Chapter 147 The Final Examination

Kyra can't refuse Chad's request, even though she was hurt by being played with, but Chad has made up for it more. After all, since the beginning he was more in love with Manager San, only he admitted that he was a little plan-plin.

"Blue... Are you here?" ask Shigima slowly.

He rushes to leave Kyra, without trying to find out more and Kyra goes to see Hans.

From the opening of the door he could see Hans sitting on his bed, staring out the window with his empty eyes.

"Hans... Can I come in?" he asked but Hans did not answer, he did not even look like he heard it.

Kyra came in and grabbed her shoulder, apparently the touch surprised Hans.

"I've called you" he said.

"Sorry, I didn't hear it" he said clumsyly.

"You okay?" kyra asked quite worried about her cousin's situation.

"Sure, what about you? what made you come here?"

"Chad" he said.

"He asked me to send you a message" he continued.

"For me?" hans asked to be sure.

"He wants to apologize to you for all the mistakes he's made. He realized you're a very kind person, we should be brothers who love and support each other instead of fighting" Kyra said.

"That's.heh.that doesn't sound like Chad" she joked.

"He's going to go to the vampire palace to claim his right as Prince, maybe he won't come back because it's very important for him this message is conveyed" Kyra explained, which made Hans' expression change.

"What?"

"Not only that, but he also went to rescue Joyi and Jessa's grandmother who was held captive in the palace"

"You mean the one who kidnapped them is a vampire?" ask Hans.

"I think so"

"We have to catch up with them" Hans said immediately.

"What's? that's too dangerous Hans. "kyra protest.

"As you say Blue, brothers should love and support each other" Hans said.

"I don't care, anyway I'll come" Alisya insisted.

"Finally, I found you" Hans said as he walked closer.

"Hans?" reah asked in shock as he stood up.

"What are you doing here?" tanyanya's confused.

"I know I'm a jerk, I'm selfish, insensitive, stupid, and completely shameless" Hans said.

"But I don't know Reah, I love Elves and it always feels like that. But when I realized that I couldn't possibly get it all I remembered was you, as well as when I was in trouble"

"My brother, he has to save his grandmother and my grandmother. They're in a chalice at the vampire palace, I want to help her" he said.

Reah fell silent, looking at Hans with a huff. Thinking about everything they had been through together and it was an incredible pain.

"Why are you so kind to your brother but not to me?" reah held back her tears.

"I don't want to force my heart on you because I'm desperate for the Elves too, but I promise you a real birthday party for you and me, just the two of us" hans said, who then got a small laugh from Reah.

"All right, keep your word" he said, which made Hans reflexively embrace him.

They went down, met with Ima and Alisya to get acquainted before planning an attack.

Reah admitted that Ima is really good at organizing strategies, because of the limited time they decided to invite some friends who want to join.

Because of the small amount, Ima decided to multiply weapons, any type can be used as long as it can kill vampires.

"You nervous?" reah asked looking at Alisya's trembling hands.

Alisya just smiled and that was the answer, Reah quite understood because he remembered helping Alisya who had fainted after seeing a vampire.

"You can use this" he said, handing him a gun.

"In him a silver bullet?" ask Alisya.

"Of course, you'd better use a long-range weapon like this because it's more profitable for you"

"Thank you" Alisya said.

"Not a problem" Reah replied.

The last potion that Tianna created was special for Clarkson, so special because it was the last fight to win.

"Drink before the fight starts" Tianna said as he handed the small bottle over.

"Thank you dear." said Clarkson.

The time was almost here, the sunlight had dimmed since earlier and he had to go to the palace immediately.

"Let's go" he asked.

"You're taking me?" ask Tianna.

"Of course, I want you to be next to me when the Elder declares myself a winner"

"Then what about Joyi and Jessa?"

"Yulia will take care of them" Clarkson replied.

Tianna should have stayed there as planned, but if he refused to leave then everything would have gone awry in no time.

Inevitably he must follow Clarkson's orders, while hoping that others can carry out their respective tasks without obstacles.

Because of the close distance it did not take long for them to arrive, Clarkson was immediately welcomed as a participant and given his place to prepare.

"Gentlemen, I hereby declare the final exam in the selection at the beginning!" shouted the Council while raising his hand.

The cheers of the audience were so lively that they welcomed the event, while the participants began to move with suspicious gazes at each other.

"Honorary gentlemen! everyone.apologies for the inconvenience, but there is something we need to get right together" shouted a voice.

Suddenly everyone fell silent, whispering to each other and asking who would dare to stop the event.

From behind the darkness Chad and Agler finally appeared, making Tianna smile with relief as they came at the right time.

"Who are y'all? very presumptuous. " shouted one of the spectators.

"We are Agam and Agler, sons of King Reinner and our coming here is to claim our right as Princes" Agler replied.

"What?"

Whispers for the sake of whispers are increasingly sounding noisy, of course because it is a difficult thing to digest considering Catherine died before giving birth. At least that's what almost all the vampires in the palace believe.

"Don't joke, show us what's the evidence?"

"Yes right"

"Yes.. "

This question Reinner had discussed in his meeting, for which they had prepared the most concrete evidence.

"Clarkson! you're guilty of embezzling palace funds for personal gain, not only did you also finance a rebellion against King Reinner. "No! I'm not guilty!" clarkson shouted frantically as the guards started coming towards him.

The uproar was so intense that Clarkson lost control, the whispering and insulting voices were deafening.
