CHAPTER 33. The Destruction Already In Front of Eyes.
Akash and Rai were sitting opposite each other in the living room. They sat on an ambal with sharp eyes on each other. Only Rai seemed relaxed to face Akash while a gripping atmosphere enveloped the entire room.
Esta sat at the study table looking at the two in turn. He could feel the atmosphere between the two men that was like a flash of lightning.
Apparently Akash saw Rai and Esta from the minimarket. Akash's house is not far from the minimarket and he plans to buy something. At that time Akash saw Rai and Esta who had just come out of the minimarket.
Akash intends to greet Rai if only he does not immediately see Esta behind the man.
Akash kept watching until Esta got on the Rai bike and they just left. He wondered why they parked the motorbike in front of an obstetric clinic.
He felt suspicious and without thinking long, Akash immediately followed Rai from behind. Akash had lost Rai shortly after he reached the hamlet. But he again found Rai when the man went down to pick up a helmet in the motorcycle parking lot.
Esta tried to dismiss her worries by biting her fingernails. He did not know how to explain the situation to Akash. Moreover, he knows for himself the feelings of Akash.
A lump of fear suddenly infiltrated Esta's heart. He seemed to be able to see his destruction that was in sight. The destruction was preparing to welcome him.
“Who wants to clear?” Akash asked in a cold tone of voice. He did not release his gaze from Rai the slightest item. The man did not even seem to blink. How hideous.
“Kash, i..” Esta tried to explain a little of the situation. He can lie by saying that he was asking Rai to teach him as suggested by Mr. Jamil. But he had not had time to finish his sentence, Rai immediately disconnected it.
“We're married.” Answer Rai steady.
Esta immediately turned to Rai. He did not expect that Rai would be so honest with Akash. He stared at the protest to Rai who had looked at him.
Rai's recognition makes Esta's position even more difficult. He knew there was a big disappointment from Akash's face. The man was shocked half dead. Just a week ago Akash expressed his feelings for her and she had to tell this harsh reality to the man, what a pity. Esta could not bear Akash's trembling gaze staring at her.
“Totally?” This time Akash demanded an answer from Esta. His net still trembled looking at the girl he liked. He would not immediately believe Rai's words that sounded like he was joking.
Esta could only answer him by bowing her head deeply. He really did not have to hurt Akash's feelings. Esta is not crying. Her tears can't come out that easily. He just could not look at the net Akash who looked very disappointed nor did he believe him.
Esta's knees are shaking violently. Especially when Akash stood up and walked towards him. The man was silent for a long time before Esta who still kept her head down.
“See me, Ta.” Lirih Akash's. His voice became more and more silent. He held onto Esta's two shoulders and forced the girl to look at him.
Esta ventured to raise her face and looked straight at the Akashian netra. Ah, it felt like he was not strong to linger staring at the man. It was obviously a disappointment there.
“I'm really sorry, Kash. I'm really sorry.” It was the only sentence that was able to come out of Esta's mouth. He doesn't know how to explain the situation. It really isn't that bad.
Hearing Esta's reply floating like that, made Akash instantly collapse on the floor. He crouched down with his hands still holding the back of the chair.
“Akash!” Pekik Esta who stood up immediately.
Rai did nothing. He just stood on the wall. He let Akash get busy with his sadness and surprise. He found out about his friend's feelings when Akash publicly confessed his feelings to Esta a week ago. And he didn't care about it because he didn't have any special feelings for Esta either. Their relationship was limited to the baby in Esta's stomach.
The thing he did not expect was only the current existence of Akash which made things even more complicated. He was thinking of a way to persuade Akash to shut up and be on his side and Esta. He doesn't want this to be messed up because of Akash.
Akash squatted for a long time next to the chair Esta was sitting on. He rubbed his face violently and stood up. This time he stared straight and forced Esta to look at him as well. He gripped both of Esta's arms until the girl grimaced in pain.
“Why did you marry Rai, Ta? Berselasin!” Scream Akash with a stifled voice. He still did not want to cause a commotion in the middle of the night like this. Perhaps because he held back the turbulent emotions, making Akash's grip stronger on Esta's arm.
“You are nothing!” Hardik Rai who immediately pulled Akash's body and threw out the man's hand.
Akash immediately looked at Rai angrily. That gaze was a look of hatred that had never been addressed to a Rai. A friend he trusted.
Rai and Akash's relationship can indeed be said to be very close. Not only the two of them, but rather there were the Trio and Danu as well. It's just that Danu is different from their school. That was why Akash felt so disappointed and angry at Rai at this moment. He wanted to hear the reason but it was as if he also wanted to cover his ears now. He didn't want to hear any explanation that would make him sick.
“Mending now you're back, Kash. Tomorrow I'll clear everything. Not good storm malem-malem. People will come on. Just I beg you very much, before I explain as clearly, please you shut up first and do not tell me anywhere. please.” Please Rai.
Hearing Rai's words made Akash turn back to Esta. Esta's gaze which also seemed to be very pleading with him made her not to the heart.
“You better have a good reason for this.” Threaten Akash with a voice that keeps vibrating. Esta's heart was heavy to hear it.
Especially when the man turned around and came out of their house, as if something very sharp was piercing Esta's heart.
Akash was the first man to never look at his physicality. Akash was the first man to treat her well. Even before Rai was nice to him. Akash is the first man willing to be sincerely friends with him, looking at him and assuming he exists. And now he had to explain the situation to the man. The situation will definitely be very painful for Akash.
