Chapter 86 Dinner at the Menhad Residence

The rare moment is very imprint on every new and old mind knows him, like just seeing a flashback that in the end makes the feeling mixed.

"When Kyra was kidnapped I was taken to the palace, Keenan told me the reason she kidnapped Kyra made me realize that you, Agler's sister, Hans and Kyra were a family. It's easy to understand, which I don't understand why you and your sister can separate from the Hermes family even you're a grudge against your own family" Ima said what he knew.

Chad lowered his head, then from his pocket he pulled out a necklace engraved with the name Agam.

While showing the necklace, Chad tells what he heard from Joyi, the story of Jack burning the cabin and killing his adoptive parents.

Ima was just stunned confused by herself, of course the story was too cruel for a grandfather to his own grandson.

"But why would Jack want to kill your mother? didn't she have her own granddaughter?" ask Ima not understand.

"Because it would endanger the rest of the Hermes family, my father was already stamped a traitor when he chose to be a vampire. When he ascended to the throne and forcibly deposed the entire Hermes family got carried away in that condition, they were in the hunt if helping my parents because it was with Jack's heart to do it"

"Cruel." comments Ima who does not know what else to say.

"Not only Jack, but Hans is not a good guy" he said.

"My cousin suddenly went missing, with the help of uncle Jhon's grandmother found him in a motel. In open clothes he's there with Hans"

"What?" yelled Ima in disbelief.

As long as they held Keenan in his eyes Hans was a man to rely on, he was so capable and affectionate to his family.

"Did that really happen?"

"You doubt me?" reply Chad firmly.

"No! of course not, I just didn't expect him to be two-faced" Ima replied quickly as she felt she had offended Chad.

They are silent while Chad tries to control himself so that his anger does not come out.

"Then...how's your cousin doing now?" tanya Ima tried to shift the topic.

"She's been kind even now that she's become more reserved."

Ima quite understands the change in attitude of Chad's cousin, however, such an event must have left a traumatizing mark.

"Chad, when are you going to introduce me to your family? if you know me I'm sure your cousin and I can be good friends" asked Ima.

Chad pondered a little, he realized there was goodwill behind the question.

The dusk the servants were getting busier at work, staring at each reproach regularly. Cleaning it from all forms of stains and dust to shiny, although tired but the order from the master that they can not ignore.

"Aeda's aunt" call Chad.

"Everything is ready" he answered.

"Alright then I'll go pick him up" Chad said, revealing a soft line on his lips.

All the servants who saw immediately approached Aeda after Chad's departure, with stunned eyes one of them said.

"Is that a smile?"

This was the first time they saw a smile on the cold prince's face, of course because in that house there was never anything that could make him happy in the slightest.

The only person who can make Chad laugh is a chatty and stubborn country girl, who leaves that night to fulfill her promise to pick up Ima.

Taking her home and introducing her to the Chad family officially, Cokt and Mina allow it without being loaded. Of course because they quite understand the feelings of the two people, especially Chad has a great sense of responsibility.

"Do I look beautiful?" ask Ima while turning slowly.

"You look like normal" Chad replied trying to hide his admiration.

"At least I look worthy not? your family is very rich so I have to perform as well as possible" Ima said in an irritated tone as usual.

"Don't worry about it, you will definitely be accepted with open arms" Chad said.

"Ah stop! you make me even more nervous" hardik Ima who immediately rushed into the car.

Smiling happy Chad followed that step, running his car quite casually they arrived shortly afterwards.

Menhad Residence is a grand house with a classic European style, where Chad lives with Joyi and Alisya. The house is three times larger and more beautiful than the Chadian rest house that Ima used to go to, and even the courtyard is more spacious and attractive.

Chad parks his car right in front of the entrance, Chad's manly attitude opens the door for Ima which makes her feel like a princess.

Walking together towards the entrance of Aeda as the butler welcomed their arrival.

"Welcome to the Menhad residence, the lady and young lady are already waiting inside" he greeted her while bowing his head.

"Thank you Aunt Aeda" Chad replied.

