15. Battle in the city 2

Surya checked his watch as it was starting late afternoon. Buildings block the sun that begins to set.

Meanwhile Tania was already on the roof of the 5-storey building. There he hid behind the roof barrier because the dragon army flew at a height equivalent to the height of the Tania building.

As many as 15 of the 28 surviving dragons flew, while the rest walked with some soldiers on foot as well.

After the dragon riding troops passed by, Tania began to position her sniper rifle.

He took off the empty magazine with the magazine still filled with bullets. This time Tania did not aim at her dragon, but the warrior riding the dragon.

One horseman was hit by a bullet fired by Tania, he died instantly with a bullet through his armor. The soldier fell from his dragon which flew as high as a five-story building and landed heavily on the asphalt.

The dragon that the warrior was riding flew uncontrollably and flew in the opposite direction of the set destination. Occasionally the dragon crashed into the other dragon's body and made a chaotic formation.

Seeing that the commander of this army was of course very furious and said, “Don't mind the dragons that are loose, our destination is in sight!”

Nio's running was enough of the main troops being, and the enemy soldiers were still chasing him.

“Are they no other targets?” nio said as he ran.

“Where is he?” said one of the enemy soldiers who stopped right beside the car where Nio was hiding.

Nio saw him catch his breath after chasing him, besides Nio saw a gap in the soldier.

There is a part in the foot of the soldier that is not protected by iron protection, namely the part of the foot that is not fully covered by his iron shoes and only covered with cloth protection only.

Before the soldier left, Nio immediately pulled out the sword on his back and thrust it at the foot of the enemy soldier who could be said to be unprotected.

But there was another problem that made Nio say, “Sial, it turned out strong as well!”

Nio complained because the protective cloth of the foot of the enemy soldier was quite difficult to penetrate.

Even the soldier looked just a little in pain then peeked down at the car.

“Nobody, but I thought someone tried to stab me in the leg,” the soldier said in confusion.

But Nio was still near where he was, behind the enemy soldiers.

The soldier again attacked Nio by swinging his sword towards Nio's head.

Nio quickly fired a streak towards the head of the enemy soldier who was protected by an iron helmet.

But the soldier was seen rebelling and felt severe pain. That was natural, as some of the bullets Nio had released hit the soldier's face.

Moments later the soldier fell onto the asphalt and did not move anymore.it was only likely because the soldier after falling down was indeed seen moving.

Nio waited for a few seconds to make sure if the soldier was completely motionless.

To make sure once again Nio wiggled the soldier's body with his sword, and it was certain that the soldier had not moved.

To make sure of it once again Nio took off the helmet of the enemy soldier. He could see the face of his enemy filled with blood.

Nio stared flat at the enemy soldier and pointed his rifle at the soldier's head. As a final strike and made the enemy soldiers completely dead, Nio fired two shots that pierced through the soldier's head.

Around the head of the enemy soldier was inundated with blood from his head which ‘hole’ because of firing from Nio.

Nio took out a small book that he always carried with him while practicing and wrote down a number 1 on a page then said, “One. And hopefully this is the last one.”

Nio then ran towards the direction before he ran so as not to meet the soldier who was chasing him earlier.

All the soldiers in the main force were shocked when a black dragon of considerable size appeared from behind the building.

“Have they never seen the building?” herlina muttered as she saw the dragon wings graze the side of the building causing her to fly uncontrollably.

“Mana Nio?, why hasn't she returned?” ask Herlina.

“Not just him, but Tania has not returned either,” Surya said.

Soldiers in charge of controlling anti-tank guided missiles began operating the weapons.

Start to set the direction of the shot up to the remote controller to control the missile. But they are still waiting for orders from the two Kapters who are still worried about each of their members, namely Nio and Tania.

Surya then approached the ranks of soldiers who were ready with guided missiles.Their task is to aim and fire missiles and someone controls the guided missiles with a remote controller shaped like a joystick.

“Shoot the black dragon!” surya orders one of the soldiers in charge of firing guided missiles.

