Despair of the Hero of Anger

Hevaz licked his lips after the rest of the Alliance Special Platoon personnel who had run out of – ammo had only a few leftovers of ammunition, staring at him while pointing the bayonet forward. The force had lost 20 men and was almost out of ammunition, and the remaining ones were forced to deal with Hevaz. The shots they did just now were completely useless, and that was why some of them had no more bullets for now. Seeing the desperate and agitated expressions of the enemy personnel did not stop Hevaz's move to carry out his duties as the messenger of the Goddess of Death.

Sometimes situations like this become an encouragement for the party whose victory has been guaranteed, but for others it seems like a tragedy because death only waits for a few more breaths. The news of the descent of a ‘Utusan’ had spread to all corners of the Alliance member countries, moreover one that sent the Envoy one of the strongest existences in this world who was referred to as the Goddess of Death. No one is able to avoid death even though humans have done various ways, including against the messenger of the ruler of death itself. With a loud shout filled with feelings of despair, the rest of the Alliance Special Platoon personnel ran towards Hevaz with bayonets pointed forward in hopes of injuring the Envoy.

When he saw this, Hevaz's large wings disappeared, and the girl smiled – an expression that was suitable for her nickname ‘Soul Eaters’. When the bayonet tip of one of the enemy personnel was about to pierce his chest, the black vortex of death raged.

Something incredible and terrifying had just happened, someone who looked like a beautiful girl swung her great scythe and split the body of the enemy trying to injure it. The enemy tried to oppose their thoughts about the beauty of the girl, but it was undeniable. Every swing and slash Hevaz made took the lives of three enemies at once.

A new enemy personnel breathed eleven times while facing Hevaz, and after exhaling twelve girls separated the enemy's head from his body.

For the Alliance Special Platoon personnel who still had the remaining bullets could only retreat and take cover behind cover and retaliate against the attack with a single shot. However, Hevaz's speed of motion while eliminating one by one their comrades easily only added to the confusion and fear.

After loading the final magazine and changing the firing mode to a single round, they point their weapons at Hevaz, and intend to incapacitate the girl with their deadly 7.62mm projectile. But by the time the girl felt their rifle pointed at her, she jumped up with huge wings stretched out to cover the rays of the two moons that were about to vanish as the sun was about to rise. Hevaz managed to dodge the slashes of enemy bullets with a graceful leap.

They also fired at the panzer that closed their retreat and retaliated against the passenger assault inside. The loopholes on the armored personnel carrier opened up for the gunner to protect Hevaz, and closed the enemy's escape route. They did not use 20mm automatic cannons, considering the fighting took place amid the residential area. If they clean up the rest of the enemy personnel with such weapons, it means that there will be damage to the milk property of civilians.

Girl Envoy and personal servant ‘the person foretold’ flew gracefully in the air, like the maneuver ‘gila’ Russian contingent fighter jet pilot. It spins around and avoids any projectiles that lead to it. If he flew and fought alongside a squadron, it would be a unique blend and teamwork.

They fought with bayonets and shot wildly using the remaining bullets, then were shot dead by ‘world troops who took shelter in various places and barely showed their form.

The girl's giant scythe crushing power mocked their new – SP-1 weapon. In each swing, he split the bodies of enemy personnel in half, then cut off the hands of other enemy personnel causing the enemy to despair.

Elite Platoon Alliance personnel are not trained to face Hevaz's unreasonable strength and this ‘world troop’. As they thought of escaping from this terrifying fight, 12.7mm bullets tore their bodies apart.

The second gunner of the automatic machine gun on the tactical vehicle is very careful when shooting targets. They did not want all 12th Team members, especially Nio, to be sanctioned for damaging civilian property, and causing their captain to be held accountable. However, some bullets miss and hollow out the streets made of stone. The automatic machine gunner tries to protect Nio against the enemy in a melee fight.

Nio's melee fighting ability had improved after successfully surviving the three-times-a-day raid during the week that the Alliance had conducted. Back then he had relied on the sword in close combat, but now he relied on carambit which made his movements more free. Enemies that have run out of ammunition provide an advantage for him, and can hand over the task of facing enemies who still have the rest of the ammunition to his subordinates. He kept slashing the neck of the enemy blocking his way to approach Rio with carambit, until a fountain of blood was created from the neck of his victim.