"He was the butler in the house" he told Ima.

"I know, you forgot that I'm a waitress in your house" whispered Ima who felt awkward.

"Oh I forgot" he murmured.

Ima can only smile with a slight bow of her head hoping that Aeda doesn't remember her, but as Chad takes her in Aeda quietly notices her.

"Isn't she the girl who asked the young master?" he was trying to remember.

Entering the area of Ima's living room back in awe, he knows Chad is a rich man but never imagined Chad living in a house that is even more beautiful than a vampire palace.

"Welcome" said Joyi.

"Oh hello, good night" replied Ima not forgetting to pay her respects.

"This is my grandmother" Chad introduced.

"Chad doesn't talk much about you, but I know your parents well enough. If you ask me I'm sure they can tell you" said Joyi.

"So it seems" said Ima while smiling.

"Let's go to the dining room, we've prepared a special meal to welcome you"

"really? ah. I feel bad"

"You don't have to be shy" Chad said with a mischievous smile.

Ima can only stare cynically, of course because they know the nature of Ima who likes to eat.

Just now they stepped into the dining room the smell of steak was already smelled, tempting the increasingly rumbling stomach.

Ima sat right next to Chad while Joyi was at the end of the table, where she used to sit so she could look at all the family members well.

"I'm sorry I came late" Alisya said entering the room.

Ima looked back, looking at Alisya who was also looking back at her. Within a few minutes they were silent with mutual astonishment.

"Alisya, introduce this Ima" said Joyi rose from her seat.

Alisya walked over, as did Ima who got up from her chair.

"So, the special guest that Chad means is you" Alisya said.

"Sister lives here? that's why Chad's cousin is a big brother?" tanya Ima.

Slowly they nodded their heads, understanding at the incredible coincidence that their laughter broke. They happily hugged each other while the others simply stared in astonishment.

"Do you know each other?" ask Joyi.

"Before I got in touch with you, Alisya's brother had come to the house and had dinner with my family" Ima replied, explaining to Chad.

"How can you?" ask Chad confused.

"That's because of Agler and him.. "

"Good companionship" said Alisya quickly cut off the remark.

Ima was a little surprised but then she understood that the relationship between Alisya and Agler was not good enough.

"Me and Agler went to school in High School, when I moved here it turned out that Agler also went to college in the same place as me so we were pretty close" explained Alisya.

"Oh so apparently, what a good coincidence" said Joyi make the atmosphere back cheerful.

Forgetting the relationship between Alisya and Agler dinner was started with a little joke that Ima did to make the atmosphere warmer, the laughter that never existed in the house makes Joyi grateful Chad chose the right girl.

Although the relationship is still new and has not been seen direction but Joyi hopes Chad has a soul mate with Ima, at least Chad will have the perfect family of Ima namely Colt and Mina.

After dinner they spend time relaxing in the living room, chatting and back joking.

"You have to come here often, even though Chad is busy working but I'm at home" Alisya said.

"I can't promise, but I will" replied Ima.

"That's great, next time maybe you can stay here too. Can't grandma?"

"Of course, we have many rooms" said Joyi.

"Before that why didn't Alisya first stay at my house? although the kh house is not as good and spacious as this but we can share a room, I'm sure it will be fun"

"First because we're friends don't call me brother, just call my first name and secondly I'll do if you promise to cook for me"

"It doesn't matter to me to cook, but calling it by name is inappropriate" Ima said hesitantly.

"Come on Ima, if you call me with my sister it feels very formal and seems awkward" Alisya persuaded.

"alright... Alisya. " said Ima slowly.

"That's better" Alisya said happily.

They continued the small talk, now Chad joined the conversation and several small arguments with Ima. Showing their relationship that seems childish but sweet, makes Alisya quite envious.

In the past when he was still in contact with Agler because they were both adults there was no silly debate that occurred, no annoying prank attitude or spoiled whining because of trivial things.

Now suddenly he felt like trying such a relationship, guessing whether Agler's attitude would be the same as Chad or even he would be considered strange.
