22. I Believe in Kaiser

Professor Melisa, Kaiser, and Syifa rushed to the base, while I immediately exchanged my body for my Arjuna Avatar body then rushed flying into the air in search of the existence of the avatar monster that caused all this chaos.

It was very difficult to find them among the pile of humans in this vast city.  However, in a short time, Bobi made his call.

“Adrian, meet.  The three avatar monsters are in the former xx factory in the city center.”

I was surprised by the nimbleness of my hacker friend in finding information even though all communication signals have been cut off from the outside world.  Bobi is undoubtedly someone who is very talented.  I immediately headed to the location that Bobi had shown me, and Bingo, I actually found Volt and Metallia there.

But what did Bobi mean earlier that there were three?

I immediately contacted Kaiser's sister to inform her that the existence of the avatar monster that caused all this chaos has been confirmed.  However, Brother Kaiser firmly gave me a stern warning.

“Remember, Adrian!  Never think of starting a fight with the Volt and Metallia.  The two of them are elite monsters with combat power that is far from your estimate.  Your strength is far below theirs.  In fact, you won't be able to defend against them for more than 10 seconds.  So, wait for me there.”

Speaking of avatar number 5, Volt, and avatar number 11, Metallia, I also know that they are avatars that are very hard to beat.  Even my brother Faridh was overwhelmed to beat them.

Metallia has the ability to turn the land into a deadly weapon with an infinite number as long as there is still land around it.  My brother Faridh got overwhelmed using his Avatar Freeze to freeze every weapon he formed.  However, each time a weapon is frozen, quickly, it will form a new weapon again.

Only by trapping it into the ice-freezing area of the surrounding land using the Castle of Ice style at the expense of an enormous amount of MP could Metalia be defeated using the Avatar Freeze.

Volt is harder to beat.  He was able to attack using electricity so clearly the water type and the metal type that was weak against electricity were bad opponents for him, including my brother Faridh's avatar, Freeze.

That said, my brother Faridh was lucky to defeat him thanks to his agility in moving his avatar to dodge every Volt attack while attacking him with the Needle of Ice from a distance.

But still, I hate the way Kaiser said.  He looked down on me.  It was the same as saying that my current strength was not yet worth it to stand by his side.

It didn't take me long to wait, Kaiser quickly came in the form of his Avatar Bomber, and we headed towards those dangerous enemies.

However, not until we get there, suddenly Kaiser said, “Arjuna, do you remember what makes Avatar Mecha almost invincible?”

I was astonished at what Kaiser Brother was talking about in front of me.  Why the sudden mention of the Avatar Mecha?  In front of us are Volt and Metallia.

“What's..”

I haven't had a chance to say anything yet, Kaiser sister replied to my confusion.

“Listen, Arjuna.  Mecha got involved with all this.  Look at the device that is temporarily electrified by Volt.”

I then noticed the tools that Kaiser's sister showed me.  How surprised I am. From far away, I could not see it clearly, but now from this close distance, I could finally see someone sitting in pain on a chair with a skull on its back which also read ‘7 Sin’.

Whatisthis?  That goddamn avatar monster took a hostage and tortured a civilian?  My conscience was also moved to immediately save these civilians.  Unfortunately, my logic held me back.  I would obviously only be an easy meal for them if I attacked them without a plan.

But what about Mecha?  I finally realized what Kak Kaiser's words meant just now.  The seats are skull and word ‘7 Dosa’ which should be seven pieces.  It was one of Mecha's deadliest weapons that earned her the fourth most powerful ranker after Healer, my brother Faridh with his Freeze, as well as Raging Fire, the Instrument of Seven Sins.

The Instrument of Seven Sins is an instrument that gathers the feeling of ‘surrender in the despair of the opponent’ accumulated when the opponent gave up before their HP reached zero which when it was full, was full, then Mecha can use it on the next fight to ensure her victory.

A terrible instrument that made him invincible.  The instrument that makes it has a unique ability during one fight when the energy of the tool is fully charged.  An instrument capable of making his HP return to 100% no matter how much his HP decreased when attacked by an opponent, even though his HP was only 1 once left.

The last Mecha Ranker was a crafty person.  He deliberately hired seven players to fight against him and made them deliberately succumb to the purpose of fully replenishing the energy of his avatar's Seven Sins Instrument then he used it to win the fight against other rankers.

Only a Freeze or Raging Fire-class avatar can create an ice area or fire area that deals 100% HP damage that can defeat it.  However, also miraculously, Ranker Healer was able to defeat him with his Area Healer skill that could neutralize any kind of buff and debuff.  It must have been only possible because it was Kaiser's sister.

So what is the purpose of the Volt now by using the Mecha's instrument?  Then why did he drain his electrical energy on the instrument while holding a hostage inside?

I haven't thought much further, Kaiser said,

“Arjuna, scan and mark the features of the tool on the radar Sly Dark.”

I also did according to what Kak Kaiser ordered.

A moment later, Kaiser gave his next order.

“Now go.  Find all six other tools that are identical to those around here and destroy them.  If not, then something very dangerous will happen.”

“What is this?  Brother told me to run away from the fight?!”  Hearing Kaiser's words that seemed to drive me out of the fight, I couldn't help but get upset.

“It is not so, but it is because I believe in you, Arjuna. Only you are among us who can fly and have a more sophisticated radar so that it can more quickly find the other six tools through the air.”

“Ah, forgive me, Brother Bomber.”

“Now go.”

However, regardless, I am still worried about Kaiser. I express my concern, that,

“Avatar Sis does contain fire elements, but at the same time contains metal elements that are weak against Volt style.  Plus the support of Metallia, no matter how great Big Brother, still where it might defeat him alone!” 

I shouted to Kaiser, but it was because of my love for him who did not want to lose him.  To me, he was a very valuable mentor.

“What should you worry about?  The fight I had five years ago was worse than this situation.  Volt and Metalia are indeed opponents who cannot be underestimated because of their proficiency in long-range combat, but have a very strong defensive that makes it impossible to attack them from close range.  But why indeed?  You forgot, Arjuna?  I am the Hero of Red Blood who will save everyone.”

I can capture the confidence and steadiness behind Kak Kaiser's words.  That's right Kaiser said.  I just have to trust him and do the part I can to support my hero.