He aimed at the still-flying dragon calculatingly. He was ready to fire, but Surya had not given the order to do so.

“T Shoot...!” Surya's orders were firm.

A single missile shot out and shot straight towards the black dragon that the Commander of the enemy force was riding.

The soldier controlling the missile saw the movement of the bullet from the small monitor in front of him.

The dragon can evade missiles that almost hit his body, but that does not mean it ends just like that.

“It's like a simulation game alone,” muttered the soldier who controlled the guided missile.

He moved the joystick nimbly and moved the bullet according to the movements of the dragon he was after.

Meanwhile, Herlina took the lead of these two companies.

“All troops, aim at enemy soldiers who are running. Snipers, if you can target the gap in their helmet!” herlina's orders.

“Prepare for short streak firing. Shoot!” continued.

The whole army chose the best place to shoot according to them, which meant they had to spread out. All soldiers change firing modes into short-straight firing.

All the soldiers followed Herlina's orders of firing short streaks.

They fired towards the enemy soldiers who walked slowly with shield protection to hold fire, but that was not enough.

Their shield was not yet strong enough to withstand the rate of bullets, but their armor was the one that could withstand the rate of bullets.

However, this only applies to bullets of standard caliber in all-soldier rifles. There are still snipers who have bullets that can penetrate the skin of a 2 cm thick tank.

Snipers also choose a suitable place to shoot. Some choose in the middle of the road, next to trees and beside the car that the owner left.

They were still waiting for the next order from Herlina.

“Shoot!” again orders Herlina followed a barrage of fire from all the soldiers.

Snipers also fired shots that targeted the gap of helmets worn by enemy soldiers.

One by one the snipers' bullets were released and shot towards the target. Some bullets do miss the initial target, but that does not mean not hit the enemy soldiers.

2 bullets from snipers hit the target causing the soldier hit by the bullet to die instantly. The rest penetrated the armor of other warriors with the same effect.

Soldiers were still raining down on the enemy with bullets from the magazines they were carrying. But guns cannot be used to shoot continuously. All things created by man have a limit, except for certain things.

Snipers continue to shoot until the enemy soldiers on foot are left 5 soldiers who then run closer to the sniper.

The snipers of course retreated after the remaining soldiers ran closer and closer to them. The soldiers behind them were firing protection though not very useful.

The black dragon was successfully incapacitated, but the army could not get close to the dragon that was already on the ground.

Because the other dragon-riding warriors began to emerge from the same place when the first dragon appeared.

One of the dragon riding soldiers landed and picked up his Commandant who fell with his dragon. The other soldier picked up his companion who was controlling the dragon his Commander was riding.

Surya ordered to prepare for the next attack.

“Shoot!” surya's command when the 6 missiles and their controllers are ready.

The guided missile is released and moves according to its target, of course with the target controller will be more susceptible to attack.

The dragon-riding troops who knew themselves were being attacked immediately controlled their dragons to get out of the path of the guided missile that led to them.

The dragon riding troops spread out which made an attack of 6 guided missiles only 3 hit the flying dragon.

However it was enough to infuriate their Commander with a missile attack that killed several dragons he sent to counterattack.

Nio heard the sound of explosions from the origin of the main troops, it signified that they had faced off against the dragon riding troops.

But Nio had another problem, 4 otherworldly warriors appeared before him and chased after him.

On the right and left side of Nio there were only buildings that were impossible for Nio to escape unless he took the path before he ran.

He turned around then ran, but the 2 warriors who were chasing him earlier appeared and were already quite close. Now Nio was completely surrounded.

“What is it!?” said Nio with surprise because there was an explosion sound from the top of one of the buildings.

A moment later some of the soldiers who were chasing him stopped because they heard the sound of an explosion and their friend who was suddenly killed with his head bleeding from the gap of his helmet.

“What the fuck is this?” ask all the soldiers who are after Nio.

Moments later there was a sound of firing again that killed one more enemy soldier.

“It looks like it's from Tania, but where did he shoot?” asked Nio in his heart.
