Meet Candidate-in-Law

When Hanna wakes up the next day, she doesn't find Liam in bed. Hanna tidied up her hair, tied a pair of lumps and washed her face and brushed her teeth. He exited the room towards the kitchen because normally if Liam woke up quickly, he would have been in the kitchen making breakfast. But he was not in the kitchen. There was a sound of someone running from the basement and Hanna knew right away that Liam was there. Hanna sees Liam concentrating a lot, then she recalls their last conversation about meeting Hanna's parents last night. Hanna also realized, Liam exercise so that he stays busy.

“Are you okay?” Hanna approaching.

Liam glanced at Hanna as soon as he noticed Hanna's arrival. “I'm fine.” He gasps. Liam slowed down his run, then decided to end his exercise for Hanna.

“You nervous? That's why you wake up so early and go straight to the basement?” ask Hanna again.

“What do you mean?” Liam grinned. “Indeed I'm used to getting up early and exercising. I'm not nervous Han.”

“Really? But why do I feel like you're nervous?”

Liam sighs. He walked over to Hanna and with his hands folded in his chest, Hanna took a step back. But even though Hanna had tried to pull over and avoid Liam, the man still managed to hug her.

“Liam.... What the fuck are you?” Hanna shudder. “You sweat tofu.” Sung at.

“Indeed I was sweating. The plan is I want to make you sweat too. That way you need to take a morning shower with me.” Liam smiled grinning.

“I don't want.” Hanna again.

“You have no reason not to want.”

Liam lifted Hanna's body, carrying her up the stairs to the bathroom in their room. Hanna could only help but smile as Liam filled the bathtub with warm water and took off her clothes one by one, while she just stood near Liam while watching him.

“Come.” Hanna dodged as Liam tried to hug her. “I'll massage you for a while while you soak.”

“You don't want to do it..”

“Long days Liam.” Hanna smiled cutting Liam's sentence. “We can do it whenever we want. Now go into the bathup so I can massage you.”

Liam had no choice but to obey Hanna. He went in and lay down inside the bath until the water spilled out. Hanna sat behind Liam, opening her long-sleeved pajamas to keep them from getting wet and Liam whistling as Hanna did so.

“I thought you wouldn't undress.” Ledek Liam's.

“I just undressed, not all my clothes.” Reply Hanna.

He poured the shampoo into his palm and started washing Liam's hair. “Cause.”

Liam laughed a little. As Hanna's fingers began massaging her scalp, she began to feel relaxed and her stiff muscles began to flex.

It turns out that soaking in warm water is very fun as well as soothing. But Liam also knew, it was all because of Hanna's existence. If not, it must have felt the same as a previous soak.

“You're nervous to meet my parents, right?” ask Hanna suddenly.

Liam half looked back and said, “I'm not nervous Han.”

“You lied. I know you're restless, all night you don't sleep well.” Hanna muttered then started rinsing Liam's hair.

Liam sat up straight and turned to face Hanna until the water in the bath spilled out. He grabs Hanna's hand, leads her to enter the bath and Hanna complies. The water spilled out of the bath as Hanna sat face to face with Liam.

“I admit, I'm a little restless.” Liam said in the end. “But I was nervous because I remembered my last meeting with them. I was dropping off vitamins for you and accidentally saying about your pregnancy in front of them. I. just a little doubt.. “ Liam down.

“...maybe they still remember the incident and make it difficult for me?”

Hanna laughed a little. “I guess you thought about it. Just chill. As far as I know, my parents were quite wise and broad-minded. I don't think they'll do it to you.”

“But first impressions matter to Han, and I can't imagine their reaction when I found out that the man who came to his daughter and spoke loudly was their future son-in-law.”

“I've spoken to them.” Hanna doused the water on Liam's body and rubbed Liam's body gently. “I've told you about all our relationship journey and their reaction is quite positive.”

“That's because you're his daughter. I am an outsider, do you think their reaction will be the same?”

“It should be yes because you are their future daughter-in-law.”

Liam took his breath in. She tries to stay concentrated on her future-in-law matters while her mind begins to explore other things especially when Hanna touches her, washing her body from the still-attached foam.

