The hiccups for a sip carried his wine through the esophagus until it ended in the stomach, the more he sipped the fuller the hull but not strong enough to fill his mind which still contained various problems.
He was still there with full consciousness but the territory was off guard so that a young enough woman smiling mischievously realized the prowess of his status.
His wiggly fingers swept the table limit until a inch from Chad's elbow propped up, he increasingly spread a smile as their eyes collided though clearly Chad's gaze was sharp enough to watch.
"May I accompany you?" ask the woman.
She is quite beautiful even with makeup that Chad thinks is too thick, but in all parts of the world women seem to always cover her face with thick makeup. Either to make her look beautiful or cover up the innocence she wants to tap into.
"You want a glass of rum?" bargain Chad who made the woman giggle.
He nodded still with a big smile, so Chad ordered another glass of drink for him. There is something that attracts the woman's curiosity towards Chad, he started with a light question to dig up more detailed information.
Of course Chad is not just stuck on the questions asked, it is the woman who is trapped in her own game. Maybe the wine he had upright since was one of the reasons now he told about his privacy.
With a slightly flushed face and a hollow smile the woman said this was the only job she had after being stuck in a nicotine loop, with the rest of his life of no more than forty years he tried to enjoy it.
It makes the soft side of a man's part appear as a protector, he always could not bear to relate to a woman's self even though the nature of a woman is bad.
"Hey... sir, are... are we going to continue chatting here? tonight I have no place to sleep" he asked.
Unexpectedly Chad gently stroked her face with a smile, making the woman startled and embarrassed by a real touch.
"You can sleep in my bed" Chad replied softly.

Finally after days of annoying Ima getting a message too, the night rushed she went to Chad's house preparing warm water for a bath on demand. He also made his bed and prepared a light snack in case Chad wanted it.
Tong Ting
Ima was aghast, for weeks he had worked there and this was the first time the doorbell of the house sounded. There was a curiosity and worry that made him confused how to act, but in the end he ventured to open it.
His eyes immediately collided with Chad who was somehow able to stand right in front of him, but the confusion further penetrated his mind as his eyes rolled towards the figure of a woman standing right beside him.
The woman was tall with seductive body goals, her face was beautiful even though her hair was a little messy.
"I think you live alone" said the woman.
"I do live alone" replied Chad flatly.
"Who is he then?" tanyanya pointed at Ima.
"My waiter"
"What?" he muttered while looking at Ima in disbelief.
Ima could only stare at Chad, digesting the remark which clearly explained the status of his existence. Unexpectedly Ima walked to the edge, slightly bowing her body she said.
"Welcome sir, I have prepared warm water for the bath and cleaned up the master's room."
Chad gasped, he didn't think Ima would do that. But it was quite good because it means that Ima knows where her position is right, she also entered in the following woman.
They go to the room that Ima has prepared, the woman impatiently starts to caress Chad's neck and kisses him gently.
"What are you thinking?" ask the woman because Chad hasn't reacted.
"Nothing" Chad replied although his gaze remained fixed on the front.
Meanwhile, Ima decided to stay overnight, the next morning she did her duty as a waitress without waiting for orders. He also made breakfast just as Chad came out of the room and approached him in the kitchen.
"Good morning sir" she said.
"I've prepared breakfast" he continued, serving it right at the dinner table where Chad was sitting.
"Do you want a glass of juice?" bargained for.
Chad looked into Ima's eyes wishing there were tears in her eyes, but all she saw were pretty twinkle eyes.
"May" Chad lowered his gaze.
"Alright, then I immediately prepare" said Ima back to the kitchen table.
Chad looked at the scrambled egg in front of him, slowly starting to enjoy his meal. It felt quite good but it made his chest hurt, he felt like a cruel husband who had betrayed in front of his own wife but was still treated well.
"This is the juice" said Ima put a glass of juice on the table.
"Thank you"
"Together, if there is nothing else I am allowed to go because there are still many tasks that I have not done"
"Prepare warm water for the woman, if she is awake give her breakfast too. Treat him well" Chad said without looking at Ima.
"I understand"
"After all your work is done you can go home and never have to come back here again, this is your last day at work"
"What?" ask Ima surprised.
"You didn't hear?" chad asked back.
"I heard it, but why?"
"No... how much do I pay a day so that in just a few weeks the debt can be paid off?"
"You don't need to know, you should be happy because now you're free" Chad replied slowly.
"I rejected it" said Ima who made Chad look at her sharply.
But Ima's gaze was much sharper, her determination perfectly formed so there was no fear there. Chad knew Ima's nature quite stubbornly, a little honesty in his heart admitting that that was what made Ima attractive in his eyes.
