High School Soldier
2. New school year 2

4 January 2320, at 06.18 WIB.

This is the time before the big event happens, everyone's life in Karanganyar city is still running smoothly with little obstacles.

The barrier is only a public bus that broke down even though it has not arrived at the intended stop, a small demonstration conducted by small organizations with the aim of opposing restrictions on the purchase of basic goods.

In a house on the outskirts of Karanganyar a teenage boy awakens from his sleep with hunting breath and sweat coming out of his entire body.

Nio looked like he had a bad dream in his sleep.

“Thank God it was just a dream,” muttered Nio.

With a trembling body Nio got down from his bed and walked into the kitchen.

He walked while imagining the dream he had while muttering, “That's too real, what will happen?”

Nio was already in the kitchen, there was already a woman who seemed to have prepared in her work uniform. She is Arunika, Nio's older sister and the only family she has.

“Again,” saya Nio. Arunika answered Nio's greeting, “Morning, quick shower keep breakfast!”. While pursing his lips Nio said, “Oke.”

Arunika was still busy with a pile of paper in front of her that had a cup filled with sweet hot tea beside her.

Nio walked slowly to the bathroom which was only 2 meters away from the kitchen while scratching his itchy stomach.

Nio glanced back at his older brother who was still writing grades on his student's paper.

Arunika is one of the teachers at the High School where Nio attended school. He was already a teacher when Nio was in 3rd grade Junior High. That was exactly two years after Arunika graduated from college.

Nio was able to enter the High School where his brother taught because of his own efforts, not because of his brother's presence at the High School. Although he had to compete with other smart students, Nio was finally able to pass the selection even though he was ranked 201 out of 256 people in class 1 class of SMA 2 Karanganyar.

Back to this sister.

Arunika sipped her warmed hot tea. He saw something that made him angry.

“Quick shower!” gertak Arunika who saw Nio was still standing and was still scratching her stomach while glancing at her brother.

“Galak very hell,” murmured Nio. She suddenly goosebumps as her brother glances sharply at her while saying, “Can be repeated again that word?”

Nio could feel the gripping aura from her brother even though she just said casually like that. He thought that instead of having to face his brother who would immediately terrorize better Nio obey Arunika's orders before.

Nio picked up a towel hanging in front of the bathroom and immediately started activities before her school.

At breakfast Nio still imagined the events in his dream. When he remembered his leg being hit by a large wall and breaking his leg, Nio was now able to feel what he had experienced in his dream.

He slightly glanced at his older brother who had already finished assigning his student a grade of duty. The existence of Arunika in front of him, made Nio feel sure if the dream was just a dream that was very unlikely to happen, but who knows.

After for a few minutes he focused with a pile of paper, Arunika now switched to his smartphone. He searches news sites and searches for the latest news.

“That incident again,” said Arunika lirih.

“What's up?” asked Nio who was curious about what her brother read. Arunika answered

“News of the strangely dressed person,” replied Arunika

Nio did not ask further because the news had been a few weeks of headlines in Indonesia and even the world.

The strangely dressed person that Arunika was referring to was dozens of people wearing some sort of royal-age warrior uniform.

In Indonesia, first appeared people dressed as royal soldiers in the West Aceh region, Aceh Province.

At first 20 people appeared suddenly and astonished the people who saw. They just walk on the streets of the city with swords in their hands that make people afraid.

Local police who received reports there was a person who threatened immediately to the place where the 20 people were.

When trying to secure the 20 people, the police actually get resistance.

They attacked the police with swords and left several policemen and residents injured.

A few hours after the attack, TNI soldiers conducted a search for the 20 people ‘mysterius’.

But after 1 week of searching throughout the province of Aceh is no longer found the 20 mysterious people, even the smallest trace to find it is not found.

After the incident, the government considered the attack an act of terror.

Nio and Arunika stand at the bus stop with dozens of other people. The bus they were both going to ride on was supposed to arrive 10 minutes ago. Nio and Arunika are still waiting.

Arunika breathed a long breath and said, “Hah, I will be late nih.”

“Why not walk?” connect Nio.

Then Nio took his smartphone out of his pants pocket and checked what time it was.

“Udah want 7 hours nih,” says Nio.

Since she was also soon to be late, Nio ran over without telling her brother. Arunika who was surprised also came running but not as fast as Nio.

Nio and Arunika choose a shortcut to get to school soon. While running Nio saw a figure who was walking leisurely.

Nio started walking as he almost reached the school environment, as did Arunika.

“Why leave me huh?” said Arunika while hitting her sister's back to cough.

The three of them walked together to the school as a few minutes left the entrance bell ringing. For Arunika to arrive at school 5 minutes before the clock reads it is too late.

Even so for now the teacher's office is still empty even though today is Monday of the new school year.

Nio and Rio sat in their respective seats while adjusting their breaths.

“Avoiding her brother Nio's nagging,” Canda Rio.

Nio just laughed a little while nodding slowly.

Then Rika came to Nio who was still panting to fulfill his obligation as class treasurer.

Of course Nio was quite upset for now, so were Rio and Jo

“Tomorrow I pay the money,” said Nio casually.

Rika suddenly smacks the classroom cash book onto Nio's desk which leaves the rest of the class shocked.

Rika turned to Rio, but the answer she received was the same as before. This time Rika smacked the book into Rio's head.

The next target was the class leader, Jonathan. Jo is forced to give up the money he will use for snacks later in the day.

“What are you laughing at, huh!?” Shouted Rio while holding the part of his head that was hit earlier.

Nio and Jo laughed satisfiedly at Rio who was in pain.

Moments later the bell rang, all the students left their classes and headed to the school grounds to perform the ceremony.

“Why can I forget that the first hour of the lesson is brother?” inner Nio.

When the Mathematics lesson somehow the atmosphere of the class became very gloomy. There was not a word heard from the class.

Arunika walked leisurely towards the teacher's desk in front of the classroom.

The most relaxed occupants of the class during this lesson were of course Nio. Not because he mastered maths lessons, it was because he was used to being scolded every day by his brother. Nio did not master this lesson.

Want to be flanked by his brother when he could not do the matter in front of the class, Nio still could not do anything to defend himself.

Because the answer he said will remain the same, namely, “Not that brother already knows that I met the numbers already dizzy?”

But somehow Nio always gets perfect grades in all lessons except math. Arunika herself did not understand about this either.