An enemy personnel tried to thrust his bayonet from behind, and his efforts were successful. However, the vest worn by Nio is able to withstand 12.7mm anti-personnel sniper bullets, so the bayonet attack from behind carried out by enemy personnel is very useless. He was seen shaking to the point of dropping his weapon as Nio turned his body to see who was trying to stab him from behind.

Before deciding to join the Special Student Forces, Nio had a brief martial arts training for two weeks – with Rio and Jonathan, while still a member of the Karanganyar Garrison, and the coach was a former MMA athlete. Nio gained Reflexes, kicks, and great punches through the training, then combined his martial skills with several silat streams that he mastered. That's why people consider Nio's melee fighting style to be varied, such as combining the entire martial movement and creating a new kind of martial arts.

She did not want to lose track of that person, and would not let Rio return to his origin so easily before finishing his affairs with her. He was about to run, but the enemy he had dropped earlier instead hugged his right leg.

Without thinking long Nio immediately hit the heels of his shoes hard on the heads of enemy personnel who held his legs. Nio felt himself not using his full strength for the attack, yet he could hear the sound of a crack after carrying out the attack. The enemy personnel did not move, then when the enemy's face was seen, the nose of the enemy personnel was bleeding very much. But, Nio immediately ran to do his goal of finding Rio, and left the enemy personnel unconscious with the nostrils continuing to bleed.

‘Parkour’ aka Herman was seen running on the roof of the house while shooting at the enemy below. He jumps from one roof to the roof of another house easily while carrying SS20 G2 weighing 4 kilograms, he can shoot when doing so, he saw eight enemy personnel chasing after Nio after seeing one of their comrades being crippled by Nio in a very violent manner. But, he managed to knock out the enemy chasing after Nio, so that his captain could continue his affairs against the enemy commander.

Yes, Nio chased the enemy commander alone.

The two sides exchanged gunfire, hid themselves, moved when there was a gap, then shot again. The people of this Alliance and their extremely proud techniques were killed one by one by the members of the 12th Team who had trained much harder than them. The 12th Team's goal is not to kill the dwindling number of enemy personnel, but to deal only with anyone who has the potential to harm the President.

Sigiz's hair swung softly as his wind dragon flew over the 12th Team's battleground with the Alliance's Special Platoon. He saw all of Nio's subordinates fighting hard, and felt that it would be annoying to join the fight. However, he saw an enemy personnel pointed the muzzle of his rifle towards his dragon.

An enemy personnel who had the remaining ammunition in his magazine aimed at the wind dragon flying at an altitude of twenty meters above the ground, it then fired two bullet projectiles towards the wind dragon with killing intent.

Once again, Nio's bionic right hand smashed into Rio's face with full force which had previously been hit by the same attack. Nio unleashed a lightning-fast punch that hit Rio's nose and a thunderous shout.

“Stat! Goddammit! Why are you still alive!?”

Nio's attack shook him, and the person bearing the title of the Hero of Anger fell to the ground, and felt a much greater pain than before. He cursed and cursed Nio many times in his heart.

Rio did not get an answer from Nio over the rough question earlier, then he put his rifle in front of the chest and aimed towards where Nio was. However, at the point of Nio's emergence there was no one.

The atmosphere was really uncomfortable, and there was only the sound of desperate shouts from his personnel who were suffering from excruciating pain when it came to dealing with other ‘world personnel. The shots that Nio's subordinates released felt like they were endless, like it would only stop if the entire Elite Alliance Platoon personnel in this city were to be wiped out without a remnant.

Nio peeked out from behind the horse cart that contained a load of clay jars towards Rio who looked puzzled over him who disappeared abruptly. If he is caught in a very dangerous situation, Nio can take the decision quickly to hide somewhere. In fact, he was currently only six meters away from Rio, and the Enraged Hero looked hard to find his whereabouts. Nio only had one thought, and he was already preparing for a fight with the Angry Hero. He did not care about his left shoulder which was still bleeding and made him feel pain from the blood exit.

Nio realized his decision to incapacitate the enemy commander was very risky, and made his chance of life reduced by 80% if he was caught off guard in the fight. He will take advantage of Rio –'s weakness that has not disappeared even though the man has become a hero who fought alongside the Alliance. He felt euphoria rushing through his body along with the fear that accompanied him.

