made the eye was only fixed on a small tree branch, as the wind shook it reflexively his eyes followed the direction the branch was moving.

Suddenly a bird perched just below his feet, his little beak pecked at the rest of the breadcrumbs and flew high and disappeared behind the trees.

At first Chad was not disturbed because of the bird, but when the bird came again his attention was fixed on the feet of the tiny and slender bird.

As he perched on the ground his feet barely touched the ground, it made Chad realize something. He immediately rushed to the room where Joyi was being treated, examining the window closely.

"So like this" he murmured.

Getting one clue Chad went to meet Jhon who was gathered at the secret headquarters, there was already Tianna and the others were discussing their respective duties.

"The vampire you told me about yesterday, her name is Yulia isn't it?" ask Chad.

"Yes, why?"

"I'm sure he kidnapped Joyi's grandmother" he said.

John looked at Reinner, before he said.

"Oh.., so yes." said Chad with a receding spirit.

"Lately you've been out of focus, even you've been a temperament so I can't tell you not to get emotionally hooked"

"I understand" he said as he inched to a chair.

Seeing how disappointed Chad made Reinner unable to bear, he approached him to encourage him.

"Aunt Joy's definitely back, we're gonna try to find her"

"Thank you father, "you should try to smile as much as possible.

Feeling uncomfortable Chad decides to go home a few minutes later, but he does not return to the Joyi residence but to his rest house.

There he spent time drinking wine until he unconsciously fell asleep by himself, when he woke up dark.

"Oh my gosh. I overslept yes, uh. I have to go home quickly" he muttered while holding a dizzy in his head.

"Chad." called Ballard who suddenly came to him.

For the first time Chad was shocked by the visit because he was in a state of unwary, especially dizzy because most drinking makes it difficult to wake up.

"I just heard about Joyi, have you found her?"

"That's not yet" he said.

"My poor grandson, this must be Jack's doing" Ballard said.

Chad did not respond to the remark because he was one of the witnesses who saw Jessa hurt her grandmother, angry even now will not change anything.

"Jack must've paid someone to kidnap Joyi, if we hadn't quickly saved him I'm afraid something bad would've happened to him"

"He didn't do it, it's a vampire" Chad said slowly.

"Vampire?" ask Ballard for wonder.

"Yes, he wanted to get rid of me because I was considered a hindrance to him"

"How is that possible?"

"I'm a prince, I've got a big ticket to the throne and that's what makes them hate me to the point of upsetting my life"

"Oh Chad, even if you're a prince and you have the chance to be King, but that doesn't mean you're a hindrance, anyone can be King if he passes the selection exam. The process of rapture of our King is not fixated on blood, which is why your father was able to become King even though he was a mud" Ballard explained.

Hearing that explanation Chad was silent, it made quite a lot of sense especially because he was new to the nosy at this time not since childhood.

"The only one who wants your suffering is Jack, if he can kill your parents then he can also get any vampire to kidnap Joyi" he said.

"But I don't have any proof of the accusation"

"You don't need proof, I'll help you my way" Ballard said.

The growing regret makes Jack even more sleepless, an unfinished problem is now growing by one more and will be a disaster at a time if he does not manage to solve it.

Thinking about who stole his notes just made his brain boil and ready to explode, he remembered that coming to his office that day was only Hans and Agler so his suspicion was only to those two people.

The most suspicious of course is Agler, although he is his grandson but they were not together since childhood so Jack there is a sense of lack of confidence in Agler.

But accusing without evidence is a criminal act, he can not just ask questions or throw mistakes.

In his anxiety Jack had spent two cups of coffee which affected his heart rate is increasing, his legs were moving while thinking hard without being able to calm down.

"Jack." call Jessa suddenly.

"Ah yes." replied Jack nervously as he was shocked by the call despite Jessa's soft voice.

"What are you doing here?"

"Ah no, I just couldn't sleep and decided to have coffee here"

"You should drink warm milk instead of coffee" Jessa said, sitting next to her husband.

"I don't want to drink milk" said Jack slowly.

They fell silent to each other, drifting in a gloomy silence under the dim lights.

"You still thinking about that?" ask Jessa.

"There's no way I'm just forgetting a big deal"

"You believe me, don't you?" jessa asked suddenly with eyes shining expectantly.

"What do you mean? of course I believe" Jack said, holding Jessa's hand.

The act makes Jessa feel happy so she smiles in relief, while Jack tries to hide his guilty expression. Despite smiling but in his heart he cried and apologized for making Jessa a scapegoat, as a man and husband he felt embarrassed because he could not take care of Jessa properly.

"Since you've always been on my side, it makes me feel happy. Even though we experience severe suffering, even though the suffering never stops but the feeling of having each other with you is more than enough" said Jessa grateful.

Somehow the phrase made Jack remember the words of Joyi who alluded to the suffering of his descendants due to the arrival of Jessa who brought bad luck, he felt now that the speech of Joyi was true.

"It's late, let's go to bed" asked Jack, who wouldn't think about anything else.

"You go first, I'll get some water to drink"

"Alright" said Jack who then walked away from Jessa.

After the departure of her husband Jessa took a cup of coffee and went to the kitchen, she poured water and immediately wet her throat that had felt dry.

Whuuuuss...

Suddenly the wind impulse that waved the curtains made him surprised, seeing the window that opened at once his neck was goosebumps due to the cold that penetrated.

Not wanting to linger he immediately closed the window and pulled the curtains to cover all the window areas neatly, now he was ready to go to his room to go back to sleep.

"Jessa" call someone behind her.

He turned around to see who was calling, but before he could see it something hit him hard on the head.

Ah..

That slow screech became the last thing Jessa did before losing consciousness.
