Death Flute

Death Flute
Plan of Swordsman Sung

Long story short, Kui Fang and his two bodyguards arrived at Bukit Merak. There they were greeted by Fei Yu and his father. Apparently Pendekar Sung was returning to Lok Yang City to take care of various problems that occurred at this time. Swordsman Sung intends to calm the anger of all those who are blazing at this time.

They attentively listened to Kui Fang's story of the event from his point of view. The story the girl told was exactly the same as the one she told her father.

Fei Yu was very interested in listening that it turned out that what Luo Sen Khang and Ouwyang Ping had witnessed was also witnessed by Kui Fang. But the difference is, Kui Fang believes that what they see is not the real event. And that they should not accuse Chien Wan before knowing the real events.

Mr. Chang again. He was more interested in Kui Fang's story of what Chien Wan told him. It is about the appearance of a man whose face is exactly Chien Wan.

“That's it, Uncle Chang, Brother Chang.” Kui Fang ends his story with a story of assaults and assassination attempts made by warriors. That if not for Chien Wan's skill of blowing the flute, they would not have possibly escaped death many times.

“Man whose face is exactly Chien Wan,” muttered Mr. Chang.

“In this world there can be no one who has a very similar face other than twins. Except...” Mr. Chang smiled slightly.

“Using disguise!” fei Yu exclaimed, his mind clear again. Somehow this possibility was missed by him. But without Kui Fang's explanation, there was indeed no one who would think of this possibility. “Cheng Sam!”

“Cheng Sam?” Kui Fang widened and instantly shone. “So you mean, Cheng Sam the traitor that..”.

“Wait a minute,” by Mr. Chang. His forehead wrinkled. “Cheng Sam and Chien Wan have very different height and body shape. Cheng Sam was thick and not too tall. Chien Wan is tall and skinny. No matter what someone is in disguise, there is no way that he is disguised as Chien Wan.”

“So according to Dad?” fei Yu asked confusedly.

“Maybe it was Cheng Sam who made that disguise with the skill he stole from me. But the execution must be someone else.”

“Who?” the Sambar Kui Fang.

“This is what we have to find out.”

As they were discussing the possibilities, weary-looking Swordsman Sung entered. Siu Hung and A Te—warrior Guards Sung—. They were shocked to see the presence of Kui Fang.

Fei Yu quickly repeated the story of Kui Fang earlier for Swordsman Sung to listen to. He also raised his suspicions about Cheng Sam and someone who might have been Cheng Sam's associates in committing this crime.

“So apparently. But why did Sen Khang not think of this possibility?” ask Pendekar Sung. “I sent someone to meet Sen Khang and tell him about the attack of the Persilatan World people against Chien Wan. It turned out that Sen Khang was so angry that he said that he did not care if Chien Wan was killed by them. Even if possible, he himself will finish off Chien Wan.”

“It is harder for an emotionally involved person to believe anything other than what he sees himself, Brother Sung,” Mr. Chang said. “Sen Khang saw Chien Wan at the scene to coincide with his awareness that his father and mother were dead. Chien Wan is guilty. He does not want to listen to other possibilities.”

“Sister Luo did not give a single chance for Big Brother Wan to explain,” said Kui Fang sadly.

Swordsman Sung nodded. “But,” said then in despair, “we cannot give this description to angry warriors. They won't trust us one bit. Wrong, instead we will be considered making up stories to save Chien Wan because they know we appreciate Chien Wan.”

“I'll force them to listen to me!” exclaim Siu Hung Fiery. He had almost run out if Fei Yu had not caught his arm. Fei Yu was already very used to the behavior of Siu Hung who liked to suddenly leave. His reflexes are well trained.

“You can what?” grunts Fei Yu.

“Lho? I am so great! There is nothing in the World of Surveillance! They will bow down to me and listen to my words!” siu Hung exclaimed as he thrashed and tried to break away from Fei Yu.

“Great what?” Fei Yu's eyes glared. He handed Siu Hung's arm to A Te who was ready to welcome him.

“You just sit down, Miss!” A Te dragged Siu Hung into a chair while grinning.

Siu Hung.

Sam Hui and Wen Chiang who had just seen Siu Hung were shocked to see the behavior of the teenage girl. Both feel interested and amused to see his behavior.

Swordsman Sung sighed and looked at his daughter desperately.

“Decars Sung, I have a proposal.” Sam Hui stood up and looked at Swordsman Sung.

Swordsman Sung furrowed his brows at the unknown person. That person was the same age as him, wearing the distinctive emblem of the Butterfly Party. The face of the man is wise and firm, the face of a trustworthy person. “Say.”

“If my calculations are not wrong, soon will be the forty-day anniversary of Mr and Mrs Luo's death. We spread this news to everyone in the Holy World so that they come to the Bamboo House. Thus, everyone will gather there.”

“Then?”

“We create a situation similar to that experienced by Pendekar Ouwyang and set someone as the victim. When everyone accuses that person, then we explain everything. By referring to the event, we can explain that such is what Pendekar Ouwyang experienced. Maybe they'll realize their mistake.”

Everyone is looking. This proposal is awesome!

“I agree once!” nod Mr. Chang without a second thought. “I will prepare his disguise.”

Everyone is busy talking and making suggestions. They agreed to clear Chien Wan's good name as soon as possible. Thus everyone would be aware and would not waste any manpower to hunt down Chien Wan while the real killer was still on the loose.

Siu Hung watched all of this playfully. Then he remembered something.

“Yuuhuu, everything!”

