Chapter 38 Rescuing Colt

For two days Ima did not come to his house, usually without being called the girl would come and serve him without asking. This is quite strange because it is unusual, Chad also decided to call him.

Ima nodded while Jhon needed time to digest the reality he had just heard, he did not believe he could meet the son of his former ally.

"If it's true then there's only one vampire after your father, he's a crazy old vampire. Alabama's a mad scientist"

"Who is he?" ask Ima.

"You don't need to know, the important thing is to go home now and make sure your family is safe because if he kidnaps my father then it could be you or your mother" said Jhon.

"B-but why? why is he after my family" asked Ima.

"I don't know for sure, but my hunch says so. You two go home, let me find Colt"

"Good uncle, please uncle also be careful" Chad said.

Jhon soon goes in followed by Chad and Ima who return to their respective homes.

A few days of living in the castle was indeed quite pleasant, well-served by the servants and free to do whatever he wanted. But Kyra was getting tired of the peaceful life, whining she asked her mother for a shopping spree.

They go with the driver who is ready to drive wherever they want, as usual Krya buy new clothes, bags, shoes and other objects that attract his attention.

They started walking and looking for a restaurant that looked comfortable, Violet ordered two servings of steak and cucumber juice to relieve her fatigue.

On a hill that looks unspoiled by humans an old building stands firmly, a suitable place for the nation of vampire nobles.

Jhon decides to suppress his aura so that no one realizes his arrival, he suspects that the vampire is made up of several people.

The entrance was unlocked, making it easy for him to act. Slowly he walked through the room after room trying to sniff, hoping to find Colt quickly.

"Surely in the basement" he murmured.

He was about to enter one of the rooms but a voice made him stop, apparently it was Tianna who had just come out of his room.

"Why should I always do all this, I'm a princess! not waiters!" he carried a plastic bag.

John could see that the contents of the bag were bread and drink, human food. That means Tianna was about to go to see Colt, he immediately followed where Tianna went.

Sure enough, Colt was held in the basement. The place is quite spacious but dark with lights is the only source of lighting that exists, Colt seems to be sitting lethargic with his hands and feet tied.

"Hey wake! this is your food!" Tianna.

Slowly Colt raised his head.

"If you want to live, eat quickly, remember we won't give you a single drop of blood" he said.

Tianna kept the food right under Colt's feet, after which he untied it in Colt's hands before he left without forgetting to lock the door.

After making sure Tianna really left without waiting again Jhon smashed the key so he could open it, as soon as he came in he saw Colt who was trying to unbind at his feet.

"Colt." call Jhon slowly.

Colt raised his head to see who was calling him, it took him time to recognize Jhon because his eyes were blurred and the lighting in the room was ugly.

"Uncle John.

Jhon immediately helps Colt escape.

"What is uncle doing here?" tanyakanya.

"Your daughter asked for my help in finding you"

"Lord... How did you get to know him?"

"I'll tell you later, the important thing is we need to get out of here first. Can you walk?"

"Yeah I can"

"Good!" answer Jhon.

Colt can walk, but he still needs the help of Jhon in order to move quickly. All they needed to be aware of was Tianna who could return again in a short time, but luckily there were no guards on guard making it easier for them to escape.

"Let's go, the sooner we get home the better" he said anxiously.

They continued on, after a few hours had passed they finally reached Chad's house. Unfortunately Colt's body was too tired because of the blood that continues to be taken so that he was unconscious once he reached home.

Seeing the condition of his father Ima can now breathe a sigh of relief still a little worried, but of course he did not forget to thank Jhon who had brought his father home.

"Look! you and your family should move out of there soon. Find a safe house to live in, I'm not sure you're completely free" said Jhon.

"I understand, thank you again" he replied.

After Jhon left Chad also drove Ima home with her father using a car, it would be quite troublesome if they had to carry him to the house.

Chad stops his car right in front of Ima's house, after thanking Ima for bringing his unconscious father into the house while Chad leaves the place right as Agler opens the door.

"Have you fed him?" ask Keenan who just got home.

"Already"

"Good, let's see if he's better or not" he asked.

Although lazy but Tianna came along as well, he walked right behind Keenan. But when he reached the underground door he could see the room was empty with the condition of the door broken.

"That-can't be! where'd she go?" tianna was shocked.

He immediately went inside to check if Colt was really not there, while Keenan checked for damage to the door and traces left behind.

"He must not be far away, I will look for him" Tianna said as he left.

"Stop! it's no use, let him go anyway we don't need him" Keenan said.

"Then...What should I do?" ask Tianna slowly.

"Just focus on the task I'm giving you"

"Keenan, you don't need it anymore and what about the people on that list?"

"Forget over! I don't need them either"

"Then can I make them my toys?" tianna asked expectantly.
