71. Tears of Breath

I suddenly realized that I did not know who I was.  Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, I went berserk without knowing the purpose of why I went berserk.  The only thing my instinct wanted at the time was identity.

Coincidentally before me at that moment, stood a human youth who was so visible shining in my eyes.  Only one thought of me at the time.  Ah, I want to be like this human youth.  I then imitate his face with the ability that has been embedded in my instinct.  In an instant, I changed like that.

However, a great envy, suddenly attacked my common sense.  I don't want anyone but me to have this identity.  I immediately killed the young man.

A moment later, I finally remembered my true self.  I was one of the fighter avatar programs in one of the games called Hero of Hope games.  And this young man I killed, was none other than the person I recognized as the greatest player who ever controlled me as his avatar in the game.

From underneath the capsule, I heard the sounds of friction accompanied by a stifled moaning.  I also looked in that direction.  I saw the feet of a man, which, when seen by his size, were smaller than the size of the young man I had killed.  Ah, maybe he was the family or acquaintance of the human youth I had killed who was terrified after seeing me kill his family or acquaintances.

However, it was me back then who was still in a daze from having just inherited a human memory, not caring about him.  After all, I can kill that weak human anytime I want.  The most important thing that now comes to my mind is how to study people and their unique feelings.

Come to think of it, it's possible that the child I let live was Adrian who has now become a formidable figure who has the potential to block the path of Mr. Xavier.

Adrian tries as quickly as possible to get to the location where Nafisah is being held hostage.  After trying to fly as fast as he could for 20 minutes, he finally arrived at his destination.

With the power of Sly Dark's side avatar, he directed sound waves that only focused on Nafisah and Bobi.

Adrian also said to the two of them through the medium air delivery, “Nafisah, Bobi, close your ears tight!”

Shortly after Nafisah and Bobi execute Adrian's orders, Adrian also issued his Scream of Confusion.  Freeze froze for a moment because of the deafness of his hearing.  Adrian then took advantage of the opportunity to fly as fast as possible with Crusader's sword in hand, utilizing the momentum of his speed to maximize the impact of Crusader's sword attack.

“Slash.”  Freeze is struck by Crusader's sword.

However, the slash was completely incapable of inflicting any meaningful injuries on the avatar monster with the best spec.  Two seconds later, Freeze was released by the influence of Scream of Confusion.  He immediately attacked Adrian.

However, Adrian this time activates the holy light Crusader so that Freeze again freezes for a moment because of the loss of the ability to see for a moment.  Adrian swings back his Crusader sword at Freeze, but this time, Freeze harnesses his instincts and manages to break Crusader's sword with thick ice in his claws.

Crusader's sword vanished into the dust grains of data and re-integrated into Adrian's body.  However, Adrian did not want to miss that easy opportunity when his impromptu attack left the great avatar monster defense in the defensive wide open.  He immediately summoned Arjuna's weapon in his spear mode then he slashed Freeze with the spear.

However, it was precisely his spear first that was badly damaged without giving any meaningful injuries to Freeze.

But that's enough.  The time Adrian provided through his impromptu attack had given Mr.'s drone enough time. Aili to save Bobi and Nafisah.  However, unexpectedly, Freeze's fighting instincts could sense the intruders in their battle and immediately released ice locks on his hostage, Nafisah.

As a result, Bobi was rescued, but Nafisah was still left in the hands of Freeze.

“Ck.”  Adrian clicked his tongue in dissatisfaction with his failed plan.

Now, Freeze's attention has been on him.  There was no longer any chance for him to match both in terms of strength and fighting ability of the avatar monster with the highest spec.

“What the fuck?  Didn't I tell you not to bring anyone in our fight?”  Freeze said to Adrian with a cruel look.

“What did you say?  I didn't bring anyone.  Those drones are just part of my power.”  Adrian replied while unable to resist the panic of seeing Nafisah in Freeze's grasp.

“Silver reasons.  Alright.”

As Freeze said so, the ice around Nafisah was formed in such a spiked-looking manner that it looked ready at any time to injure his beautiful body.

“What are you doing?!”  Shouted Adrian angry at Freeze's cruel treatment of Nafisah.

“Hmm.  You better think about it again, boy.  Once again someone interrupts our fight, then I will not hesitate to lose the life of the woman.”  Freeze threatens Adrian.

Seeing that, the drones belong to Mr. Aili also chose to withdraw from the fight between Adrian and the Freeze.

From behind his helmet, Adrian broke out in a cold sweat.  He does not believe he can defeat the best spec avatar monster after his humiliating defeat against Fog who is just an avatar monster with a series numbered dozens.  But there was no other choice for him other than to accept the challenge.  If he does not accept it, then the life of Nafisah will be at stake.

With the capital of spirit, Adrian also lunged at the monster avatar with his spider spear that had been torn apart.  However, only 4 times Adrian used it to slash the body of the hard monster, the spear was destroyed by itself because it could not withstand the hardness of Freeze skin.  As a result, the weapon was turned into details of data and joined Adrian's body.

Now all that remains is Adrian's body and spirit without weapons.  He also activated his Hard avatar side armor and desperately smacked the monster's body with his fists.

“Release Breath, goddamn monster!”  Adrian cried out in despair.

Looking at that scene, Nafisah was unable to resist her tears flowing out.

“Adrian.”  Lirih Nafisah.

Freeze looked at Adrian in the form of Avatar Arjuna with a hateful look.  The monster summoned his ice trident spear and prepared to stab Adrian.  However, when he was preparing to stab the body of the weak boy, he,

“Sister, Brother Faridh, I love you most Brother.  Brother Faridh the best.”

“Duh, my adorable little brother Adrian.  Here Brother carried.”

Suddenly, the memory of Faridh when Adrian was 5 years old was ringing in Freeze's head when he looked at the Blue Arrow Knight in front of him that he knew very well was Adrian.  Freeze immediately stopped and threw away his ice trident stick.  He could not attack Adrian in Arjuna's Avatar form.

“Fucking memory basis!  Until when are you going to play me, Faridh?!”  Freeze said furiously.

But even the unexpected happens.  Freeze, who was swallowed by frustration because of Faridh's memory, lost a moment of control of his strength and unknowingly, his ice rampage then pushed Nafisah down from the roof of the building.

What's worse is that the raging ice also locked Adrian's movements and damaged dozens of drones belonging to Mr. Aili at the scene.
