Hello Brothers: The Prince of Twins
Chapter 79 The Second Prince

In haste his steps made a trail over the snow, making sure the surrounding was safe he entered through the high fence. Chad had recovered and returned to his routine so that he knew what night Chad was in his house, from below he could clearly see the dazzling reflection of the glass in the moonlight.

"There's something I want to talk to you about" he said, who is now next to Chad.

"About what?"

"Keenan gave the order to finish off the witches"

"Want to?"

"You have to stop this, you have to take the throne immediately" Ballard said impatiently.

"Why should? it is precisely that I am untangled in this case because there is no need to dirty my hands to avenge, whether they are in the palace or those who bleed witches are not my business" Chad replied.

Ballard fell silent, apparently Chad was more difficult to cooperate with. If this is how his desire to gain dignity is just a dream, he must rack his brain looking for another way.

Given how obedient Chad was to Joyi, he tried to approach her, making some offers as usual.

But this time it seems that Joyi raised her hand, she did not fully embrace Ballard with all her wishes.

"It's too dangerous for him, you're saying he's no match for the elders then what about Chad? he doesn't even know how to hunt in the woods" said Joyi.

"Chad doesn't have to show him strength, we can devise a strategy that will bring down the new King"

"Then why don't you just think for yourself?"

"You know what I need" Ballard said meaningfully.

His eyes were full of accusations that forced Joyi to agree, but the baby he had taken care of in such a way would not be released just for the grandfather who always took profits.

Suddenly he remembered someone who could replace Chad, someone who could become a second fortress for him as well as a war horse.

"I can point you at someone" he said.

"Who?"

"I can guarantee that he will exceed your expectations" he said confidently.

Returning to busy with serving at the border made Hans a little restless, this time the opponent was not a monster but soldiers who had the sense. Although the vampires were still fixated on physical strength but they were also quite good at playing the sword.

In one night there are at least three victims only in one post, if calculated thoroughly can be sure the victims who fell reached dozens.

Anxiously the Madam held a sudden meeting that Jack attended as a guest, they again brought up the mass that forced Jack to find the Goddess.

Talking is easy but the fact that Hans who has gone twice does not get approval, this triggers the carelessness of Jack in the past who let the Goddess present.

Unexpectedly a cold war was taking place within the Academy between the Council and Jack, the Madam found it difficult to take the decision to save her people.

Carrying the wound in Jack's heart went to see Hans, discussing with him the Goddess who would not come out of her nest.

"Free, no matter what happens he will never come out" Hans said.

"Is there no other way?" ask Jack again.

Hans thought hard until he remembered the Elf's words, if he couldn't seduce the Goddess maybe the Elf the ranger could do it.

He wrote a letter expressing the world's interest, hoping the Elves could really help him.

Brucks

That one punch was able to make a crack in the wall that was ready to collapse, even so Joyi could still stare fearlessly.

"Why are you hiding her from me?" yelled Ballard with a smoky head.

"I just found out he's alive" replied Joyi calmly.

"What do you mean?" asked Ballard, not understanding.

Inevitably Joyi finally told what he had been damming, Ballard should have known this. In this way he has one more profitable pawn.

Brucks

Once again the fist cracked the other wall and made it equal, its anger twice as big as the first to make its face red.

"Bad! I will not let Jack live, I swear on behalf of my daughter I will kill all the descendants of Hermes!" screams dust.

"Then you have to kill Chad and Agler" said Joyi casually.

"W-what?"

"Don't forget, your grandson is also his descendant" said Joyi with his sharp eyes.

"Be quiet when anger fills your brain if not your heart is charred in regret, all you need to do is educate Agler to be able to compete in the throne of the rest of the kingdom we will definitely overthrow Jack" he said.

"I understand" Ballard replied obediently.

"Remember, don't touch another descendant of Hermes. Our goal is only Jack and Jessa, they are the source of all the disasters that have happened" he said.

Ballard nodded slowly, pulling back his vow he did have a lot to learn to Joyi who was always able to stand under his own feet.

With the address that Ballard gave him to go to see Agler at his residence, the house is very normal like a human residence in general.

Even though the night was late he forced himself to meet respectfully, meeting the second prince who might be able to ascend the throne.

His feet just stepped closer to the door but soon a girl came out, they looked up to make Ballard realize that he was a mixed blood.

"Um... Can I help you?" ask Ima.

"I. I want to see Agler" he replied.

"Oh, brother is inside. Comein" he said.

With the call of Ballard's older brother, knowing that Ima was the younger sister of Agler's adoptive parents, he fulfilled the invitation and stepped in.

Nick, who first noticed the shock of Ballard's figure entering the room, as their eyes clashed with him, lowered his head.

"Master!" shouted firmly.

Suddenly it made Ima astonished at once surprised, even Agler and the others came out because of the scream. Colt who had seen Ballard in the past certainly knows enough that he is one of the elders who are respected, but Ballard who is more surprised by the presence of Colt.

"You're Viktoria's assistant" he said.

"What needs have brought you here?" colt asked clearly because they had a bad relationship in the past.

"You know him?" ask Mina.

"Mr Ballard, one of the elders in the palace" Nick replied.

"So the one who took care of my granddaughter was you." said Ballard, who shocked everyone in the room.

"You mean, Rei married Catherine? so then... Agler's his son?" ask Colt to make sure.

Ballard nods which makes Colt almost fall because of that fact, his mind is forced to go back to the past where he was an assistant Viktoria.

"What's really going on? can you explain it to me?" ask Agler who is confused about the situation.

It took some time for Ballard and Colt to get the hang of themselves, after getting enough composure they sat down and Colt started in the story.

"This is the story that happened when the cold war happened, I was still an assistant to Queen Victoria who he was about to match with Catherine the daughter of Mr. Ballard"

"And I thwarted the marriage" continued Mina who made all eyes point to her.

"After you had gone, it was Reinner who was appointed by Viktoria, who was willing to marry Catherine without any coercion and to occupy the throne by his own efforts. But I don't think there are many who want to overthrow him, he is cruelly slandered until he is sentenced to death" Ballard said.

His face was full of regret and sorrow, making one room full of sorrow.

"I came here to tell you that you are a prince, you deserve the throne your father left behind" Ballard said.

Agler couldn't say anything, too shocked for all the facts he had just heard. The world seems so small, her biological parents have an invisible bond with her adoptive parents.

"I.give me time" he said as he stood up slowly.

Of course Ballard could not impose his will on the grandchildren he just met, with full attention he gave as much time as needed.

"Sorry sir, but has not the throne been occupied by a new king?" ask Nick.

"Yes, he is Keenan. But he's not a King who deserves power, he's just a madman obsessed with Anna"

"What...you mean?" mina asked in shock.

"He wanted to have the same power as Anna, he was trying to find Anna's whereabouts even now he issued orders to eradicate the witches until Anna was found" he replied.

"She's triggered the war again" Nick said.

"If left not only the witches but the vampire nation will be destroyed because of the war"

"It's terrible" Nick murmured imagining a war he'd been through in the past.

"That's why I came here, Agler's the only hope we all have"

"But how?"

"For the time being I only hope that Agler will accept the situation first, I intend to teach him as a prince while devising a strategy to overthrow Keenan" Ballard replied.