Close combat (pengcak silat as the main TNI martial arts) with martial arts and using sharp weapons such as bayonets as the main defense is still used today.

Just like how automatic cannons on aircraft are still useful when guided missiles have been created with their various advantages, close combat is a core part of the infantry combat curriculum. Martialism is important in close combat, while maintaining the native Indonesian martial culture, and cannot be left in vain.

In the Alliance's first major raid against the Expeditionary Force, many TNI soldiers fought monsters and enemy human troops with their own martial arts. When the rifle is useless, fighting with the martial arts is very important to finish off their enemies.

No matter whether Rio was a hero or an enemy warrior, Nio considered all of Rio's abilities useless if he could not shoot a moving target.

“Nio, have you forgotten that I am a hero, my power is much greater than yours, you know.”

Hearing Rio's words made Nio confused for a moment, and stared intently at the Enraged Hero. However, when he saw Rio pull back the trigger of his rifle, the sound of a single shot rang out from one of the rooftops of the citizens house.

On the rooftop of one of the residents' houses was seen a kneeling man holding a sniper rifle in a aiming position, he was a 12th Team sniper. Targeting opponents from a distance of 50 meters is very easy for Zefanya, but different stories if the opponent is a hero. He was very upset when the person who was Nio's opponent used Tameng Magic to withstand the 7.62mm projectile rounds that shot up to a speed of 3,000 meters per second.

The pace of the bullet can indeed be stopped with the Tameng Magic that Rio created, but the speed of the bullet is able to make the protector crack. ‘Blue Eyes’ aka Zefanya is aiming back at Nio's opponent, but he sees Nio doing hand code for him to make a semi-automatic shot. The Zefanya changed the single-shot mode to semi-automatic mode, and inserted a few bullets in the magazine, then took aim again to carry out instructions from Nio.

The transparent red-colored protector followed Rio's swift pace that ran dodging the next shot. But, Nio chased after him at the same speed, or perhaps faster than him. Nio's gaze clearly showed that he had an enormous killing intent, according to Rio.

The zefanya pulled the trigger for a while, and produced three shots that blasted three projectiles at breakneck speed. The technology in ammunition and rifles makes a jolt when shooting, aka recoil, absolutely nothing. So that Zefanya is able to shoot like using an ordinary assault rifle, but without causing a jolt.

Nio was not at all afraid to kick his face in high speed with the tip of his shoe lined with hard material. His powerful kick made Rio's nose bleed when it bounced after being hit by his attack, as well as an object thrown from the person's clothing pocket. Nio picked up Rio's melee combat weapon in the form of a rivet, and put it on his left hand because his bionic right hand was already very hard only to be used to crush the head of the goblin – if Nio had no pity for the monster.

Rio's eyes widened in disbelief when he saw a ‘bias’ warrior capable of giving him as much pain as he felt now, and his gaze increasingly showed that he was feeling very scared. Why is this happening to me who is an Angry Hero? Dozens of such thoughts filled Rio's head.

He was the Hero of Anger, one of the strongest people in the Alliance. No one should dare to do this to him.

“You bastard, you are a very weak man! You can defeat me in this fight, but in the real battle the Alliance will destroy you.”

Rio imagined if Nio hesitated to fight him after hearing his words. Unfortunately, Nio knew if it was Rio's last fight if he had been in a very desperate condition. He felt that he had his own luck after knowing Rio for so long.

“Alright, as a fellow bastard I'll give you two options. Fight like a true warrior, or would you rather die now?”

‘Parkour’ aka Herman standing on the roof of one of the houses, then followed by Zefanya, a few moments later all the members of Team 12, Hevaz, Edera, and Sigiz arrived where Nio and Rio were facing off. All enemy personnel were successfully made to surrender by them, and are being taken care of by Arevelk forces.

However, Rio spat and hit Nio's shoes then said, “Hah! I don't need to answer the question of the person who is about to die!”

“Do you think my death is in your hands? Not even your shot nothing hit me.”

Hearing the enemy commander speak Indonesian, made Team 12 convinced that there were Indonesians among the heroes. That means, they have to fight with – countrymen or can be called by former fellow Indonesians. However, they had heard that Nio had experienced far worse than just going against one Indonesian who sided with the Alliance. They had heard that Nio was facing off against the – prisoner of war forces, most of whom were from Indonesia in the previous war. According to them, if forced to face such a situation, the possibility of being hit by a mental attack is very large.

