Inside the open area of Girinhi Fortress, sounds of laughter rang out in the tent occupied by the male members of the 12th Team. But, a moment later, the atmosphere returned somewhat calm.
“What?”
“The sanctions you get should not return to Indonesia before the assignment period in this world ends?”
At first, Bayu and Ferdi could not understand what Nio had just said. “How long is the assignment time in this world?” the question was embedded in the minds of all the subordinate men of Nio.
“Letnan, the result of your hard work with the Arevelk team is just that?!” Hassan said with a loud tone.
But, suddenly Hassan realized, Nio did go to the battlefield with Arevelk and Yekirnovo to deal with the rebels, but only armed with emergency permits and not official permission from the superiors. The same must have been given to the commander who left his main task, although the reason used was to help a struggling ally. But, even if what Nio did was save the Guild and the Peacekeeping Forces, then get serious injuries to his physique and mentality, would the superiors have to give Nio such sanctions?
“Then, how long is our assignment time in this world?” ask Arif.
“On the warrant, not listed for the length of our assignment here,” continued Kaikoa.
It was possible for them to accept the order of fighting in this world with allies, but such obscurity made their feelings uneasy. The country where they grew up and fought, no matter how strong the country was, did ‘they’ still have a sense of concern for fighters?
“Well, we can't whine, pleading with superiors to give us the clarity of our long assignment in this world.”
Nio responded after sighing. Not to appease his restless subordinates, but as a form of bitter sympathy.
Bima then replied, “Oke, it's possible. But what about you, Commander?”
“You mean task order before my wound recovers? Relax, I've been complaining too much about the boss's unreasonable orders, so I don't want to whine any more.”
“They gave us a warrant to be part of the Peacekeeping Forces and the Guild. But, ‘they’ harnesses our power without telling the end of the war for sure. Nothing lower than ‘they’.”
Nio held his head, and shook his head due to the heat of the situation, his subordinates said too much bad about the government and the military. He could still accept the words of his subordinates, but maintaining the morality of himself and the subordinates was much more important. In a few days, the team and the 002 Relief Company will be sent to serve as temporary relief forces at one of the Peacekeeping posts in the Yekirnovo Garrison area.
“We can't keep blaming ‘they’. Since this war began, have they ever not given us enough weapons and supplies? At least, you should think if ‘they’ also thinks about our stomach and security, although for some things not too much attention,” said Nio.
The Indonesian Army of Students has no term limits, and will be appointed as TNI soldiers after 8 years of service in return for their struggle. Even if the TRIP soldier dies, the family will receive guarantees and bestowal for the fallen soldier's struggle. Then, for soldiers stationed outside Indonesia, at the most they will return home within 1 year. Nio has been fighting in this world for more than 1 year since the deployment of the TNI Expeditionary Force.
What about his subordinates? Once he realized what made his subordinates say that, Nio felt pain all over his body.
Nio's subordinate who was now not fighting with him when the Gate incident that had been closed, when the Alliance's relentless assault exhausted his physique and mentally drained him. Most teenage soldiers of TRIP remained alive until peacetime, but suffered from the mental stress of war. From the soldier's point of view, the entire army that fought was a hero. The young soldiers were smart enough to avoid danger to stay alive to the bitter end.
It had crossed Nio's mind if this world was a landfill, under the pretext of guarding the homeland of this world instead of being ordered to fight from the world of origin. Forced to fight to the point of exhaustion and death, and sent aid very late.
That deviation from his mind made Nio regret, making his head spin. He fought to keep something, instead of fighting on the grounds he knew he was going to die fighting. He and his subordinates are here not to fulfill the part of conscription that can be done by force, but to command as real soldiers.
On the other hand, the men of the 12th Team stared at Nio in silent admiration. They have special feelings for their superiors, like a maniac likes his fictional character. All of Nio's subordinates felt that their elite warrior titles were nothing, as Nio exceeded those nicknames, according to them. Keeping morale and mentality stable is a difficult thing for them if they are in the position of Nio. They wanted to hear the way Nio prevented the war from driving her crazy.
“The government never keeps their promises, we all know it.”
Nio said with an unusual face. Not because of his current physical condition, but an unclear expression showed an expression of pleasure, anger, anxiety, regret, sadness, or hate.
“Just keep fighting for something that wants to be protected makes us able to live until now. We cannot run away, even harboring feelings of revenge against the enemy for their actions. Rejecting orders sounds like a good idea, but we're trained not to do that despicable deed.”
Hassan said with closed eyes and a smiling mouth.
If this is a time when Indonesia is close to fighting against the FPDA, the struggles of the teenagers may not be as heavy as they are now. All subordinates of Nio have the same goal so that they accept the task of fighting in this world, namely maintaining the safety and honor of family, loved ones to be able to live a decent life in peace. The young fighters had no choice but to cling to the country's sweet words of propaganda.
Everyone knows that the despicable deeds of certain persons in government shine brightest. People know if all they do is feed the rotten ego ‘they’.
“You should have understood something,” said Nio.
“What is it, Lieutenant?” ferdi replied representing all the male members of Team 12 in this tent.
