CHAPTER 44. Trying Desperately to Fight Debaran.
Esta was still busy fighting with her hair. Not to mention the cold air burst into every cavity of clothing he wore. Makes his body shiver unglued. He immediately turned his head when Rai came and put a tray containing two cup noodle cups and two pieces of grilled corn that mashed sauce.
“Eat first let it not cool.” Rai.
“Wah, delicious..” Seloroh Esta when she saw the puff of smoke coming out of the noodle cup. He rubbed his hands together enthusiastically while waiting for Rai to open the spoon pack for him.
“Pelan-pelan. Heat.” Rai warned Esta who was about to devour the noodles. Even though it was seen from the smoke it was still very hot.
Esta's busy. Between blowing her food and getting rid of her wind-scrubbed hair. Just seeing it made Rai impatient and anxious himself.
Rai put his noodle cup back next to him, then went back to leave Esta who was confused because Rai left without saying anything. Esta could only stare at Rai's distant back with a puzzled look.
A few moments later, Rai had returned and immediately sat down again in his original place.
“Ahead there.” Rai's orders when he saw Esta's hand that had been smashed with sauce due to eating grilled corn.
Although confused, Esta still obeyed the order. But he was immediately stunned when he suddenly felt Rai's hand touching his neck. The man was carefully tying his hair.
And again, Esta could not control her trembling heart. Rai's touch made sparks all over his body until his body was bristling.
Esta was about to get away from Rai but the man went to stand in her way.
“Ssshhpp! Uda, diem.” Hardik Rai with Esta's hair.
When he did not feel Rai's hand in his hair, Esta immediately turned back to her original position. He turned to Rai who was already busy with his cup of noodles.
“Where to get a hair tie?” Esta asked curiously. Though in his heart he was fighting desperately against the debaran.
“Di shop. Buy lottery dapet hairdresser.” Answer Rai.
What Esta doesn't know is that Rai is looking for a hair tie but no one is selling it. Then he saw a row of lotteries and he saw one of the prizes in the form of a small hair tie. And he asked the seller to let him buy the hairband even if he had to buy the whole lot.
“Not cold?” Ask Rai later. He glanced at Esta's goosebumps of arms.
“So that..” Reason Esta. But he almost froze.
But Rai does not believe just like that with Esta's refutation. He was sure that the girl was cold by looking at her arm.
Not able to bear to see Esta who had shivered many times, Rai finally opened her jacket and directly attached it to Esta's back.
“Use the real.” Command again.
“I'm not cold kok.”
“Udah, don't fuss. Wear his real jacket.”
“But you also only wear short shirts so, you know.”
“I'm not cold. I'm used to here.” Rai reasoned.
“Iya? Yehudah, thanks.”

Rai did not continue his sentence. He didn't want to tell Esta about her father's ugliness. He did not tell his father just because he was afraid that his father would hurt his baby and also Esta. In view of his father's harsh nature, he could do more than that. He did this to protect his son.