Rio's body was between the two legs of Nio standing on it, ‘Life’'s Lifeform stared at Rio with a flat expression. The scene that Nio had done towards the Hero of Anger was extremely violent, and perhaps the adults would be greatly shaken when they saw it. He repeatedly stomped on Rio face with his shoes that hit Rio's saliva. She looks merciless when doing so, and of course Rio shouted after suffering the torment Nio gave her.

Unable to stand this sight, Sigiz and Edera turned their faces away. Of course they thought about stopping it, for fear that it would cause something undesirable in the future. However, they were worried that Nio would become more and more so if ordered to stop.

“God of War, look at the person you choose to be ‘people foretold’ with other gods. Isn't the view Mr Nio gave you so beautiful? Not many people dare to do such a thing against heroes.”

Hevaz smiled sweetly as he looked at the scene while flying a few meters above Nio. He said like that as if he could communicate directly with the figure he served, the God of War and the Goddess of Death.

Nio's entire subordinates were goosebumps when Nio treated one of the strongest people in the Alliance like a cockroach. They trembled and thought as if Nio would not stop before the Enraged Hero died. They were grateful not to be in Rio's position.

This horrifying scene finally stopped after Nio gave hundreds of stomps to Rio face. Then, he sat on the stomach of the Enraged Hero and looked at him with a soul-freezing cold gaze.

Nio slashed many punches at Rio's face that was filled with wounds, at roughly five strokes per second. The rivet on Nio's hard bionic left and right hand added to Rio's still-conscious agony. Rio's shout was getting louder than before, and it didn't make Nio stop.

“A cowardly and traitorous warrior like you will not be allowed to live! You are a great disgrace to Indonesia and the TNI!”

Blood spurted in all directions as Nio punched Rio face very quickly, and both of Nio's hands were covered in the blood of his opponent.

“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!”

Still, as loud as Rio shouted it would not make Nio tremble or anything like that. However, it was not a cry of despair filled with suffering. A ball the size of a head floated between the two of them. Nio stopped his action when Rio created the transparent red ball.

A moment later the transparent ball that Rio created exploded and gave rise to a shockwave. Nio bounced until his back hit the wooden door of one of the residents' houses until his body entered the house and hit the wall inside. Everyone who saw him was shocked, because of the intense shockwave Nio to bounce like that.

“A bastard like you should have just died in the previous war.”

Rio was standing in a terrible state of face, almost the entire part of his face was covered by his own blood. The explosive transparent ball he created earlier was his last attack, and a result of the despair he felt when Nio did not give him a chance to fight back.

The door of one of the residents' house was shattered when Nio's back hit him after being hit by a shockwave from Rio's attack. Fortunately, the walls inside the house stopped Nio's bouncing body, even though it caused the young man a great deal of pain. He opened his eyes slowly while enduring the tremendous pain in his body.

When he was able to open his eyes completely, he then tried to stand up even though staggered. He saw a family with one male and three female members who were very scared to be in the corner of the house. The entire family trembled as an attack smashed the door of their home, even the two daughters of the family cried.

Nio walked slowly with staggers and shaky steps as he said, “Sorry, make your house door crumble, Mr.”

The family was of course shocked by what the injured person like Nio said. They knew that Nio was from an ally country of Arevelk, but they did not expect that the other ‘world’ warrior would say such an absurd thing.

“My Most Merciful Lord, Most Merciful, give Your weak servant the strength to finish this fight.”

Nio prayed in his heart while trying to get out of the family house, his back bleeding to wet the back of his shirt. Nio felt his condition was now worse than fighting in the long and grueling fight against the Alliance a few months ago.

The only man in the family whose door was shattered, aka the head of the family himself, decided to help Nio walk. He wrapped Nio's left hand around his shoulder, and helped the young man walk a little faster. The man knew that Nio had no intention of destroying his home, and felt that Nio was already fighting hard in the fight against the enemy entering the city.

When Nio and the head of the family stood outside the house, the sun had already risen with a beautiful orange-colored radiance and calmed the heart, but Nio had to endure the pain in his back that was still bleeding.

Nio thanked the head of the family for helping him to walk faster. However, the two of them then saw Bima standing while holding Rio who was already in a very weak condition when the entire 12th Team members beat him up in a crowd. According to Nio, it was a terrible sight for him.
