Way Back To You

Way Back To You
Help Me Find It

“Thank you very much, Sir.”

Hanna was standing in front of her house that she bought a year ago. He and John had agreed to make this their future home after marriage. But the betrayal of the man made Hanna undo the intention of sharing assets with him. It's the result of his efforts, he's not willing to share with such a jerk guy.

“Do not forget to take your medicine if the pain can no longer be endured. Remember what the doctor said earlier, the cast should not get wet.”

There are thousands of questions that pop into Hanna's head when she witnesses Bobby's unusual attitude. He's just a regular employee, just a Chief Financial Officer. Why did Bobby suddenly show a different attitude to her?

This day, after coming home from the hospital, Bobby also took her to lunch. Afterwards they circled the mall, offering Hanna some luxury items - as if she were the brand's saleswoman, but of course Hanna refused. After getting tired of circling the mall, he again took Hanna to dinner before driving her home. Hanna has said it's not necessary, but the CEO seems to be ignoring what he's saying.

“You can really be alone? Don't need someone to help you with your activities?”

What does this have to do with my personal life? “Can Sir. I..”

The two were silent at the same time as Lona appeared carrying some packages. Thank goodness, Hanna sizzle. He had indeed sent a message to Lona so that his best friend would immediately slide into his house. The atmosphere brought about by Bobby's sudden closeness was very awkward. Hanna used to know Bobby in his typical CEO style, cold, cute, but it was quite a blessing - but could not match Liam's charisma. But still Hanna can not get along freely with Bobby.

“I'll take care of him, thanks for dropping off Hanna. My name is Lona.”

Lona put her hand out. Cih, Hanna's lips. Again Lona still took the time to find her soft prey in the midst of an awkward air like this.

“I leave him to you., please take care of him.”

Bobby leaves both of them without accepting Lona's handwriting. The girl almost screamed while throwing her luggage, in case Hanna did not hold her back. Hence, don't always take a chance in narrowness, murmur Hanna again.

“So, who is that rude man?” Lona put all her luggage on the table.

All of that was Hanna's order. As if she was her courier, Hanna could leave her groceries for a month to her.

“He's my boss, owner of the company I work for.”

Hanna sat on the wooden chair, then placed her hands carefully. The pain was still felt and Hanna could only endure it. After he thought about it, taking painkillers did not help him so much. After all he could still feel the pain down to his bones and the medicine was as if it did not react to him.

“Where are your hands? Why did that crazy guy come to you at the office? Does he have no ethics at all?”

If he had ethics, of course he wouldn't cheat on him. So it can be concluded if Jhon does not have ethics at all.

“My hands are fine. Mr. Bobby took care of them and even fired Carissa.”

“Very good.” The girl must be taught a lesson because she is as depraved as Jhon.

“Pak Bobby?” Lona raised her eyebrows.

“The man you met earlier, who rejected you.”

“No need to mention also the word ‘reject you’ it.” leash Lona.

Hanna just laughed. She leaned back on her body as Lona said she was going to take a bath. Angan Hanna returns to the memories of where she and Liam spent the night together. Deep in her heart, Hanna misses Liam very much. He was eager to see her once more, inhaling the masculine fragrance from her burly body that would evoke sensual stimulation from her. He wanted to hold Liam, hold him until it felt like his breath was starting to get blocked. But where can he find Liam?

The photo she took secretly was the only way Hanna comforted herself as she missed Liam. It had been a week since the incident, Hanna still continued to crave Liam. Ridiculous and stupid, yet Hanna was completely sedated by all the things about Liam.

Liam, are you thinking about me too? Do you miss me too? Why don't you try to find me? Or do you feel like what we're doing is just a game?

*

Liam drives his SUV through the jammed city streets in the midst of the torrential rain. His mood was bad as Noah continued to lecture him as he had lost focus lately. Liam understood why Noah asked him so many questions and also the typical lecture of most managers. Last week she was doing a photo shoot with the theme Summer to show off one of the summer clothing collections. The director had already ordered that he bend his arms slightly to show his masculine side so that the clothes he was wearing looked more expensive. But Liam did not continue to put his arm behind his body, until the director asked for a break. As small as that, but immediately made the mood of all the teams who were doing the shooting damaged instantly.