“This war is not revenge until one of the parties regrets all his actions, until one of the parties bends his knee and apologizes. Indeed, ‘they’ shamelessly say if our struggle is noble, and utilize that word ‘mulia’ to raise the name ‘they’. To hell with what happened in this war, we have to make ‘they’ regret utilizing us.”
Nio who grew up well and foolishly, made him never think about or want revenge. Revenge is not simple, and it will not be finished even if you defeat everyone you hate.
Nio's tone of voice was rather loud without him noticing, and stirred up a thought in the heads of all his male subordinates. They realize, if the struggle here they have to finish, when ‘they’ closed their eyes and closed their ears with what happened on this battlefield.
“Well, always prejudiced if everyone in the government and military filled with rotten people, only add to sins,” ‘Martabak’ aka Yandi connect, while smiling sharply.
“What do we kill innocent enemies?” Yogi asked.
Yandi stared at ‘Teacher’ aka Ferdi, with a look in the eye as if to say, “An answer to that question! I don't have enough science to explain.”
By force, Ferdi serves Yandi's request, “I don't think so. Because, basically fighting is the same as fighting for something, country, property, and family for example. Fighting the enemy to defend something, until the enemy is killed is not a sin. What is sinful is that soldiers kill unarmed and non-combatant civilians, destroying in various ways houses of worship and civilian and public property without cause. In fact, if we are killed for defending and fighting for something can go to heaven.”
The calm gaze of Nio's only eyes suited her. The male members of Team 12 saw that he was more persistent than them.

The 12th Team and the 002nd Relief Company received notice of a special mission to assist in the patrol operations of one of the Peace Forces units in the Yekirnovo Garrison, and they began preparations in earnest. Receiving and arranging the equipment that the headquarters delivered for the operation, was an important task. Complicated inspection of the entire team and weaponry is the final task before advancing to a potential battlefield.
The heavy howitzer orders of the 002 Relief Company left most of the Arevelk warriors dumbfounded. The length of the barrel that exceeded the height of the fortress wall, about 20 meters, made the soldiers imagine the impact produced if the weapon exploded.
The task of checking team preparation and equipment is done by the commander of each unit. Nio could not work freely, the girls watched him very closely since their arrival here once knowing he had returned.
Hassan took over the task willingly, standing in front of a large transport helicopter to oversee the loading of supplies, and looking with the envious gaze of his commander that many beautiful girls noticed.
“Oh, since our commander fights like crazy, please add some extra rifles and ammunition, and don't forget the sharp weapons as well.” Hassan said.
“Hmmm, did Lieutenant Nio often damage his rifle?” answer one of the personnel of the Indonesian contingent of the 002 Aid Company.
“No, just in case. He fought more often with swords and knives. “
The soldier responded fervently to Hassan's reply, and regretted Nio's actions that could not properly utilize the technology. Fighting with all of your abilities and weapons is the key to survival.
On the other hand, the girls who made the female members of the 12th Team envious stared sadly at Nio.
Edera looked sadly at Nio, and said, “Please promise, Mr. Nio. Even if you're lying, tell me if you have to stay alive until the end of all the war is over,”
“Sorry, but I don't think any war covers all wars.”
“I swear on the God of War, Mr. Nio. The end of the Great War Period was the last war in both worlds,” Hevaz continued.
“Because you have become a Sky Warrior, you can give me any order, Mr. Nio,” Sigiz said.
“Well, you are the queen, I cannot ask you to do anything without a clear agreement,” replied Nio.
“I received an order to serve you from now on, Nio.”
“We are confident, you can give us an order that results in a win.”
The two words from Lux and Zariv made Nio somewhat confused, and felt a slight sense of uneasiness. He scratched his unwashed hair for a week in response if he was confused.
“No matter what your orders are, we, the Silent Killers will be your loyal soldiers, Mr. Nio,” Huvu's words sound very convincing, even if they are facts.
30 Silent Assassins, including Edera, Ebal, and Huvu lowered their heads, with palms in front of their chests, and some chose to kneel.
Nio actually wanted so badly to prevent them from saying all the things that made him like a king right now.
However, to the girls, they had no other way as an apology for the injuries Nio was suffering now. The biggest guilt Zariv and Sigiz have, as they are not vigilant and only focus on their respective opponents, thus causing Nio to be injured as a result of Wyvern failing to get killed.
Surely, the vows of loyalty they said were not limited to the desire to fight together. There are many things they want to say, but the opportunity is not on their side. Let it be, for there will come a better and more appropriate time to say it, according to them.
Nio sighed, and walked into the large transport helicopter cabin with all his subordinates and girls following. He pondered, and could not face the statements of the girls with the answers he had now that were not enough.
The final inspection was completed, and the aviators of the large transport helicopters, as well as three attack helicopters, turned on the engines of their respective vehicles. As soon as the entire helicopter took off, the entire 12th Team and 002 Aid Company soldiers headed for a new territory to help a friend there.
No matter how long they served in this world, the soldiers had a damn loyalty to their respective lands.