“Hanna.” Liam kisses Hanna, but Hanna dodges while covering her mouth.

“Why?” Liam was still trying to kiss Hanna, this time he lowered his head to her neck.

“What was last night still lacking, huh?”

“If it's about you, yes, of course I'll never feel enough.”

Hanna pushed Liam slowly to create some distance between them. Then a second later he heard a voice from Liam with a look of disappointment. “I think you're getting bored of me.” Liam grumbling.

“When did I say it? I just thought maybe we don't have time to do it now.” Hanna smiled.

“Why?” Liam cringing.

“Both of my parents left last night. Supposedly, in half an hour they arrive.”

Liam's eyes bulged, he immediately hurriedly pulled the bathup plug to empty the water. “Why not tell from earlier?” Liam stood up and washed his body under the shower.

“I haven't had time to say it.”

Hanna washed her already wet body, finished right at the same time as the water ran out. He stood up and joined Liam under the shower to clean himself up.

“Shouldn't have taken a shower like this I meant earlier.” Liam cried while holding Hanna when the two finished bathing.

Hanna simply responded with a laugh. Liam immediately wrapped Hanna's body in a clean towel, kissed her forehead and put on a towel for himself. Hanna seemed to ponder as she dried up, her gaze constantly darting at Liam.

“Don't look at me like that or I won't be able to control myself.” Liam gave a warning.

Hanna is too pretty to turn down. And finding Hanna like this almost made Liam short of breath. With her white skin clean and sparkling from soaking, and also smelling the fragrance from Hanna's body always made Liam forget what he wanted to do.

“Quick..” Liam takes over drying Hanna's hair that is still stuck on her back. “I still have to prepare breakfast for us then cook food to entertain your parents.”

“No need.” Hanna closed her eyes as Liam's burly hand rubbed her head with a towel. “Dad likes to cook. Let him help you later, count as a way to approach him.”

“Huss, you are this. How can I allow my future in-laws to cook for me?”

Liam put down the towel after Hanna's hair was half dry. She hugged Hanna and kissed her cheek. “Prepare. Beautiful and neat dress up. I'll prepare food for you and our baby.”

Hanna gave a smile as Liam left her in the bathroom. From the bathroom window, Hanna could see Saturday morning coming with a breeze and a cloudy sky, very beautiful and perfect to welcome the arrival of her parents. She's happy. With all Liam's treatment of her, she was very happy. And of course, his parents would have no reason to reject Liam.

As Hanna was just sitting at the dining table, from the direction of the entrance came the sound of bells ringing. Liam and Hanna looked at each other, and Hanna immediately put the bread back on the plate. Liam looks nervous. She even asked Hanna to check her appearance before opening the door.

“Take it easy. You are already very perfect.” Whisper Hanna.

Liam nodded, trying to smile to shake off his nervousness. Together with Hanna, she opened the door and in front of her stood Hanna's parents. Liam thought they were going to scold Liam and Hanna, but he got the reverse reaction.

"I've told you our future daughter-in-law is handsome." exclaimed Eliana immediately jumped into Liam's arms.

Liam who was not ready almost fell backwards. His eyes blinked, he looked at Hanna who was just smiling beside him.

"I idolize you. Since long ago." cried Eliana again.

"Heh, stop. You're embarrassing." Narendra pulls out his wife's arms from Liam's arms. "You just idolized it, not before."

Eliana clucked, smacking Narendra's hand softly as she muttered: "Don't be jealous."

Hanna could only hold back a smile as Eliana immediately struggled on Liam's arm and brought him in first. Hanna and Narendra looked at each other, before her father widened his arms to hug Hanna.

"Dad." muttered Hanna in Narendra's arms.

Hanna drowned her head in Narendra's chest, diving into the warmth of the old man she had long missed. Their last meeting was a little chaotic as her parents suddenly knew the news of Hanna's pregnancy and they got into a fight. Hanna did not have time to hug Narendra and Eliana because of their respective emotions.

"You okay? Everything safe?"

Hanna nodded. "Together with Liam, what should I worry about? I'm fine."
