Death Flute

Death Flute
Chien Wan Injured

Cheng Sam's arrival shocked everyone in the room, but it was not the case with Meng Huan himself. He didn't even care about Cheng Sam at all. His eyes were fixed on Chien Wan with indignation. “Ouwyang Chien Wan, I kill you!” yells. Then he grabbed the sword hanging behind one of his men. He jumped up and with a tremendous movement crazily, he started attacking Chien Wan.

Chien Wan dodged and luckily succeeded. The sword almost slashed his neck, and the eagle was only a few inches from his neck. He could not pull out his flute at all. Meng Huan's attack was so violent. The sword in his hand seemed to turn into a lot and Chien Wan could not see which one was real.

That was the prowess of the Shadow Sword Science that Meng Huan had mastered. He learned the science from the four volumes that Cheng Sam stole from Bukit Merak. Not perfect because Cheng Sam failed to take the fifth volume. But that alone was enough to make Meng Huan so great.

Chien Wan was only able to dodge. He had no chance at all to remove the flute. Meng Huan had been hanging out with him for many years and knew very well that without her flute Chien Wan was not very shrewd. So he always attacked Chien Wan's hand, keeping him busy so he could not take the flute.

Meng Huan's kick was as dangerous as her swordsmanship. His legs were snatched and were unavoidable by Chien Wan.

Blars!!

Chien Wan was hit by a kick in his chest. The sword then injured his left rib. It was covered with blood, both from the ribs and from the mouth.

“Chien Wan!!” yelled his father and mother at the same time.

“Kak Wan!” Kui Fang ran over and hit Chien Wan who was lying on the floor.

Ouwyang Ping was so angry. It was Sen Khang who was wounded, now his brother. He flicked his harp and his clangs shrieked sharply. Ouwyang Ping's power-piercing strike formed a sharp shot that pointed towards Meng Huan. Meng Huan jumped dodging and the floor near Meng Huan exploded.

Meng Huan glared and was about to attack Ouwyang Ping, but Mr. Ouwyang had already darted and stood before him. The old man raised his smoldering hand.

Bang out! Bang out!

Two loud claps of Mr. Ouwyang slapping the air made a sound like the beating of a war drum. The wave of power in that high level shot out unavoidably and precisely hit Meng Huan's chest.

Blars!!

Meng Huan's body was thrown and blood spurted from her mouth.

It was the Celestial Drum Science. The heritage of the Nada Valley can only be passed down to one person in each generation. Science is incredibly difficult and not everyone can master it.

Cheng Sam gestured for his men to help Meng Huan, then retreated. He was very horrified to see the greatness of Mr. Ouwyang Cu. Fortunately, at that time, Mr. Ouwyang's attention was focused on Chien Wan's wounds so he did not want to pursue them.

Meng Huan's departure was not prevented because they were all busy taking care of Chien Wan who turned out to be very badly injured.

Everyone felt so overwhelmed by this incident. The once beautiful heart has now turned into a disaster. Now the perpetrator of the atrocity has been revealed, but no one is relieved. Who would have thought Meng Huan was the culprit!

Mr. Ouwyang took a few spots on Chien Wan's body to stop the flow of blood. Chien Wan is very worried. His face was pale. Blood poured out of his wound, though not as hard as before. Sweat sprung up on his face as he endured the excruciating pain.

“Chien Wan's... Chien Wan....,” sobs Sui She while hugging her son without caring about the blood that was shed.

Chien Wan's hand was tightly grasped by Kui Fang who was also crying.

Chien Wan tried to return Kui Fang's hand. With great difficulty, he tried to smile. “Mother... Kui Fang.... don't cry..”.

“Chien Wan,” call Ouwyang Kuan sad.

Ouwyang Ping approached. He bit his lips. “Kakak.

Ting Ting who was in Fei Yu's arms and cried sadly, suddenly struggling to break away. He ran over to Chien Wan and knelt by her side.

“Kakak Wan's... Sister Wan...,” lamented.

Chien Wan looked at the girl sadly. “I'm sorry... Because I got your marriage canceled.

Ting Ting shook his head. Her tears are pouring. “No, Sister Wan, no...,” her wish. Strangely this time implied relief in his eyes. “You saved my life, Sister Wan. Suppose...” She swallowed her tears, “if you hadn't come, by now I would have been the wife of my parents' killer and other members of the Bamboo House.”.

Chien Wan was about to smile, but her injuries were too severe. He was no longer able to endure pain. He also collapsed.

“Kak Wan!”

“Chien Wan!”

Swordsman Sung examined Chien Wan carefully. Fortunately, he had good medical skills. Sui She and Kui Fang insisted on waiting for her inside the room.

