Rai Universe
CHAPTER 69. Cannot Forget, Let alone Forgive.

“How are you Mama?” Ask Fandi kindly to Salamah.

“Alhamdulillah good.” Salamah answered trying to smile even though awkward.

The mood turned awkward. In that house, absolutely no one expected Fandi's presence. Especially when Rai is there. Everyone knew that the end of the meeting was a fight. So-so. Because when Fandi met Rai, they never got along. They will fight over anything.

“Why Mas Fandi here?” Pras asked in a dislike tone.

“Nothing. Just want to play. I haven't been here in a long time.” Answer Fandi casually. He even crossed his legs when sitting.

Actually, Fandi's relationship is not too good with his late wife's family. That relationship still goes on today only because there is Rai between them.

Rai glanced sharply at Fandi. He slightly blamed Fandi for what happened to Esta. Because since Fandi came and spoke a no-no, made Esta more depressed and eventually they lost their baby.

“Papa hear your wife miscarried? How are you?” Fandi started to talk. His words sounded easy.

Rai did not answer. He is lazy to respond. As soon as he opened his mouth, they would definitely fight. He didn't want to start a fight while Esta was there. He was not ashamed of his family, but he was ashamed of Esta.

“hmmpph. Papa came just to say congratulations. Papa's on the phone with the principal. Said you got the national highest score.”

Rai was silent. He even just stumbled. He already knows that.

Fandi pulled something out of his tote bag. An envelope of brown. He gave it to Rai who even seemed lazy to accept it. Rai kept opening it.

“it is a graduation acceptance letter at Purdue University.” Fandi.

Rai was in disbelief. Not because he graduated at the prestigious university, but because Fandi has registered it without permission from him.

“why did you sign me up here?”

“do you always want to go to college there? You used to be crazy about flight.”

“why don't you ask my opinion first? Why directly register me without telling me first?” Rai was deeply offended by his father's actions.

“kok are you angry? Not that seneng has taken care of everything?”

“ya but papa can tell me first. Not playing register just like gini.” Rai Protest.

“udah, anyway you have graduated thanks to papa's efforts. You just go there and focus on your studies. Papa also has bought a house that is not far from campus for your residence later.”

Fandi really did not understand the objections presented by Rai. He only felt proud because he had succeeded in including Rai on the campus. He did not feel guilty for not asking Rai's opinion first.

“papa always like this. Always do whatever you want without asking my opinion first. Papa actually thinks I'm what the hell? Do you think I'm a kid?”

“just because papa thinks you are a child, papa ngelakuin everything for you. So that your future is assured. So that your ideals may be realized. But you've never understood papa. If papa does not love you, papa biarin you do everything as you please until you are destroyed.”

“hallahhhh. Why the hell is that kid still? Your future is more important, Rai. Don't be stupid just because of women. There is nothing else you have to worry about. Your son is no.”

“pa!!” Rai has completely lost his patience. He stood up and immediately glared at Fandi who was sitting in front of him.

Fandi's remarks made Rai more pias. Already he regretted not being able to protect his son, now even Fandi brought up his pride.

“alah. There are sick people. Don't fight here.  Not good at being in people.” Pras sighed in hearing the dispute. He did not defend Rai. But he also did not justify Fandi's actions at will.

“you don't have to interfere, Pras. It's my problem with my son. Because you always belain him so he became bengal like this attitude.” Fandi even vented his frustration to Pras.

Just contact Pras directly melolot not accept. His intention wants to meleRai even he who got sprayed as well.

“kok mas Fandi so fuck me anyway? Mas who always do as you please.”

“diem you.”

“maybe papa just realized when I actually took off the name prianggoro and cut off all my relationships with papa.” Rai's words contained a threat. His anger can no longer be controlled. It was all implied from his face that had turned red with anger.

“if you want to protect people who mean to you, you must be able to be greater than papa. But remember, you will not be able to achieve anything if you leave the name prianggoro.” Reply Fandi. He looked back at Rai. Then he stood up and walked out as if without a burden.

While the people who were still in the living room were all bowing their heads. Only Rai stared at the father's departure with mounting anger.

No matter how hard he tried, why couldn't he forgive his father? Why isn't there one thing that keeps them on the same side? All turned to each other. Contradictory. There was never a match between father and son.

They used to be very close. Rai loved his father very much. Before the death of the mother took away all her happiness. And it was all the result of his father who until now could not be forgotten. Especially forgiveness.

“I'll break up with him.” Lirih Rai growled.

“Tai. Don't be rash. You know how stubborn your papa is.” Salamah Timpal.

“but grandma saw that? Can she still be considered a parent if her model is like that? Isn't it enough he told Esta to decimate the contents? Now he must be very happy with my situation like this. That's why he immediately registered me as he pleased aja.”

“what do you mean he decanted the content of Esta?” Salamah was surprised.

Rai just realized that all this time he closed the matter tightly from his grandmother and omnya. And in the end he said it too.

“He actually told Esta to decimate the content?” Ask Citra who just returned from putting afni to sleep. He was surprised to hear how much Fandi did.

“Basic biad@b. What kind of parents are they? It was his own grandson, you know.” Pras is furious. He understood that Rai wanted to cut ties with Fandi. Now he understood the reason and so supported him.

“Do not do that. Anywhere is your real papa, Rai. His blood is flowing in your body. You have the same blood. Don't break that rope. Grandmother does not want you to sin because it breaks the relationship with your own father. Grandma doesn't want you to do anything. Let's think of a way out with a cool head.” The wisdom of Salamah made his son, son-in-law and grandson speechless.
