Hello Brothers: The Prince of Twins
Chapter 39 The Evolution of Vampires

If you want to find the Goddess of Eternity, the tomb of the vampire Lord is the first place to go, because in the tomb that was once the stone of immortality was until suddenly lost in stealing someone.

In his escape to save the world, Hans is still inexhaustible at what he just heard from Shishio, how can everyone hide the identity of the Goddess of Immortality against him even though he is the nephew of the Goddess.

There's not much Shishio has to say, just a simple outline. As far as she is concerned, only Anna is a pure descendant of the Hermes family, during her time at the Academy she was so accomplished that one day the former vampire queen wanted her to stay in the palace.

Unfortunately after some time ago Anna lived there Ken who intended to take her home died in the palace, after bringing Ken's body back Anna went somewhere and returned as a vampire noble.

In the blood of the vampire blood flowed until it was revealed that the stone of immortality that the vampires were looking for was Anna, in the great war that ensued Anna sided with the witch and killed the then vampire queen Viktoria.

Some vampires who want to live peacefully out of the palace and live as travelers, while those who do not want to submit to the rules made by the witch leader secretly gather strength to strike back.

Only for some time Reinner Hermes his uncle managed to serve as the King of vampires but was removed from the throne for a reason that is still uncertain, even on death row.

Now that Hans is on a secret mission known only to him and Shishio, he must bring Anna back to stop the destruction.

His arduous journey through and out of the forest even encounters some ferocious vampires who attack makes him almost desperate, but when he manages to find an ancient meal that supposedly eats the vampire Lord his spirit is back on fire.

"Finally, I found it" he said staring at the bottomless grave.

Hans immediately approached him, checking among the debris strewn on the ground. From the tombstone was written the name of the Lord who had faded, in his view around the place looking for a clue until he remembered Shishio's words.

"Maybe the Goddess is not in our world, but in another dimension. To find it you must enter a portal connected to that dimension, use the equipment I gave you so you can find the portal."

Hans took out a small pouch, from which he took a blue powder which he sprinkled around the tomb. A few minutes later the sprinkling of the powder turned a pretty pink color.

"Yes! I found it, if the powder changes color it means there is magic left here" he cried happily.

Hans sprinkled the powder back into the groove until he entered the forest again, his steps halted when the blue powder only changed color in a hollow tree.

"Is this a portal to another dimension?" tanyanya.

There was no time to weigh Hans into making a decision by trying to get into the hole in the tree, as he stepped inside suddenly his foot slipped and.

Aaaaaaaahh....

Brucks

He fell right on the ground after sliding down from inside the tree, Hans grimaced in pain as he rubbed his butt. But the magnificent view of the forest quickly distracted him.

The forest was very beautiful with orange shades, maple leaves fell to cover the ground. He got up and walked among the trees, for some reason the sun was suddenly ready to sink when a few minutes ago it was still bright.

"I think it's the effect of the portal, it feels like a few seconds but it's actually hours. Then... What is this dimension called teacher? if it's true I'm close to the Goddess" he murmured.

Hans continued walking until nightfall, tired of walking he decided to make a bonfire and spend the night. Fortunately he still had some bread to fill his empty stomach, the forest seemed quiet which made him unsure of hunting.

He had just finished a pack of bread and was preparing to sleep until suddenly a black shadow flashed over his head.

Srek...

Hans quickly got up and took the horses with the sword in his hand, the creature hiding behind the darkness so that he could not see clearly.

"Who are you?" hans shouted

The creature did not reply but let out a snarling sound like an animal, with Hans slowly advancing to see what the form of the creature was trying to attack him was like.

Sreet..

Ah...

Somehow it could but the creature moved so fast that it wounded its arm until it bled, aware of its position in danger it quickly returned to the campfire but a creature large enough to block it.

"Alright, apparently you are in a group" said Hans.

Dddsssshhhh

Whether it was the sound of breath or ***** others, in the darkness Hans could not see clearly but he was quite capable of attacking precisely.

Srak Srak Srak Srak

Buk buk.

Trangs.. Trangs....

Whether what kind of creature he was facing, only his purple eyes could be seen in the middle of the darkness. What is clear is that the creature is quite strong because it is able to withstand its attacks, it is also fast enough even faster to corner it.

'Shit! if it continues this way I can die' his inner being while enduring the pain in his arm from the scratch wound.

Hans quickly looked for a gap to escape, facing two beings at once with great power was simply impossible for him to win.

Srek Srek Srek Srek

Trangs...

He ran quickly and attacked using his sword even though he knew the creature could fend it off with claws, the most important of which was the gap to escape.

'Yosh! i succeeded!' his mind when he managed to escape.

Hans returned to his campfire to pick up the bag, but just as he was about to step away the creature he was already right in front of him. Hans turned around and tried to take another path, but he came back in the field.

Now that he realized that he had been surrounded, the herd of creatures slowly approached him until they could see Hans through the light of the bonfire.

