31. Saber Revenge

“I won't forgive!  I will never forgive him!  I'll avenge Riri's death on that fucking Red Blood Hero!”

In the former building that looks about to be torn down, Rara, the oldest among the flower sisters of the Bernard Cake Shop, is not, exactly she is an avatar monster that imitates Rara's appearance, it was full of anger and revenge against the Red Blood Hero.

Rina, the second oldest of the flower sisters, tried to advise her brother.

Rara shouted furiously after hearing his sister's remark, no, they were basically virtual world creatures created from a bunch of subvasial data grains, so it might be inappropriate to say they were brothers.  After all, from the beginning, there was no concept of brothers for something that belonged to non-living beings.

Lina was silent for a moment.  And then, in a light, he said,

“After all it is true that we have killed the original Rara, Rina, and Riri so brutally that it might be appropriate if we were said to be monsters.”

“What else did you say that, Rina?!  How can it be our fault, at a time when we have not yet gained our awareness!”

Rina pensively sad.  His eyes looked teary.  She disagreed with her sister's opinion, but she was already reluctant to argue with him.

At that moment, the sound of footsteps suddenly sounded.

“Oh ho…!  Still pretending to be your man, Saber, Crusader.”

Hearing the young man's voice, Rara and Rina immediately stood in a standby position while raising their vigilance.

“What's your goal here, Thief?”  Rina, keeping her guard up, asked the young man she called the Thief.

“It so happens, I have a gift for you, Saber, from my master, *****.”  Thief said as he pulled out a glass bottle containing liquid as red as blood in it.

“Your strength will instantly increase tens of times after drinking this potion.  This potion looks like some kind of steroid to us avatars.  Of course, there are side effects like a human being if using steroids.  But sure you'll miss this chance when you can avenge your revenge on that damn Red Blood Hero?”

The look of the face full of intrigue and cunning of Thief deliberately displayed clearly on his face.

Saber tempted the offer.  However, Crusader aka Rina, immediately prevented it.

“Do Not Brother!  He's obviously suspicious!”

But Thief immediately changed from the handsome young man to a bad-looking monster and attacked Rina with his kunai chain.  Fortunately, Saber nimbly changed shape and blocked the Thief's attack.

“Do not try to hurt my sister or I will not hesitate to kill you!”  Saber said furiously.

“Hahahaha.  That's how avatar monsters like us should behave.  Violence and anger are things that cannot be lost in us.  However, I'm a little disappointed that you did it to protect Crusader.  Remember this, Saber, compassion and moral values, are very unsuitable for us.”

Thief laughed out loud after looking back at the ferocity of Saber's face in a battle-ready mode that had been muted in the name of the human spirit that the avatars had obtained since begging the humans.  However, the look on his face immediately turned a little disappointed when he realized that Saber was doing it for the sake of protecting Crusader by his side.

“Good.  It was a wise decision.”  Reply Thief while smiling with excitement.

“No Brother, no!  If Big Brother does, we won't be able to live like we used to!”  Rina who was still in her human form seemed to have not given up on preventing the figure that she considered the older sister who had been in her Saber form, from stepping onto the path that she thought was wrong.

“Shut up, Rina!  You should have realized that our place has long been lost since our identity was known!  But take it easy, I will re-provide a place for us even though it has to sacrifice the lives of many humans.”

With the eyes of the avatar looking smoldering, Saber rounded her resolve.

I don't understand what Bobi's thinking.  Though all this time I saw him very sincerely friends with Zenri.  But, he just coldly betrayed the trust of his best friend.

It's true that, as long as he and I don't say anything, no one will know that it was he who had leaked Riri's identity to the Red Blood Hero team.  We could have reasoned that there were others at the scene who also watched Riri turn into a monster without Zenri's knowledge.

But look, even though Zenri believes our words because we are the people he considers his best friend, his trauma still recurs beyond his will.

Suddenly, all of a sudden, asmanya rumoured on campus so he had to be rushed to the hospital after seeing the Bernard Cake Shop ravaged with a lot of talk about the destruction of Riri by the Red Blood Hero who is none other than one of the avatar monsters undercover ones.

Is it true that the act of sacrificing one life to save all others is the right principle in this life?  So if so, what is the pity for the person who was sacrificed?  So what about the philosophy that every human being is without exception entitled to happiness?

Well, even in this case, Zenri did not die or how, but maybe others did not understand, the trauma of the past could be more painful than death itself.  Although I myself do not really understand the full story about Zenri, about the two of them still keep it a secret to me.

However, I also can not deny the words of Bobi.  It was true that sooner or later, the avatar monster disguised as Riri still had to be exterminated.

Now, the avatar monster disguised as Riri has been destroyed, but it turns out that two other flower sisters have been confirmed by AI5203 is also an avatar monster.  We still haven't been able to lower our vigilance.  The monsters can anytime recklessly attack the revenge they brought due to the death of Riri aka Silver Knight.

I just found out that even monsters can feel the loss due to the death of their neighbors.  But this isn't the first time I've seen an event where monsters show empathetic traits.  The same thing I saw with Autumn Lily and Sena.

“Come out, you fucking Red Blood Hero!  Otherwise, I will kill the crowd of trash that is here without a single remnant!”  Shouted Rara loudly.

A moment later, he turned into a monster avatar, the avatar of series number 21, Avatar Saber.

Luckily, Adrian happened to be near the scene.  Adrian then immediately turned into Avatar Arjuna then rushed to block Saber in his rampage in a place that is currently filled by the crowd of students of the Global University of Indonesia.
