Kyrie stared at the apparition before her with a look of disbelief. In front of the dark red-colored tent with the flag of the Helianthus Empire, a girl with a wide smile on her face waved to him. The girl's dazzling silver hair was flying behind her.

“What are you doing here?” kyrie asked as soon as she was near the girl.

“I just want to take a walk.” The girl replied with a smile on her face. The smile seemed to be hiding something.

“You picked a bad place to walk, Lady Suiren.” While Kyrie, he gave a confused look to a figure who was none other than his fiancee.

He had just arrived at the Helianthus Empire gold mine located on the eastern border of the empire. There were already many tents set up both on the side of the imperial territory and the Ginryuu Kingdom. Most present were military forces from each region. But Kyrie did not expect her fiance to be here at all.

“Your bad definition and my bad is different, Duke Wisteria.” Suiren chuckling. “I can see many handsome Knights from here. I don't even mind if I have to die tomorrow after seeing this sight.”

Suiren squinted his eyes at the gathering place of the Helianthus Empire and made a circle with his fingers in front of his eyes. It was as if he had binoculars.

The Imperial Knights were resting from their respective posts. He could see some Knights were relaxing but some were practicing swords with each other.

This was something he realized after he had acquired the memories of his past life, that the people of this world were very interesting. There is rarely someone who does not look captive. But of course the main character in this world has a face that is too beautiful.

“You joke about death very easily, even though you yourself almost died at that time.” Kyrie.

“Which doesn't kill you will make you stronger.” Suiren spoke without looking at Kyrie.

“Actually I feel afraid if my father is not next to me.” Finally Suiren said. “So I followed him here.”

Kyrie stopped her steps. Then he turned his body. “You're afraid someone's coming to kill you again?”

Suiren nodded. “After some thought, perhaps the reason why I got onto the Crown Princess's list of candidates was because Empress Eleanor wanted to kill me more easily. That means he hasn't given up until I'm really dead.”

“When we first met at my residence. Looks like you also said something about the intent behind my inclusion in the Crown Princess candidate list.” Suiren walked over to Kyrie. A fresh wind blew in his direction, flying his silver strands of hair around his face. As Suiren approached, Kyrie retreated and put some distance between them. Seeing Kyrie's sweet reaction, Suiren couldn't help but tease her. He kept on moving closer to Kyrie.

“Do you know the reason behind Empress Eleanor's actions, Duke Wisteria?” ask Suiren. His golden eyes collided with Kyrie's purple eyes.

Kyrie did not respond. He just looked at Suiren with a flat look.

Suiren grunting. “Because it seems like no one wants to tell the reason, then I will find out for myself.”

“I hope you won't get in my way, Duke Wisteria.” Suiren said as he twisted his body and walked towards his tent.
