He then bowed his head saluting the Prince. After that he waved his hand which the prince also replied to.

“Do you know her, Suiren?” ask the General curiously.

Suiren nodded. “I met him in the mine. He is on an infiltration mission to become one of the victims of a human trafficking syndicate.”

Suddenly Suiren remembered his gamble with Kaen.

“Dad, I have to see Prince Kaen. There's something I have to tell him.” Suiren said and then ran towards Prince Kaen.

Suiren ran over with her body still soaked.

“Prince Kaen!” call Suiren.

Kaen turned her head and looked at Suiren with an annoyed face. “I guess we're close friends, Suiren.”

“Ah, sorry. But I thought it would be strange if people heard me calling you without a title. They'll think I'm being disrespectful.” Reply Suiren

“I've allowed you to call me without a title, other people's opinions don't matter.”

Suiren just laughed. “It looks like everything went smoothly.”

Kaen nodded. “Kazuma is taking care of a human trafficking syndicate and rounding up its leader.”

“Then, we can conclude that my plan is a good plan, right?”

“Then you owe me one request, Kaen. But you don't have to worry, I won't ask for it now.”

After that Suiren turned her body back to where the Themisree Generals and Kyrie were talking to each other.

“D-Duke Wisteria! What do you think you're doing?!” Screeched Suiren with a red and hot face.

“I'm supposed to ask you, Suiren.” Kyrie's eyes glanced at Suiren's hands.

Suiren quickly let go of Kaen's hand.

“Ka-you must have met before. Duke Wisteria's Prince Kaen, and prince Kaen's Duke Wisteria.” Suiren introduced each other to these two men in front of him.

They looked at each other without saying anything.

“Ja-so, I told Prince Kaen that you might kill him because I thought you would think of Prince Kaen as part of a human trafficking syndicate.” Suiren had just found a suitable reason to resolve the misunderstanding he had created.

Although it is still a mystery why Kyrie did not want to kill Prince Kaen, but in the plot of the novel actually Kyrie came to the gold mine to kill Prince Kaen at the request of Empress Eleanor.