There was nothing Hans could say when looking at the muscular human body with the animal skin covering their vital organs, his purple eyes remained glowing with a pair of fangs emerging from the mouth.

Hans had thought this was the end of his life, yet he couldn't just give up. As a last resort he makes a shield that protects his body, but suddenly.

Jleb

An arrow that came out of nowhere suddenly stuck right under his feet, moments later appeared a person from the sky who was now standing right in front of him.

Hans could not see her face, but from her clothes she was like a princess. That person said nothing, he just stared at the creature before him and strangely the creatures suddenly left them.

"Well.. young man, why are you here?" ask the princess while turning her back.

But Hans could not answer, he was fascinated by the beauty of the princess. His hair was long with a shiny silver color, white skin but with blushing cheeks, the shape of his ears was quite strange because of the taper but it made him look like an angel. In her hand was a bow that Hans saw the arrow coming from her, with the beautiful blue eyes of the princess looking at Hans and saying.

"Who are you?."

Ima came back to Colt's house after a few days of not showing up, when as usual Colt was in the reading room with an open book.

"Colt." call him.

"What's wrong?"

"I. want to thank you and Uncle Jhon for saving my father, we've moved to a safer place according to Uncle Jhon's orders"

"That's great" Colt replied indifferently as usual.

"My current residence is a bit further away, so I can't come here anymore."

Colt stopped reading, then he got up from his seat and slowly approached Ima with a sharp look. It made Ima a little nervous so she took a few steps back, but Colt was getting closer until Ima could not retreat again because there was a wall.

Brucks

Suddenly Colt placed his hand right next to Ima as if keeping her from escaping.

"Do you want to run away from your debt? remember you still have a lot of debt to me and the only way to pay it off is to work as a waiter here" Colt said coldly.

Not afraid of the warning given by Colt but his face close enough to make Ima lost concentration and stunned.

"Colt. I beg you not to look at me like that, you make me feel a turbulent sensation" he said.

Ima's words affect him, Colt's gaze began to dim even he became clumsy because now it was Ima's turn to look at him with a smile.

Hans doesn't know his name yet, nor does he tell us who he is and the needs that got him there. The princess focused on the wound on Hans's arm so she invited him to leave, they entered into a cave in which there was an oil candle at each corner to illuminate.

The princess took the water to wash the wound on her arm, then a green potion she guessed from the leaves she smeared on the wound. There was a bit of pain but Hans was still able to hold it, after which he covered it with a cloth and tied it.

"What kind of creature was that?" ask Hans.

"Vampire"

"Vampire? heh it's impossible" Hans said in disbelief.

"Why is it impossible?" ask the princess.

"Because vampires don't exist that way, they do have fangs but they are just like ordinary humans. Well the only resemblance is their ferocity"

"I'm sure you're talking about evolved vampires"

"What do you mean?" hans asked not to understand.

"Because you're a witch, I'll explain"

"Where do you know that I'm a witch?" hans asked in shock.

"Only a witch can make a shield" he replied.

"The previous vampire people made wounds on the body of the victim with fangs and then sucked their blood until it runs out, they have confidence by sucking the blood of the victim until it runs out so they keep the soul of the victim in the sacred realm. This is because every vampire who sucks the blood of a human being then all the human nature and habits will turn to the vampire who sucks it, sometimes various memories will be able to remember the vampire in his mind" he explained.

"Let me be clear, suppose I am a vampire and I suck your blood to the end then all your habits without me knowing I do too. Like you like to eat mangoes, although I do not like but because it has sucked your blood I also became like eating mangoes"

"I understand" said Hans.

"By drinking human blood the vampires not only live long, but they are also strong. But with various souls in their bodies slowly it makes them lose their own souls, now they have little mind to continue the tradition the rest is just instinct and instinct. That's why they hunt in groups, while the vampire you mentioned earlier is a type of vampire that has evolved"

"What's? that means... What I just met is a vampire ancestor?"

"Yes, here they are called vaganences. A long time ago a young vaganences who had not drunk much human blood felt afraid to be able to hold the souls left in his body, until he decided to take human blood to taste. Apparently it makes his brain intelligence increased, with the intelligence that he has several new generations he persuaded to participate in his way of hunting. Slowly they also imitate the human style of various things, until those who initially live in caves they become moved to castles.

Of course their predecessors were angry because by imitating humans or not sucking human blood to the end they have opposed the sacred custom that has lasted for thousands of years. Debate had occurred, until finally they decided to separate into two camps. The predecessors were vampanences and those who evolved were vampires, but the history of witches only knows one creature, the vampire led by the originator of the revolution"

"Lord.

"I didn't expect vampires to have this kind of history, it's fitting that they have any resemblance. Then... how do you make the herd of Vampanences go without fighting?" tanyakanya.

"I communicate with them through telepathy"

"What's? telepathically? how can you do that?" hans asked confusedly.

"Easy, telepathy is a way of communicating through the mind. I can not only do it with herd vaganences, but also with the animals and various other creatures in this forest because I am an Elf, the guardian of the forest" he explained.