As soon as they stopped talking and looked at the naughty teenage girl in surprise.

“What's up, Siu Hung?” asked his father a little annoyed.

“Currently the most worried are definitely the people in Nada Valley. They must have known that Brother Ouwyang was accused of killing and being chased by the crowd. We better tell them that we have concluded that Brother Ouwyang is innocent,” Siu Hung said casually.

Swordsman Sung jerked. Right too.

“You're right!” Fei Yu nodded. “First we have to tell Uncle and Aunt Ouwyang.”

“Who will go?” ask Mr. Chang.

“I!” suhu Hung Pongah. “There are objections?”

Swordsman Sung grimaced. There's no point in banning Siu Hung. If he already had the will, no one would be able to stand in his way. He had a thousand and one ways to carry out his will. They have the sense to escape.

“Take A Te with you,” said Swordsman Sung.

Siu Hung immediately gave a wide grin. While A Te looked pale and looked at Swordsman Sung with a hearty glare.

Chien Wan ran towards the north dodging his attackers. His sweat flooded his tired body. He did not know how he could survive the attack and chase the entire martial World against him. He could not go to an area without facing a group of warriors who attacked him.

How sad and desperate. Why isn't everyone there when he needs to be? Now his best friend does not believe him, his sister also feels disgusted to see him. In their eyes it was just filthy trash, who had killed and defiled the sanctity of a girl!

Everyone attacked him. No one believed him but Kui Fang. But even that girl was not allowed to be with him anymore. He is very alone. It was never this lonely.

He closed his eyes and continued to run. He wanted to disappear from this world. No one believes him! No one is waiting for him! Even his family now considers him guilty. He does not know that there is currently a group of friends who are trying to clear his good name.

Chien Wan arrived at a desolate valley far from anywhere.

“Aaaaaa!!!” shouted loudly. He wanted to relieve his depressed feelings. Pain clumped in his chest. The pain, anger, and disappointment he felt since he left the Bamboo Guesthouse. Also the loneliness that had plagued him since Kui Fang was snatched from his side.

He needs consolation!

He needs warmth!

He needs... Kui Fang's!

Chien Wan fell under a tree. His throat was sore from the loud scream. But his heart was a bit relieved now.

Ingesting a deep breath. He remembered Ouwyang Ping. But that's not the girl he needs right now. It was not that girl who was currently inhabiting his heart like two years ago. His feelings were never this sure. It turned out that such a deep love he felt towards Ouwyang Ping was slowly disappearing. And to him now, Ouwyang Ping was....

“My sister...” her sigh is soft.

And Kui Fang.

Without feeling it, Kui Fang's presence had filled the space in his heart. The warmth and innocence of the girl made her world comfortable. He did not know how Kui Fang felt towards him. But the trust the girl gave him warmed his soul. While everyone was cursing at him, the girl stole it with worthless trust.

A calm feeling controlled his heart.

Chien Wan raised her flute, then blew it. A very beautiful tone also flowed into the silent valley. But suddenly imagined the bodies of Mr and Mrs Luo and all the members of the Bamboo House who became victims. There was also Ting Ting's pale face in pain and pointing at him as the one who had desecrated him. Shown were the eyes of Sen Khang full of anger and hurtful words that were accused of him. His calmness disappeared changing with tension. The concentration is scrapped and the final tone of the flute becomes irregular.

He was shocked to hear it. Stopping the blow and lowering the flute. His face was wiped in despair. O Lord... Who really did harm the Bamboo House and slandered itself?

“Young Master!”

Chien Wan turned his head and saw the arrival of Fu Ming and Kam Sien. Their faces looked serious and sad. They had already nearly three weeks left the Nada Valley. They managed to track down Chien Wan's trail. Enough to see a group of warriors who rushed to a place, it was certain they were hunting Chien Wan.

“Sister Fu, Sister Kam.”

Fu Ming approached. “Your grandfather asked us to find you and take you home.”

Chien Wan stared anxiously. He thought that his family must have known about the incident. And it's possible that they're just like Sen Khang— sure that he's guilty. How can they forgive him? How could his mother forgive him? How do you explain that he is innocent?

“Definitely Grandpa assigned you guys to look for me because they heard the incident, right?” ask Chien Wan.

“Betul.”

“How is my mother?”

“They were devastated, Mr. Wan. He cried and lamented,” tell Kam Sien.

“Oh,” muttered Chien Wan while turning over, unwilling to look at them and seeing the same look of disdain as the one in Ouwyang Ping's eyes. “They must all be very angry and disgusted at me. I don't blame Grandpa for killing me. But I want you to know; I am innocent. Now I'm trying to find evidence. But everyone attacked me so I couldn't move freely.”

“Mr Wan!” Kam Sien held onto Chien Wan's shoulder and turned his body. His face looked serious. “We Four Silver Tamburs don't believe in the slightest that you did all that!

“Betul, Mr. Wan. You just calm down. We are ready to defend you to the fullest of our abilities!” say Fu Ming.

A small smile fell on Chien Wan's lips. All this time he had lost his ability to smile.

“Then, let's go now!” bring Kam Sien.

Chien Wan nodded.

They left the silent valley immediately. This time they did not find a single obstacle. Presumably the Chien Wan attackers decided that Chien Wan could not return to the Nada Valley so they did not harass the Nada Valley.

In addition, the warriors were a bit reluctant when it came to dealing with Mr. Ouwyang Cu. Because after all, Mr. Ouwyang Cu is a highly-educated elder and they have great respect.