“How's my son, Sung's sister?” sui She asked worriedly.

Swordsman Sung looked very worried.

“So?”

“Fortunately Chien Wan has incredible endurance. The external wound is quite deep, but it can be treated. The problem now is the blood clot. It is very difficult to remove the clotted blood,” explained Swordsman Sung.

“How to?”

Swordsman Sung frowned. “Maybe it can with deep exertion. But we should not be too hopeful.”

Mr. Ouwyang who had been standing at the door listened to the explanation and barged in. “I'll get that frozen blood out!”

Swordsman Sung nodded. “Indeed you better do it.”

Kui Fang guided Sui She. “Aibi, we'd better get out,” take her slowly.

Sui She nodded.

The two exit followed by Pendekar Sung, leaving Mr. Ouwyang inside.

When the door of the room closed, Mr. Ouwyang raised the body of his unconscious grandson until the young man was in a cross-legged position. Mr. Ouwyang was cross-legged behind him. He placed both of his palms on the bare back of Chien Wan.

He exerts his inner energy.

Meanwhile outside the room, people waited anxiously.

Sui She and Kui Fang stood side by side in front of the room door. At least they won't leave the place. Ouwyang Ping was also standing not far from there. Ouwyang Kuan paced back and forth anxiously while muttering something that was not addressed to anyone.

Sen Khang— who was also injured although not as bad as Chien Wan— stood not far from them. Mr. Chang and Pendekar Sung spoke in a soft voice not far from Sen Khang. While A Ming was silent in a corner of the garden.

Siu Hung is taking A Lee. He did not want A Lee to cry and trouble everyone who was bothered at this time. A Te with them.

A few days later, the door of the room opened.

Mr. Ouwyang Cu came out with a serious expression. He looks a bit anxious. Sui She rushed before him. “Dad..?”

“I've been trying to get that frozen blood out. But it turns out that the blood clot can not come out. Apparently the freezing was so hard that my inner flow of energy was in vain. Not a single drop came out!” gerutu Mr. Ouwyang was upset.

Swordsman Sung listened to the caption and frowned. “I've guessed. Presumably Chi Meng Huan mastered a strange science that instantly froze the flow of blood in the lungs. Presumably he is eyeing Chien Wan's respiratory tract to make it difficult to breathe.”

“And people who have difficulty breathing will have difficulty blowing the flute!” Mr. Ouwyang Cu smacked his palm in disdain. “Really calculated carefully! He knew that for a musician, not being able to use a favorite musical instrument was like living in hell!”

“Does it harm his soul?” ask Sui She to Swordsman Sung.

Swordsman Sung nodded.

“Oh!” Sui She staggered.

“Mother!” Ouwyang Ping hugged his mother.

“Aunt don't be weak like this. Sister Wan is a strong person. He's not gonna be anything. He won't leave us all because he knows it will hurt us.” Kui Fang said firmly.

Sui She held back the cries and looked at the girl her son loved with full supplication. It was as if Kui Fang's confidence could make things work out.

Sen Khang watched everyone swarm Sui She. He sighed and slipped into Chien Wan's room.

He saw Chien Wan lying unconscious on the bed. His eyes were tightly closed on a very pale face. His breath sounded heavy and heavy. His chest was naked, revealing a bluish bruise from Meng Huan's leg kick. The ribs on the left are now bandaged.

Sen Khang sat beside Chien Wan's bed.

“Chien Wan, you used to always witness the harmony of my family. Even though you never said anything, I know that in your heart you envy me,” his sigh. He reached out and clasped Chien Wan's cold hand.

“Now the situation is turning around. My family is gone. My mom and dad are gone. My sister suffered so much. I alone have to look after this family. Now I'm the one who envies you. You have parents, you have a grandfather who loves you, you have a sister who cares so much about you, you have a cute little sister. Even have a lover who adores you so much. You're very lucky..”.

Sen Khang looked up and exhaled. “You have a family that loves you very much. Please, Chien Wan. You used to crave a harmonious family. Now you got it. Then don't let them go! You're a fool if you let go of this bliss, sober up, Chien Wan! For the sake of your family...for my sake, your friend..” Sen Khang's voice slightly trembled when saying it.

Sen Khang was so sad and serious. How different he was from before this disaster. The happy Sen Khang, Sen Khang who always looked at life cheerfully and energetically, turned out to be able to change due to deep pain.

Sadness keeps all of Sen Khang's senses closed so that he cannot be aware of his surroundings. He was unaware of the presence of Ouwyang Ping who had entered almost simultaneously with him. The girl listened to all his words. Sen Khang's words so pierced his heart. Ouwyang Ping bit his lips.
