A clean white shirt wrapped in a soft black suit showed how dashing the body was, his hands turned to a drawer where the ties were neatly arranged. For a moment he thought to decide which tie he would choose, of course, it must be a tie that perfected his appearance.

"Which invitation are you going to meet?" tanyakanya.

"Where does grandma know?

"Go see Ima, don't disappoint her let Violet grandma take care of her" he continued.

Honestly, he was happy because finally he could meet the invitation from Colt, alone he brought his car drove on the road at high speed to get there quickly.

While Chad is on his way to Ima's house, Joyi and Aeda are on their way to Hermes' house.

A man on the back bench only nodded in doubt as the threat was frightening.

They all fell silent, watching Chad closely especially Mina who was staring carefully

Chad cleared his throat to hear the word courtship because honestly their relationship had not gone that far, seeing their serious reaction Colt's laughter felt bland and disappeared.

"No, he's not Agler. My son doesn't have such eyes" Mina suddenly said which made everyone fixated on him.

Almost twenty years Mina took care of Agler with her hands, during which she always looked and listened to her son of course no matter how small it was Mina was able to see the difference that was on Agler.

Physically, Chad is very similar to Agler, but a mother's instincts are never wrong. Chad's eyes were cold and sharp, radiating deep and dark sorrow in contrast to Agler's warm eyes.

"I'm sorry, why are you standing outside? comein!" bring Mina back to smile.

"Thank you" Chad replied.

He had a glance at Ima before then they went inside, without forgetting to hand over the gifts he brought them directly to the dining room.

"I'm sorry, I thought you weren't coming because Ima said you were very busy so I didn't cook anything special" Mina said.

"No need to think about it, I was quite busy but I couldn't pay attention to the dinner invitation"

"You...really Chad? not Agler?" ask Colt again who just saw the difference of the two people.

Dinner just happened with the chats around the Chad family, this is very reasonable considering how similar Chad faces with Agler.

After the dinner, Colt invited Chad to chat in the living room, now the topic he was talking about shifted to the relationship between Chad and Ima. Of course Colt understands enough that Chad has feelings, because a man will not meet the invitation of the father in the girl if he has no real intention.

"I think it's too early to say that we have a special relationship, we know each other well enough but there's nothing more. Even so, I promise to take care of Ima" Chad said.

Colt is quite happy because Chad is a wealthy man who is educated and responsible, he also looks trustworthy so they become familiar.

The topic changed again considering Chad was the one who saved his life, he began to ask what relationship Chad had with Jhon.

"Uncle Jhon is a teacher whom I consider to be my own family" he replied.

Of course Colt knew what the teacher meant, it was just like Nick who became part of their family after teaching his two children about the vampire world.

"Please give my regards to him, after the incident we did not see each other again"

"Of course, I'll tell you" Chad replied.

Colt smiled, and he picked up a glass of wine that Chad had brought. They toast before finally drinking and continue the conversation to a lighter point.

Mina just smiled at her daughter's behavior, she used to be just as nervous when Colt came home to propose. A day he will never forget in his entire life.

"really?" asked Ima who looked straight at him.

Mina chuckles at how interested Ima is, the laughter that makes Ima embarrassed and returns to finish her work.

"Let's finish this dishwashing session and join them" Mina grabbed a lap to help.

Ima did not comment, she was afraid that she would do another stupid thing that made her ashamed. Finished washing all the dirty dishes Mina and Ima joined by bringing a light snack to accompany their chat.

That day the usually chatty and silent Ima suddenly became a good listener, instead Chad became jolly.

"Please taste it, Kyra's special tonight who cooked it all for you" said Violet put a piece of meat on her plate.

"Thank you" he replied.

He began to cut even though his eyes could not stop staring around, paying attention to one by one members of the Hermes family.

He thought he would get questions about Chad's relationship with Kyra, usually a father would do that but he didn't. Instead he felt his presence was not desired, seeing the situation he assumed the relationship between Chad and Kyra did not get blessing.

"We're so glad you wanted to attend, this is the best dinner I've ever had" Violet said without caring for Ryu's dislike.

"It's an honor for me to be here" he replied.

"Ah son Chad, you know Kyra is still young and busy with her school. Even so I hope you still want to visit or just take Kyra for a walk to relieve her fatigue after a day of study, you don't mind right?"

"Violet!" call Ryu sharp.

But the call was countered with a gaze that signaled not to interfere.

"That's good" Violet said.

Finally the dinner was over despite feeling very long, repeatedly he saw Violet beckoning Kyra with what she meant.

"What if we chat over coffee?" violet Tawat.

"It looks like Chad's son is busy, I know you have a lot of work so I can understand it" Jack said suddenly.

Violet seemed annoyed but she did not speak anymore, aware of the bad situation she finally decided to leave.

With a heavy heart Violet delivered her departure to the front of the gate, as soon as the car drove away quickly she walked in and asked in a high tone.

Jack was silent, at a glance he already knew that Violet liked the young man named Chad. But what he was about to say was the reason behind his actions just now.

"Chad isn't the right guy for Blue"

"Dad has met him, he is a vampire who preys on humans in the forest" explained Jack who made everyone there surprised.

"You mean..he's behind the terror?" ask Shigima.

"Yes, that night I felt a murderous aura from him. Even father had a sword fight with him, he reasoned as a wandering vampire who was also looking for the monster because of the monster he also lost his food"

"What's that empty tooth you're saying?" violet asked which made Jack stunned.

"Violet what are you saying?" ryu asked worriedly.

"I did what you told me to do, they didn't ask much just as if they didn't want me" he reported.

"That's good, it's your pay" said Joyi, handing him an envelope.
