Had it not been Suiren who discovered the Naoists were picking up books from the worn-out shelves in the bookstore where he first met Tia, he would have probably considered the Naoists a stalker. He did not expect that he would meet this man so often.
"Sir Naoist!" call Suiren. "Looks like we've been seeing each other a lot lately."
Naois looked surprised by Suiren's greeting then revealed a cheerful smile on his lips. "I think we're fooled."
"If Lasy Narcissus hears you say that, I think he'll cancel his wedding." Suiren tried to dismiss the Naoist speech earlier.
Naoist just laughed a little. "Did Duke Wisteria like the recommendation I gave back then?"
"Very and true to what you said back then, Duke Wisteria didn't really like his apple pie. So, I want to thank you for your advice." replied Suiren.
The Naoist nodded his head, he then scanned the bookshelf before him again and went through book after book with his fingers.
Suiren walked past the Naoists and towards the bookshelf containing the fiction books. He traced the titles one by one and occasionally took the books off his shelf to see if the covers were attractive enough for Suiren to buy.
He then based his choice on a book wrapped in velvet and took it to the cashier to make payment.
"It's forty-five crests in total" the shopkeeper said.
Suiren reached into a piece of gold from his small wallet and paid a sum of money according to the price of the book.
Next to him, the Naoists put down a book covered in chocolate. It's not a fiction book.
Suiren could not help but look at the bruises and crescent-shaped claws that circled his wrists. His eyes widened looking at the bruised marks.
"Sir Naois... was the bruise caused by my bodyguard a few days ago?" asked Suiren with a guilty face.
The Naoist quickly covered the bruised marks by pulling on the arm part of his shirt to cover his wrist. "It's nothing, Lady Themisree." she smiled awkwardly at Suiren.
The Naoists did not deny Suiren's words, it meant that what he had in mind was true.
"Please, allow me to at least give you an apology!" Suiren looked at the golden eyes of the Naoists with hope.
Naois scratched his head while laughing awkwardly. "Really, I'm fine, Lady Themisree."
"How about we meet downtown tomorrow? I want to do something to make you feel better."
The Naoist waved his hands before Suiren, hinting that Suiren did not need to go that far. "Ti-no, I'm really fine, Lady Themisree."
"I'll be waiting for you at the cafe where we met a second time. Hope you'll meet me and accept my apology that day." Suiren then picked up the book he had paid for and bowed his body to pay his respects. After that he walked past the Naoists to exit the bookstore.
He could not invite the Naoists to a meal today because he had an appointment with Madame Rosalind for a body measurement related issue for the dress she was about to wear to the wedding of Marquess Narcissus' daughter. So he had to return to the Wisteria residence at lightning speed.
He really hoped that the Naoists would appear tomorrow, so that he would not have to feel indebted to him anymore.

Somehow, the figure of Madame Rosalind could exactly match what Suiren had imagined in her head.
His body was tall and slender, his lips full of blood and a mole under his right eye. His dark blue eyeball seemed to swallow Suiren as he looked at her, and his black hair that had a tinge of ash on its roots added to his elegant appearance. It really looks like a top designer.
His style of walking signified high self-confidence, as if the floor he was on was grateful to have been stepped on by him.
"The betrothed of Duke Wisteria looks like a very sweet little bunny!" He was strangled when he saw Suiren. He scanned Suiren's body from top to bottom with his dark blue eyes.
"It's nice to meet you, Madame Rosalind." Suiren.
Madame Rosalind wears her perfect heart-shaped smile. He then snapped his fingers at the two assistants who followed him from behind.
"Immelda! You measure the upper body." He told a short-haired girl. "Silvanna! You're measuring the upper body!"
The two men hurriedly shrouded Suiren and began to measure the suiren body with a measuring tape.
Madame Rosalind walked up to Suiren and looked at both of Suiren's eyes for a long time. "A very pretty eyeball and very beautiful hair! You will look beautiful in a gold dress!"
Suiren just smiled.
"It's over, Madame." Both of Madame Rosalind's assistants gave the madame a note of body size.
"Well, I'll make you a silver dress, according to your hair. You won't steal the show's owner's stage, but the dress will be enough to make everyone turn their heads at least twice."
"I'll leave it all to you, Madame Rosalind." Suiren then bowed himself and paid his respects to the madame
After that Madame Rosalind left the Wisteria residence. He is so busy that every second is a precious moment for him.
After Madame Rosalind and her assistants left, Suiren sighed and sat by her bedside. "Haaa, that was the fastest fifteen minutes of my life."
Geck. Geck. Geck. Ten minutes after Madame Rosalind left Suiren's bedroom, someone knocked on her bedroom door.
"Lake in."
Kyrie entered the room. He is still fully dressed.
"Is your job done today?" Ask Suiren.
Kyrie nodded. "I want to see you for a minute."
Suiren laughing. "Later we'll have dinner together."
"I know, I just want to see you."
Hearing that, Suiren's cheeks felt hot. He did not need to go in front of the glass to see his face, but he was sure that one hundred percent of his face was currently blushing red.
As Kyrie walked closer, Suiren could see that Kyrie's left cheek looked redder than her right cheek. If both of her cheeks were red, maybe Suiren would think that Kyrie was blushing. But that doesn't seem to be the problem.
"What happened to your cheek?" Ask Suiren.
Kyrie touched the red part of her cheek with her fingers. "I fell asleep in my study and my cheeks were too long on the table."
Kyrie sat down beside Suiren, and Suiren then walked down Kyrie's cheek with her cold hands.
"It's a little bruising..."
"..."
"Kyrie... Did your mother do this?" Ask Suiren. His face looks worried.
"It's nothing." Kyrie said with a smile on her face.
Suiren scrunched his forehead. "You should start learning to show your true facial expression, Kyrie. You can't keep your pain hidden with a smile."
Kyrie looked at Suiren long ago. Slowly, tears came out of his left eye.
Suiren forgot an important fact in the novel, the fact that he hated the ending so much. That was because Kyrie was described as a person with a very bad past but even with everything she had been through, she did not get her happy ending. It makes the novel feel unfair.
Kyrie, with all her obsessive nature towards Serena, just doesn't want anyone else to snatch what she has. He just doesn't want to be left alone in the dark.
When she and Serena first met, Kyrie seemed to find spring in the middle of her life that was like winter. That's why she loved Serena so much with all the warmth she had.
Now, the figure sat in front of Suiren and looked at him like a person who longed for warmth. He came into Suiren's bedroom, like a little boy seeking asylum when he was having a bad day.
Suiren stuck out her hand and wrapped around Kyrie's shoulder, she pulled Kyrie over and hugged her in her arms. He could not offer the same warmth as Serena, but he could offer a little comfort. And he's trying to do that now.
Serena said nothing. But he stroked Kyrie's head and let Kyrie's tears fall on his shoulders.
Serena recalled the night Kyrie told her how she had turned back the clock. At that time, Serena did not know the reason why Kyrie did not turn back the clock until before her father died. Now, Suiren knew the answer to that question.
Kyrie chose not to do that because she would not be strong if everyone around her behaved as if all the bad behavior she received had never happened. He was unable to live in darkness and pain more than he had experienced.
He chose the path he took now because he did not want to be the only one who remembered the cold and cruel attitude he had received after his father's death.