“It's a joke, right?”
“But, this is really Nio's number..”
Lisa's expression became dumbfounded when she saw the message Arunika received from the same phone number as Nio's. The bad content of the message made the two girls suspicious, even though they knew that Nio had entered the age of being able to do sexual activities.
“Lisa, please help me. It seems Nio has gone home, but the message he sent was very suspicious. It contains absolutely no element of surprise. He couldn't possibly send a message like this.”
Lisa's eyes stared with an expression of sympathy towards the restless Arunika.
“What should I do? Accompanying you to the hotel jasmine as Nio wrote in the message?”
Lisa's answer sounded very outspoken, like trying to lure Arunika to do something.
“I know he keeps a lot of movies and pictures por*no. But, he couldn't possibly have asked me to do that so soon!”
Lisa sighed, saying in her heart, “Did she consider all hotels jasmine lair asu*sila?”
“And you asked for my help as if I had experience in that field?” said Lisa.
“Anu..” Arunika instantly fell silent.
“Do not assume Nio invites you to the jasmine hotel to do the activities of essays.”
Lisa said with an annoyed face. Arunika swallowed with surprise.
Arunika wants to do a lot with Nio if the man returns from his duties, but the words of his grandfather break down his confidence.
Nio has not sent Arunika a letter if she will return, but the message she received is a sign that Nio has returned home. And, since Nio was an adult, Arunika felt that it was only natural for Nio to send him such a short message, even if he was forced to believe it. It was better to keep thinking Nio was dating a lot of girls in the country where he was serving.
“You will hate Nio if he will do ‘itu’ with you before the time comes?” lisa's shrill voice echoed in Arunika's almost empty mind.
After that, Arunika's face slowly turned red, imagining what activities she would do and her lover in the jasmine hotel. Unfortunately, all the activities that Arunika imagined led to the adult scene, and were too dangerous to write about.
“I just need to see him right? I will leave everything to Nio, for proof if I really love him.”
Lisa's breath was stuck in her throat, and her chest felt tight as a result of Arunika's words. She wants to say “Not”, but because she wants healthy competition, Lisa is forced to let go of Arunika to do what she wants.
They both threw away empty plastic cups that previously contained milk drinks with the addition of sweet chewy balls.
(olog note: the author forgot the name of the food made from tapioca flour and brown sugar)
Lisa decides to accompany Arunika to the written meeting place.
But when they were just a few steps away to their destination, a car stopped.
“Beauty, are you named Arunika?” the front passenger door opened, and showed the driver asking with a smiling face.
The man's face was clean, without any scars, and appeared to be groomed regularly so that it was brighter than ordinary field soldiers. He was wearing TNI AD field service clothes, ranked Major, and was smiling sweetly towards Arunika.
Arunika noticed the man who looked slightly older than Nio, and felt like he had seen his face. He had seen a number of photos of the man his grandfather wanted to pair with him, and all of them were wealthy men. Honestly speaking, the present Nio was no more perfect than the men that his grandfather had introduced to him, judging from his physique.
The outrageous thing called ‘dolling’ turns out to be still a tradition that seems to have to continue to be enforced, without interference from any party that has the potential to get in the way.
“Iya,” reply Arunika briefly.
“Message from me you read, right?” ask the man again.
“So, you who made Arunika restless are just the arena of ambiguous messages?!” Lisa interjected, and spoke with a high tone as well as a scary face.
The man simply listened to Lisa's words with a smile, and opened his mouth to say:
“Is my phone number the same as someone else's?”
“Truly, this guy's bummer exceeds Nio! Didn't say sorry I didn't know myself when I sent SMS, or what cake!” Lisa said in an irritated heart.
“Ya,” Arunika replied briefly, because already know what will happen next.
“If so, would you like to leave now?”
“Emoh! (don't want to!)”
Arunika replied with a face of disdain towards the man. However, the officer got out of his car, and walked towards Arunika, standing in front of her at a very close distance, then said, “What are you saying? Your grandfather has allowed me to force you to refuse my invitation.”
The officer's threatening face did indeed make Arunika tremble, but she had to be sure if it was just a bluff, like the annoying empty voice of a fool who likes to force his will.
“You know, the soldier dying in another world is First Lieutenant Nio. Maybe he'll be dead soon. Soon, she'll be your ex-boyfriend.”
Without a second thought, Arunika's palm darted onto the officer's cheek in a speed that the man couldn't have anticipated. A red palm scar was created, making Lisa tremble and the man fell silent.
Arunika's eyes showed an expression of disdain again, it was out of annoyance towards the man in front of her over the groundless words that she naturally would not believe so easily.
“You have no shame and effort to get something. You're just a coward who took this opportunity,” said Arunika.
“Heh, who is Nio?! He's just a subordinate soldier getting orders from a superior officer like me.”
“Your face and your words are disgusting, go from here,” Arunika's short and flat order makes the man even more annoyed, and clasping and then pulling the girl's hand roughly.
“Yeah, however, I'll get you from him.”

Without needing to be explained, the reader should already understand the direction of the word 'them'.