"You may be rich and have a high position, but even if you're a king you still have no right to decide all things by yourself. I refuse to leave this house, I will continue to work here as your servant according to our agreement at the beginning" said Ima.
"Silly once, I gave you freedom and you refused"
"really? tell me why I should get out of here? what freedom do you mean? or. You feel uncomfortable with my existence because you bring a woman home every night"
"If that's the truth then why? what do you care about that?" cut Chad with a higher voice.
Ima momentarily fell silent, looking for something in Chad's clear eyes that began to blush.
"I don't care. "he said slowly.
"I don't care how many women you invite into this house, I don't care even if they stay and sleep in your bed every night I don't care! but I'm not leaving here!" shouted insisted.
"Why are you so stubborn?!"
"Because I love you!" yelled Ima who made Chad speechless.
I don't know what water came out of Ima's eyes and ran down her cheeks, but there was clearly no doubt there. The three words he had just heard were like lemons so sour but refreshing, that he simply fell silent.
"You need to know, I don't give up on what I want. And you need to remember! you owe me a kiss" he said, pointing at Chad.
All her life no one dared to look her in the eyes, but that day an ordinary girl stared at, pointed at and spoke to her without the slightest fear.
For him who has never been denied Ima like a boomerang that is ready to return after being thrown, if he is not good at catching then he must be ready to accept the pain.
Ima rushes out of the kitchen to start doing other tasks, as she passes Chad's room while the woman comes out of the room in a mess.
"Good morning miss" said Ima.
"Oh, ah. um, yes morning" she replied nervously.
"Do you need anything? or does the lady want to eat something?" tanyakanya.
"Oh... No, um.. Where's that guy?"
"That's Miss... Mr Chad?" obviously because there was no one else in the house.
"So his name is Chad" the woman muttered to her surprise, of course because they slept in one blanket but even his name did not know.
"Master is in the dining room, miss just needs to walk straight" he replied showing the way.
"Oh thank you."
Soon the woman walks away while Ima decides to go inside the room and clean it up. Beyond a doubt the room was quite neat unlike the former in use, either they might play pretty considering the nature of Chad who likes cleanliness.
The woman remained there until the afternoon when Ima asked for permission to go home, Chad did not care so Ima rushed away but to return the next day.
When night was late with the moon hiding behind the clouds so that only the dark filled the sky, as if supporting the thick heart of Chad to spill in the form of a water circle.
Unfortunately, he was too careful to do that, instead a bottle of dusty rum was almost out of company within three hours.
"You want me to be with you?" ask Jhon who didn't come when.
"It's not good to drink alone" Chad replied.
Jhon takes his glass and pours as much rum as he wants, and Chad sits right by the window looking up at the dark night sky.
"There is nothing more interesting than the moon hiding its rays, like a shy princess he will start to appear at the right time" said Jhon who did not get any response.
"But tonight I realized there was something much more interesting than that, a woman a few hours ago swearing in front of your house" he said, now getting a glance.
"All women always seem to curse" Chad replied.
"And I know the curse won't work on you, it means there's something more annoying than the woman's curse."
Obviously what Jhon meant was something Chad had in mind, something that made him unscrew the dusty rum bottle.
"All my life I've known is revenge, nothing is more important than that. But today I feel like running away from it, dying to be reborn as a citizen" Chad admitted.
Jhon was well versed about it, caught in the cycle of grudges he had felt in over twenty years. Even until the moment he has Rocky his legs still standing in that circle, it is only when he loses the only happiness in his life and raises the claws of fighting his own people that he begins to venture out.
"Until now I still hate Jack, he's my reason why I'm sitting with you. But the hatred I have in my heart does not mean that I will join in your revenge plan, long before you were born I was the first closest person to draw a sword to him. After decades of my life I still stood gallantly while he began to break down in the meal of time, he was just an old man waiting for death despite his great desire to lead.
I won't tell you to stop, nor will I tell you to carry on your grudges. But from my experience you'd better take steps that make you happy, not make you satisfied."
In the game of life the strong always win and the weak become a meal, the law of the jungle always applies even in the city. It's just that he metamorphosed into a more modern form, in which case Chad understands very well he must remain strong to come out as a winner.
But winning is not enough if he is finally destroyed from within, for the first time he heard the expression of sweet and firm love. It felt like he was able to grab the girl's hand and invite her to run away from the game of life that had made her tired, but if he does that what he can say to his late mother and father at the end of his breath.
He will not have the face to go away, he also can not ignore the Joyi who has been home for him.
Joyi's desire is an ideal that he must pursue and realize, he can not be selfish by indulging in his heart that is flowering. Unfortunately, for hours he mused he realized whatever choice he took in the end he would still be destroyed.
