Death Flute

Death Flute
The Kupu Kupu Party

Kupu-Kupu Party Headquarters is a house that resembles a small palace. Around the small palace there is a beautiful view and full of colorful flowers. The air there is very fragrant, bringing the aroma of various flowers into one extraordinary aroma. That is why butterflies are interested in living there. Thousands of colorful butterflies fluttered around the small palace.

Sen Khang and Ouwyang Ping stopped stepping, stunned by the sight that lay before their eyes. If only time had stopped turning....

Kui Fang waited patiently for them. He was used to the reactions of the newcomers who first visited his house. Its residence is one of the most amazing places in the Tionggoan Mainland. I don't know why he remembered when Chien Wan arrived at this place a few months ago. Just like that, his reaction was to witness a similar scene.

Sen Khang woke up from his slackness. “So this is why you call yourself the Butterfly Party!” said amazed.

“One of them,” smile Kui Fang. “Our ancestors found this place and built a settlement here. He also created a variety of silat based on the motion of butterflies. Arguably, butterflies become a source of inspiration and our inexhaustible knowledge.”

They were ushered into the room where Swordsman Wu Tai Hung—head of the Butterfly-Kupu— Party was sitting with his wife and some of his advisers.

“Dad, Mom,” greet Kui Fang.

Swordsman Wu saw his daughter coming with two people he did not know. “Who are these people, Kui Fang?”

“They are Luo Sen Khang from Wisma Bambu and Harpa Kencana from Nada Valley.”

Luo Sen Khang's name did not excite them as much as the Kencana Harpa. They were stunned looking at the golden-clad girl carrying the harp.

Swordsman Wu immediately got up and saluted followed everyone.

“It's great to see you two,” he said friendly.

“We should be the ones to thank you for welcoming us so kindly even though we came without notice.” Sen Khang clasped his hands together in front of his chest.

“Please sit!” Swordsman Wu waved at the chairs.

The two of them were amiably entertained by the people in the Butterfly Party. They talked lightly about the events that took place in the martial World. That was when Swordsman Wu mentioned about Chien Wan's arrival to that place some time ago.

“Chien Wan?” sen Khang was shocked.

Ouwyang Ping was instantly on guard.

“True, Brother Luo.” Kui Fang. “So I wanted to say it but my attention was solved. Brother Ouwyang did come to this place a few months ago. He helped me when I was attacked by some black people, and I felt very grateful, so I brought him here.”

“You know him, Swordsman Luo?” ask Swordsman Wu interested. He did not know about Chien Wan's relationship with Sen Khang and Ouwyang Ping, although he knew Chien Wan also came from Nada Valley.

Sen Khang is somewhat uncomfortable called ‘pendekar’ by Pendekar Wu. “Please don't call me that, Swordsman Wu. Just call me Sen Khang,”. “And yes. I do know Chien Wan because he's my cousin. His mother was my father's biological sister.”

“Oh?”

“And this lady—“ Sen Khang pointed to Ouwyang Ping who had been silent since, “named the original Ouwyang Ping. She is the younger sister of Chien Wan.”

“So apparently!” kui Fang. “Since I wondered what is the relationship between Harpa Kencana and Brother Ouwyang. It turns out the brothers. Worth your silat science is similar.”

Ouwyang Ping smiled faintly. His heart is sad. Now people will always consider us brothers, no longer a matching couple as before.

Sen Khang glanced at him.

“Sen Khang, Miss Ouwyang,” said Pendekar Wu is friendly and familiar, “I would be very happy if you guys would like to stay here for some time. I want to talk to you again.”

“How, Ping-er?” sen Khang asked Ouwyang Ping in a soft voice.

Ouwyang Ping nodded.

Sen Khang was relieved and he agreed to the request of Swordsman Wu.

***

Kui Fang was delighted with the presence of his two new friends. He always talked with them, expressed his opinion and listened to their opinions about various things.

In her eyes, they were both amazing. Just like Chien Wan.

Ouwyang Ping also amazed him. The girl was so graceful and beautiful. The harp game is awesome. He was only a year older than the new Kui Fang of eighteen, yet looked much more mature. The girl has a nature not much different from her brother, thought Kui Fang amused, equally quiet and shy. He will be very surprised to know that Ouwyang Ping was once very cheerful.

According to Kui Fang's view, the two new friends were very compatible with each other. He didn't know if they were a couple or not, and he was too polite to ask. But if they are really a couple, they will be a couple that envies others.

Several days Sen Khang and Ouwyang Ping were in the Butterfly Party. One night, the two of them were sitting in a garden located right in front of their bedroom door.

“You're feeling here, Ping-er?” ask Sen Khang. These few days he saw the girl's face looking calm and peaceful.

Ouwyang Ping nodded.

Sen Khang took a breath. “This place is indeed beautiful.”

“Ya.”

“Home master is also very friendly.”

Ouwyang Ping turned his face, staring at the lotus pond located nearby. “However this is not our own home.”

Sen Khang turned his head and looked at him fixedly. Heart worried. Ouwyang Ping did not yet know that their parents intended to match them. He was wondering, should he tell the girl.

While he was busy pondering, came Kui Fang.

“Sister Luo, Ping-er.”

Ouwyang Ping looked over. He likes that girl. Ever since they met, the girl had shown the warmth and sincerity of her heart. He also without hesitation immediately called him with a familiar greeting, when they actually did not know each other closely.

“Nona Wu,” smile Sen Khang.

“Beautiful night.” Kui Fang approached. “I'm not bothering you guys, am I?”

“Of course not.” Sen Khang laughed.

Kui Fang sat down before them. His face looked serious. “Actually I want to ask you something.. if you don't mind.”.

“What is it?” Sen Khang looked at him with interest.

Kui Fang's face was somewhat flushed. “Eh, it's about Brother Ouwyang..

Ouwyang Ping was aghast. Like being struck by lightning. He looked at Kui Fang sharply. “What do you want to know?”

Kui Fang was shocked because Ouwyang Ping's face was so dark. “I just want to know where he is now..”.

“Why?”

Kui Fang was confused. “Eh, if you're not happy I asked so.. I'll just shut up.”.

“Ping-er.” Sen Khang touched Ouwyang Ping hand, calming him down.

Kui Fang swallowed his saliva. Bizarrely. Why was Ouwyang Ping unhappy that he asked Chien Wan? Is the girl the type of sister who is very dependent on her brother so unhappy when her brother is related to other girls?

“Nona Wu, we ourselves do not know where Chien Wan is now. He went wandering and until now we have not received any news from him,” explained Sen Khang.

“Oh, so.” Kui Fang was relieved. Apparently Ouwyang Ping's attitude was because he was worried about his brother's whereabouts, he thought. He smiled regretfully at Ouwyang Ping. “Sorry, yes Ping-er. I asked your brother without understanding that you were worried about him now. I really like not thinking long.”

Ouwyang Ping took a deep breath, feeling ashamed of his reaction earlier. I don't know what happened to him. Why did he feel so devastated just because there was a girl who showed her interest in Chien Wan? Whoever that girl is interested in or attracted to Chien Wan, that is no longer the case. She is Chien Wan's sister, not her boyfriend.

“It's okay. I also apologize,” Ouwyang Ping said briefly.

“We talk about something else,” sela Sen Khang. He switched the conversation and tried not to let anyone mention Chien Wan again. He secretly felt relieved because he had not mentioned the matchmaking between himself and Ouwyang Ping because it turned out that the girl was still unable to forget the past.