Not to mention the day after yesterday, when he was filming one of the electrolyte drink products. The director asked him not to wipe the sweat that fell on his face to make it look more sporty and natural according to the theme of the drink, but Liam continued to wipe it until they also had to take many times.

Liam sighed. He played the playlist from his phone and connected it to his pride SUV. She chose the ballad songs that were relaxing and made her relax a little. The sound of the horn was earthy as the green light flashed, as if everyone on this street was in a hurry and could not wait.

While occasionally humming following the lyrics of the attached song, he stared at the streets outside occasionally. In the afternoon like this there are a lot of pedestrians crowded the sidewalk, most of them may just come home from their respective offices.

Suddenly his eyes caught a female figure that was very similar to Hanna's posture, walking using a soft yellow umbrella. Liam pulled his car over, but after seeing a sign that he could not park there, Liam pressed the gas to be in a free parking space. He doesn't want to add any more trouble for Noah as he parks recklessly and imagining his SUV car will be towed making him grumpy.

Liam ran, through the rain looking for a female figure using a yellow umbrella. But of the few women holding umbrellas of the same color, none of them were the ones Liam was looking for. Desperate and because his body was wet, Liam returned to his car. He opened the mask that covered his face and tried to take his breath in. This damn mask keeps his breath blocked, but it also saves him from being recognized by people.

“Hanna, where are you really? Can't we meet again?”

**

Hanna sat in the cafe close to the curb, holding hands watching the people passing by in the rain. Hanna likes rain very much, and of all seasons, maybe she prefers rainy season –as long as it does not bring disaster of course. According to him, raindrops are very aesthetic and can make his soul calm just by hearing the sound of the drops.

“You waited a long time?”

Lona arrived with black glasses hanging on her face. She folded her umbrella and leaned it close to Hanna's soft yellow umbrella.

“You just shopped?”

Lona glanced at some of the paper bags located near Hanna's feet. Hanna just nodded in affirmation. After coming out of the hospital to open the cast in his hand, he did not want to rush home. If he had no activities at home, his brain would just open the memory record of Liam, everything about the man and Hanna could not help it. So Hanna decided to drive around the mall, looking for items she might need.

“It looks like you won't be stingy anymore on yourself.”

Hanna's not stingy. It was just that he had thought that he and Jhon would definitely get married, so he saved his finances and tried to suppress his expenses. But the man had already left her, so the money she had saved up for the wedding plan could be used by her now. Good as well actually, he had money to pamper himself.

“Thanks.” Lona smiled at the cafe employee who served her a drink.

“I ordered your favorite cappucino earlier.” Hanna.

“I think you will be long coming, not to know we are not much different when we arrive here.” Said again.

“When you ask to meet me here I immediately slide. You must have something to discuss, right?”

Hanna nodded weakly. He pulls out his phone and shows Liam a picture of him, who knows if his best friend recognizes him.

“This...??"

“Liam.” Sahut Hanna's.

“Please help me find it.”

“I think you've forgotten it, it turns out I was wrong.” Lona looked at the photo on Hanna's phone screen.

“Ganteng.” Lona smiled as she bit her finger.

Indeed indeed. His face was so handsome that Hanna could remember all the details of his face that was why she could not forget Liam and was eager to see him again.

“The problem is, I don't know him. Why do you only know his name anyway? Even if we search for the name Liam on the internet, there are thousands of people who use it and we may not check one-on-one. You really don't know his last name?”

Hanna shook her head weakly realizing that she was indeed really stupid, not innocent. Lona sighed, looking back at Liam's face. But this face is a bit familiar. Where have I seen him, right?

Hanna looked back at the streets that were getting more and more crowded by pedestrians. The rain has not stopped, the quantity poured out from the sky is just as great. It looks like the rain will last until midnight or even tomorrow, and Hanna likes it. At least the natural cold from this rain can make it a little calm.
