8. First Steps to Secret Headquarters

“Anu, Brother Kaiser, about what I said just now, forgive me.”

Nervously, I ventured to apologize to Brother Bomber, no, I mean Kaiser, for my rude attitude towards him at our first meeting at the cake shop.

At that time, I did not know the true identity of my hero.  No, that's wrong.  From the beginning, whoever it was, I shouldn't have been able to treat it rudely just because of my wild perception alone.

“Hahahaha.  Don't think, don't think too much, Adrian!”  Hearing that, Kaiser just laughed, appearing as if it didn't bother him.

Even though Kaiser said that, but still how can I just get rid of my guilt?

“But..” Say doubtful.

“I told you, Adrian didn't have to think about it too complicated.  I understand that Adrian did it because of jealousy.  Did you like Adrian with Dik Nafisah?”

I just fell silent and did not answer Kak Kaiser's words.  From the rearview mirror of Kaiser's car, I could clearly see that my face had been flushed from the words.  I was embarrassed too.

I felt the fleeting clap of Kaiser's hand touching my shoulder.

“In between me and Dik Nafisah there is no romance whatsoever.  Our goal was to meet outside just to discuss an important research issue.  Besides, I already have someone I like.”

Hearing Kak Kaiser's statement, my heart was relieved.  If only Kaiser said he liked Nafisah, I would somehow behave.  As important as the figure of my hero is in my heart, still my heart will not be able to sincerely release the figure of the goddess of my worship to him.

After our separation with Nafisah, I decided to just ride Kak Kaiser's car by leaving my motorcycle at the faculty parking lot to pick up Kak Syifa in her office.  It will certainly make Kak Syifa more comfortable with driving in Kak Kaiser's car rather than riding my motorcycle when the afternoon sun is still too hot.

We arrived in front of Kak Syifa's office and I saw Kak Syifa waiting for us in front of her office.  But what is this?  Why was it that as soon as I got out of the car and Sister Syifa saw my face, Sister Syifa immediately glared at me sharply as if I had done something wrong to her?

Fretfully, I was with Kaiser Sister behind approaching Syifa.  After reaching nearby, Syifa with her bulldozer power suddenly pulled me away from her office immediately.

Arriving at a park near his office, Kak Syifa took out her smartphone and showed me her Bacot account.  It was apparently a post from Nafisah containing a photo of the three of us, Nafisah and me and Kaiser Kak in the form of our avatar that Nafisah had just taken less than an hour ago.

“Streetings in the shopping area of Faculty IPTEK, suddenly I was attacked by monsters.  Fortunately, my hero, the Red Blood Hero with his partner, saved me.  Duh happy me!  I can shake my idol's hand.  I was speechless when my partner said my name.  I thought he was someone I knew, but apparently it was just my mistake. ^_^”

Thus, fill the status of my goddess pujaan.

Syifa then raised her fist to me many times.

“Ouch!  Ouch!  Ouch!  Pain, Sister Syifa.”  I said while watching myself from the power of bulldozer Kak Syifa who although his fist seemed weak, but sicker than what was seen.

Irritatedly, Syifa took out her worries by continuing to punch me.

“Ah, if this continues, I have to have a fractured bone surgery like.”  I thought in my heart.

Suddenly I saw Brother Syifa stopping his fist while gasping.

“You?  Since when were you there?  Don't you hear our conversation?”  Said Kak Syifa.

But apparently, Syifa did not speak to me, but to the man standing behind me.  I also looked back.  I saw Kak Kaiser smiling at Kak Syifa after being asked about it by her.

Before Sis Syifa could speak again, I also introduced Kak Kaiser to him as the owner of the Avatar Bomber.

“So this is your real face huh.  The man who had trapped Adrian into this dangerous situation.”

However, Syifa's sister only gets more rude to treat Kaiser as soon as she learns of Kak Kaiser's true identity.  Fortunately, Kaiser only responded to Sis Syifa's disrespect with a friendly smile.

At 4:50, we went to the promised place by riding a car owned by Kaiser Kak.  Very late from the planned time before about the sudden appearance of the Avatar Sly Dark.

I saw Kaiser driving as usual to his destination.  Until we were in the second fork of the road on the Orange Road that runs from south to north, Kaiser turned his car sharply towards the right which was actually pointing towards the bushes, not between the two paved roads in front.

Kaiser's brother told us to come in and we followed him even though we had to wait for Syifa to finish his long lecture for almost half an hour.

After we went inside, it appeared to be a room that was as dark as expected of a cave.  I saw Kak Kaiser then touch something like a large river stone located in the middle of the cave room.  Suddenly the rocks on the ground opened up and revealed a glowing room.

“Come, please come in.”  Said Kaiser to us as he first stepped into the basement.  Syifa and I caught up with him in the back.

Today we will meet with Prof. Indro Nuryono and Prof. Melissa.  If you hear the name Melisa, is not it the same as the name of the professor from the Department of Android Chemistry who is currently working with Kaiser?  If Kaiser's brother is here, don't tell me that Prof. Melisa is the same as Prof. Melisa from the Department of Android Chemistry?

Well, even though I've never seen Prof's face either. Melisa from the Department of Chemistry Android.

Then we went to the end of the stairs, which seemed to be quite deep down.  As soon as we entered the room covered in automatic metal doors, a woman in her 40s greeted us.

“Oh, yes, introduce, Prof, this is Adrian, and this is Syifa.”  Said Kaiser while introducing us one-on-one to the middle-aged female professor in front of us who is likely Professor Melisa.

“Oh yes, and He who stands in front of you, is none other than Professor Melisa, professor from the Department of Android Chemistry Faculty of Science and Technology Global University of Indonesia.”  Kak Kaiser continued, introducing the woman before us.

And it turns out my guess is correct.
